I like this hotel. I have been there for the second time. It is close to the main basilica of St. Francis. Beautiful terrace with a view of the surroundings.

Only the use of EV chargers was limited, expensive and not comfortable.

Le spa piscine étaient extrêmement sale au point de ne pas pouvoir se baigner. Et la présence de puces? Punaises de lit? Car nous avions le corps et le visage recouverts de boutons, nous avons été changé de chambre mais le problème était le même

Avrei gradito la possibilità di avere una colazione minimale al bar, senza dover pagare €20 a testa per la super colazione e senza dover cercare bar intorno.

Location was great , staff was friendly and I was even upgraded to a room with a beautiful view.

The bathroom was big but the tub was slippery and the shower door did not seal 100 percent and water leaked out . The cleaning service took care of it while we were exploring .

La spa: piccola ma completa, accogliente, con personale molto professionale, gentile e disponibile.

Il ristorante interno: Estasi, discutibile la pulizia, personale poco attento. Scelti 2 percorsi culinari diversi e trovato per 6 portate una sola gustosa, le altre con abbinamenti di sapori insoliti e globalmente spiacevoli. Particolarmente imbarazzante il fatto che ho richiesto durante l’ordinazione un cambio di un dolce e mi hanno risposto che non era possibile.

le spa et le massage que j'ai réservé étaient pas mal, mais chers pour ce que c'est, l'accès au SPA n'est pas offert aux clients de l'hôtel (45 €uros en WE, 35 €uros en semaine) la situation dans Assise était centrale et à proximité du sanctuaire. Djawal, le voiturier était particulièrement sympathique et dévoué. C'est vraiment à lui seul la note positive de ce séjour.

les chambres ne sont pas fonctionnelles, relativement petites et pas particulièrement charmantes. lorsque le ménage était fait la porte de la chambre n'était jamais refermée à clefs, alors que nous nous trouvions dans un batiment à l'écart du bâtiment principal et donc pas surveillé. Pas de disponibilité pour diner le soir même de notre arrivée au restaurant de l'hôtel, pas de possibilité de stationner le véhicule, ce qui nous a obligé à stationner le véhicule à 10 minutes à pieds en contrebas. sauf Imène, aucun réceptionniste ne parlait français.

Great location, beautiful room

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht in Assisi und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist super, man kommt von da aus sehr gut zu den verschiedenen Kirchen und Kathedralen. Auch waren wir froh, dass es einen privaten Parkplatz gab, sodass wir nur das Nötigste aus dem Auto laden und den Rest drin lassen konnten. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und man hat uns schnell und einfach die wichtigsten Informationen mitgeteilt.

Bei der Buchung haben wir nicht bemerkt, dass das Frühstück nicht im Preis inbegriffen war. Es wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es 20€ pro Person kostete, um das Frühstück zusätzlich zu buchen. Das war für uns definitiv zu teuer! Auch die Kosten für den Parkplatz (20€ pro Nacht/Tag) waren unserer Meinung nach extrem hoch! Leider gab es auch Probleme mit der Klimaanlage, weshalb wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen haben. Da war die Situation nur minimal besser. Unsere Vermutung war, dass die Anlage im Allgemeinen nicht richtig eingestellt war.

Excelente hotel, con excepcional vista al valle de Assisi. Desayuno muy completo, que es servicio en una hermosa terraza. Restaurante para recomendar. Personal muy atento y servicial.

フランチェスコ聖堂に歩いて5分以内でとても近く、夕日が照らされた聖堂や夜、早朝の聖堂を気楽に見に行ける。実際わたしは昼、夕日、夜、早朝の4回訪れた。 バルコニー付の部屋は景色が最高、サン・ピエトロ教会側の景色が楽しめる。 朝食も種類豊富で、しかもパノラマビューの楽しめるバルコニーでの朝食なので朝食付がおすすめ。

シャワースペースが狭く、ビジネスホテルみたいなサイズ。 バルコニー付の部屋だったが、バルコニーは隣の部屋との仕切りは植木鉢だけなので、お互いのバルコニーや部屋が丸見えになるので、プライベートバルコニーを期待していたらびっくりするかも。

Absolutely spectacular views. The staff were exceptional.

Air conditioning didn’t work well at all. Staff brought a fan to help but they really need to sort the problem out. Yes it was a heatwave when we were there but the hotel of this status should be able to cope.

Quartos espaçosos, limpos, arejados

Gostei do ambiente familiar, das acomodações, café da manhã, conforto do quarto, banheiro excelente, organização do quarto perfeita, vista maravilhosa e terraço extremamente relaxante.

Estacionamento. Quando cheguei o recepcionista inspecionou o carro e não encontrou nenhum arranhão. No outro dia de manhã antes de sair com o carro notei um arranhão no pára-choque. Propositalmente não informei a portaria para ver como seria o procedimento do hotel. O carro era alugado e sempre faço seguro total então não me preocupei. Fiquei chateado porque não tiveram a mínima preocupação em me avisar. Outra coisa que não gostei é que fui informado que eu reservei o quarto com spa e tive que pagar 30 euros por pessoa de um serviço que não usei.

Excellente situation dans le centre historique, à 5 mn de la basilique Saint François. Très belle vue sur la ville, la plaine et les monts ombriens. Personnel à l’écoute. Très bon petit-déjeuner. Très bon restaurant. Literie agréable. Chambre jumelée idéale pour un séjour avec enfants. Salon et bar très agréables, avec terrasse et vue panoramique.

Parking avec peu de places de stationnement, il faut réserver très en avance. À défaut, vous pouvez facilement stationner votre voiture au parking public Giovanni Paolo II qui est à 5-7 mn à pied.

Muito bem localizado, excelente café da manhã

Pagar para usar a piscina do hotel, ainda assim com limite de uma hora e meia de uso (sendo que estava absolutamente vazia). Além disso, tivemos dificuldade para ter resposta sobre um simples late check out de 1 hora. Acabamos antecipando a viagem pois para eles nada era possível, inclusive uma pronta resposta sobre o late check out.

Abbiamo scelto Assisi invece di Perugia perché volevamo passare una notte tranquilla. Invece sotto la finestra della nostra camera si è svolto un banchetto di nozze con relativa musica e schiamazzi fino a tardi. L’albergo non ci ha informato della cosa ed alle nostre proteste il personale ha risposto che dovevamo avere pazienza. Non è accettabile che un albergo a 5 stelle non avverta chi prenota della situazione .

This was the hotel we ranked as our favourite on our week long walking tour of Umbria. Mac adventures booked the hotel as part of our walking holiday and it did not disappoint. Great views, very helpful staff, excellent cocktails and a superb breakfast. Highly recommended.

Plentiful breakfast with a lot of variety and very friendly staff, taken on the beautful outdoor terrace with great views.

Would have appreciated being able to have a light lunch on the premises and for the coffee bar to be open all day.

Nossa experiência foi simplesmente impecável. Viajamos em família e esta hospedagem superou todas as nossas expectativas. Os apartamentos são extremamente confortáveis, silenciosos, muito limpos e cuidadosamente organizados. Hotel com excelente estrutura, camas confortáveis e um ambiente acolhedor. A vista da cidade é maravilhosa . Recomendamos de olhos fechados e, quando voltarmos a Assis esta será novamente a nossa primeira opção. Muito obrigado por tornar nossa viagem ainda mais especial!

The location is remarkable. The views of the Assisi valley are spectacular. You will be woken up by church bells and swallows (swifts) that make it magical. Full breakfast buffet, bar service, large open spaces for gathering with guests, rooms are updated and comfortable.

Assisi is on a mountain with narrow, cobblestone roads. Taxis are helpful if you’re not about steep inclines but if you don’t walk around you miss the history, arts, and charm that comes with it.

This is our 5th time in Italy and third time in Assisi. We’ve been in Italy for 10 days now and Leonardo at the bar has by far made us the best martini. So very friendly and helpful. The hotel is incredible. Very clean and views are amazing. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

We really liked the hotel, the staff were very helpful and we especially loved the generously sized balcony with the most superb view.

Hotel molto centrale, che gode del plus di un parcheggio privato. La struttura mostra un po' il segno dei tempi, ma anche questo ha il suo appeal; terrazza panoramica per la colazione e camera con vista sulla vallata; colazione varia ed eccellente con caffetteria da bar; personale disponibilissimo e di una cortesia assoluta.
