Plus personne ou un autre moyen pour récupérer les clés de la chambre après 20h45. Nous étions en congrès et avons laissé nos bagages à l'hôtel le matin. Nous avons dû revenir à l'hôtel dans l'après-midi pour récupérer les clés et repartir au congrès.

el desayuno era muy pobre en cuanto a opciones además de espacio muy reducido complétamente lleno entre las 7 y las 08:30h de la mañana con sólamente una persona encargada de restaurante. Habitación amplia , pero sin aire acondicionado , baño necesita renovación. La conexión a wi-fi dramática , muy lenta y con contínuas interrupciones , no apto para viajes por trabajo.

Igiena lasă de dorit si nu as mai alege aceasta locatie a doua oara. Toaleta era plina de urina si pe capac si pe tron cand am ajuns... nu igienizasera anterior check-in-ului nostru... butonul de tras apa era foarte murdar, cu murdarie intarita. Am epuizat toate servetelele mele umede si dezinfectantii din geanta ca sa ma simt in siguranta.. cafetiera murdara, cu murdarie uscata. Pe langa chiuveta, pe podea, par de la oaspetii anteriori. Rau de tot cu igiena, oricum... Pozele camerelor nu se aseamana cu realitatea. Camera e mult mai mica.

Bed were comfortable.

We were first time visitors and it at the hotel there was breakfast but I believe my booking didn’t include breakfast however, when we went to have breakfast it was finished about 10am and when asked a staff from the office was very kind and offered us cereal and milk. The waitress at the kitchen seemed so rude. It would be better offering breakfast at a cost rather then just saying we are closed.

Voor het bezoeken van Parijs is de ligging perfect. Metro en trein op loopafstand. Geen lawaai. Keurige nette kamer (501) met balkon en uitzicht op binnenplaats en tuin. Alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt zijn aanwezig en werkt.

Er is geen airco maar wel een ventilator, bij erg warm weer weet ik niet of het voldoende is.

We hadden een schone ruime kamer met een groot terras. Geen stadsverkeer dus heerlijk rustig. Winkels, restaurants en metro in de buurt. Malakoff heeft een rustig, veilig en gezellig centrum.

Staff were lovely and location was great. Not too far to the centre and great public transport connections. The rooms had a kitchenette with everything you need for a short stay.

People slamming their doors all night long which is not the properties fsukt and rooms were uncomfortably hot and not the cheapest but you get what you osy for so value for money.

I really liked the water supply, the organised kitchen and the room with a terrace (beautiful view). The staff was helpful and nice.

The only negative thing was the bathroom, not well cleaned and with a couple of damaged things and no air vent. The shower was really old and the shower curtain dirty.

I don’t know why they use some fragrance in lobby , entrance which is a strong which usually have in washroom air fresheners but in lobby it’s more than triple of it

The breakfast.. the timing of breakfast is weekday 7:30 - 9:30 am and weekend till 10:00 but the options are good but limited and they hardly refill even if you asked them to refill an hour before end time the reply is it finished .. its feel like you wait for nothing I recommend property if you can’t provide breakfast please don’t give option to book

accueil très sympathique, les informations qui vous sont données sont précises, réponses à nos questions avec le sourire, hôtel très propre, bien placé, au calme, facile d'accès. bien équipé, on nous a offert notre premier petit déjeuner. L'eau fraîche et pétillante est à disposition avec des bouteilles de verre à emporter dans votre hébergement. Nous avons aimé cet établissement. le métro est à 10mn à pied, il y a des petits resto autour de l'établissement.

nous sommes en période été avec canicule et les couettes sur le lit sans climatisation: ce n'est pas franchement une bonne idée! le sur-matelas doit être impeccable en hiver mais en cette saison, il ne fait que rajouter de la chaleur. nous avons eu très chaud: le grand ventilateur de l chambre n'était pas suffisant. c'est le seul point négatif mais il était de taille!

They charged me for city tax twice. Even though the booking already included the city tax, they charged it again at the end of the stay. Once I was able to check my booking I came back to prove it to them, and they quickly started apologizing and saying they will refund, which they never did and I had to open a dispute through my credit card provider.

Le petit déjeuner : très peu de quantité et les cake, viennoiseries étaient sèches comme si elles avaient plusieurs jours. Beaucoup de poussière dans la chambre. La literie horrible : des matelas empilés mais de dimensions différentes donc pas un vrai 2 places au final.

De bedden lagen erg comfortabel. Het keukentje had een goede uitrusting met pannen, bestek en servies. De buurt is rustig dus je hoort geen geluid van buiten.

Het hotel heeft in principe alles wat je nodig hebt, alleen was het niet heel comfortabel. We stoorden ons voornamelijk aan de extreem geparfumeerde lucht op de gang; het gaf ons het gevoel dat er geen frisse lucht in het gebouw was. Gelukkig kon het raam in onze kamer volledig opengezet worden, waardoor het minder benauwd werd. Verder vonden we de badkamer niet heel hygiënisch: bruine voegjes en kitrandjes.

Free brita cold water, welcome kit with cookies, instant coffee. The room was perfectly equipped and beautiful.

We put out a sign to have the room cleaned and they didn't come in for 3 days. More friendliness or a smile from the reception staff would have been nice.

The welcome from reception, allowing us to access our roon much earlier than expected. We like Malakoff & have stayed there many times. This was our first time in Séjours & Affaires; we would definitely stay there again.

The lack of air conditioning made our stay less comfortable due to exceptional heat. A fan had been included in the room before our arrival

Quiet location, big fabulous terrace to relax after a busy day in Paris, we had all that we needed. The kitchen is well equipped with good quality pans.

Airconditioning would be a big help on hot days, but we managed with a ventilator.

Le lit était très confortable, et la terrasse très agréable par cette chaleur caniculaire, on nous a offert le petit déjeuner le deuxième jour, sûrement pour compenser l'arrivée difficile. Personnel sympathique dans la résidence. La fontaine à eau pratique dans le lobby.

Nombreuses traces de coups sur la porte et dans la salle de bain, pas de smart tv donc pas d'accès aux chaînes de streaming, la chambre avait du mal a se rafraîchir, et pas de clim, je le savais d'après la description booking, mais pour un établissement 3 étoiles, on aurait peut être pu avoir droit a une clim mobile en pleine canicule. Les quantités limitées au petit déjeuner, tout le monde n'a pas pu avoir ce qu'ils voulaient. Arrivée très compliquée, nous sommes arrivés 2 minutes après la fermeture de la réception et donc l'employé est parti et nous a laissé là, nous avons appelé la ligne dédiée ou un employé nous a affirmé que nous nous trompions d'hôtel et que nous n'avions pas de réservation parce qu'ils avaient confondu mon prénom et mon nom de famille, il a fallut rappeler et expliquer la situation a quelqu'un d'autre pour que cela se débloque.

Zimmer mit gut ausgestatteten Küche. Kaffee, Tee,alles da. Sauber. Ruhig. Kostenloser Trinkwasser spender steht am Empfang zur Verfügung. Frühstücksraum gemütlich. Bushaltestellen wenige Minuten entfernt. Metro zu Fuß ca 1km, oder mit busanschluss. Da lohnt sich die tageskarte für alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (12€). Damit kommt man reibungslos in die Stadt oder nach Versailles.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war gut.

Leider ist das Bad sehr runtergewirtschaftet und auch die Betten waren komplett durchgelegen. Das Mobiliar könnte teilweise wieder ordentlich zusammengeschraubt werden.

The hotel staff was great! they could not arrange 2 separate beds as requested (and agreed upon) so they gave us 2 separate rooms for the first night which was amazing and then for the 2nd night they arranged a room with 2 separate beds.

L’ascenseur au rdc était en panne et il fallait à chaque fois monter les escaliers au premier étage pour prendre l’ascenseur. La variété au petit déjeuner laisse à désirer. Le strict minimum quoi.

Breakfast, parking slot, quiet place

There was a problem with twin beds. I asked for them in advanced, reminded while check-in, but beds were not separated. It took up for 1 hour to manage it. Finally, I did it with my friend on our own. Personal is not client oriented, some of them were quite rude (maids, man who come to the room to help with moving beds (he didn’t do it properly)), elevator was busy lots of time with stuff from maids.

Camera carina con piccola cucinetta perfetta per farsi qualcosa di semplice. Molto pulito. Letto grande e comodo anche i cuscini! Personale gentile!

Habitación moderna con todo lo necesario, limpio y bonito. Aunque está en las afueras de paris, es un barrio tranquilo y seguro

Lejos del centro, alguien entró en nuestra habitación antes del check out, difícil seguir las instrucciones para encontrar la habitación.

Snídaně nestíhal personál doplňovat. Místnost byla velmi malá. Vajíčka na snídani chutnala jako z prášku

Die Sauberkeit, ist schon etwas heruntergekommen, gerade unser Bad war nicht sehr schön.

The room was pretty decent with kitchenette. The bathroom was small and not so clean, there were moulds on the shower cabin corner walls. The access, staff and the limited breakfast was good. Except for the bathroom, the experience was good. Overall value for money. The apartment hotel should ensure the moulds are removed.

Було дуже спекотно, не хватало кондиціонера в номері. Металеві ролети на вікні дуже тяжко відкривались.

Appart hôtel bien situé pour visiter Paris, avec la station métro ligne 13 à 10 minutes à pied. Parking sous terrain très pratique pour y laisser la voiture (avec supplément). Logement propre, literie confortable, kitchenette fonctionnelle, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour le séjour. Personnel à la réception très sympathique. Il faisait très chaud mais heureusement il y avait des ventilateurs.

Le prix excessif du petit déjeuner, à 17€.

Style de la chambre

Literie usée, salle de bain à rénover, PAS DE CLIM! Ventilateur dans la chambre mais insuffisant lorsqu'il fait 35 degrés dehors! Beaucoup de portes qui claquent (les groom ne marchent plus) donc nuit pourrie si on veut ouvrir la fenêtre pour tenter d'éviter la canicule nocturne. Tv: bcp de chaînes ne fonctionnent pas. Ptit dej "joli" mais en fait très simpliste, réassort mollasson et servi dans un salle minuscule et irrespirable en été.

Soggiorno ottimo, stanza con tutto il necessario. Ottima l'idea di fornire ai clienti gratuitamente l'acqua potabile. Colazione con dolce e salato, da provare lo yogurt. Alessio ci ha saputo accogliere in maniera eccezionale, ci ha offerto personalmente la colazione, ci siamo sentiti a casa. Dintorni tranquilli.

L'état de fonctionnement des sanitaires et la taille tres exiguë pour les grandes tailles notamment WC et lavabo, le rideau de douche très moyen et la robinetterie ainsi que la température et la pression d'eau très difficile à utiliser, comme pour l'évier de ka cuisine. Pas de clim pour une chambre exposée au soleil, pas très heureux

Excellent value for the money. The apartment in the hotel was tidy together with the small kitchenette. Kitchenette was decently equipped. Bathroom was properly cleaned prior to our arrival, but it was a bit older than the rest of the apartment. The neighbourhood was quiet during the night and very safe. Even if you return late after midnight, you can always access the hotel with your keycard, which was a matter of convenience. There was a free filtered water fountain for guest in the lobby hall which we pleasantly enjoyed. There is a market nearby and an excellent bakery just around the corner towards the metro stations. The aparthotel is well connected with the public transport, specifically with two metro stations that are within the walking distance. There is also a bus stop which is situated almost in front of the hotel. Overall, quite pleasant experience.

Some of the towels, even though they smelled fresh and washed, looked like they still had stains. We haven’t tried to ask for another ones since it did not bother us, but that could be easily solvable.

Nous avons aimé la chambre, sa supercifie, la qualité du lit et son confort. La salle de bain était très bien, nous avons eu une baignoire. La kitchinette est un réel plus. Le petit déjeuner de très bonne qualité. Nous avons également apprécié la gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel

Nous sommes arrivés à 23 h. Il n'y avait plus de réception (nous le savions). Nous sommes entrés dans le lobby grâce à un client qui ne pouvait pas obtenir la clé de sa chambre (pas de code envoyé par mail). Comme lui, nous avons tenté le numéro donné par booking (+33149120510) qui ne répondait pas. Finalement, nous avons trouvé un autre numéro dans le lobby, pas spécialement mis en évidence) où on est tombé sur une personne qui a pu nous fournir notre code de chambre. En résumé, une procédure d'entrée lamentable .... au vu du prix payé ! Enfin, en cette période de canicule, il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre malgré le ventilateur : il aurait fallu fermer les rideaux complètement pour avoir quelques degrés de moins et cela n'avait pas été fait.

Девушка на рисепшене ужасная!Не компетентный хамовитый администратор. Которая хотел присвоить деньги себе! Мы спешили в аэропорт она сказала что мы должны оплатить дополнительно еще денег за то что жили в Париже.мы этого не знали она недовольна была уже с этого момента потом когда я дал ей деньги для оплаты она всячески задерживали отдать сдачу. На что я попросил ее по быстрее так как мы опаздывает она начала делать еще все медленнее и хамить в ответ . А финалом на что она сказала мне все равно что вы опаздываете можете валить отсюда а деньги оставить если нам что то не нравиться. После всего она 5 минут выдавала сдачу и половину выдала мелочью специально
