We really loved the entertainment team! They truly live and breathe what they do—always cheerful and fantastic at getting the kids involved in fun games and dancing. The food was varied and delicious; we were even pleasantly surprised to find touches of Moldovan cuisine :) The pools were spotless, and the kids' pool with the slides was a definite favorite. A big plus for me was that the evening shows wrapped up by 11 PM, unlike many other hotels where noise goes on until 2 or 3 in the morning. Having the beach just a minute’s walk away was wonderful, and with plenty of pools around, none of them ever felt overcrowded.

- The bed was hard and uncomfortable. - An outdoor night light shone directly into our room, making it difficult to sleep properly. - Housekeeping only came 3 times from Monday to Friday. On one occasion, they came to clean at 3 PM and woke up our sleeping child, which was quite frustrating.

Το προσωπικό ηταν ευγενέστατο και πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει. Η τοποθεσία ηταν ιδανική καθώς ηταν πολύ κοντά τόσο στο αεροδρόμιο όσο και στην πόλη της Ρόδου

Αξιότιμη Διεύθυνση του Sunshine Rhodes Hotel, θα ήθελα να εκφράσω επίσημα τη δυσαρέσκειά μου σχετικά με τις συνθήκες διαμονής μου και των παιδιών μας στο ξενοδοχείο σας. Από την πρώτη ημέρα της διαμονής μας παρουσιάστηκαν μια σειρά από προβλήματα, τα οποία θεωρώ ότι δεν συνάδουν με τις υπηρεσίες και τις συνθήκες που αναμένονται από ένα ξενοδοχείο 4 αστέρων. Συγκεκριμένα: • Την πρώτη ημέρα βρέθηκε κατσαρίδα μέσα στο δωμάτιο. Ενημέρωσα άμεσα τη ρεσεψιόν και η απάντηση που έλαβα ήταν ότι πιθανότατα μπήκε από το ανοιχτό παράθυρο του μπάνιου. Μου προτάθηκε αλλαγή δωματίου, την οποία εκείνη τη στιγμή δεν επέλεξα λόγω της κούρασης και της ταλαιπωρίας που θα συνεπαγόταν η εκ νέου μεταφορά όλων των προσωπικών αντικειμένων και των πραγμάτων των παιδιών. Ζήτησα απλώς εντομοκτόνο ώστε να αντιμετωπίσω η ίδια το πρόβλημα. • . Καθώς δεν υπάρχουν σίτες, το δωμάτιο γεμίζει κουνούπια, δημιουργώντας ακόμη μεγαλύτερη ενόχληση, ιδιαίτερα με παιδιά. • Κατά τις βραδινές ώρες υπάρχει έντονη και δυσάρεστη οσμή αποχέτευσης που προέρχεται από το σιφόνι του μπάνιου. • Στο δωμάτιο υπάρχουν επίσης εμφανείς κακοτεχνίες, οι οποίες υποβαθμίζουν περαιτέρω την ποιότητα της διαμονής. Τέλος, όταν ρώτησα εάν θα μπορούσε ο σύζυγος μου να επισκεφθεί για λίγες ώρες την οικογένειά μου και να χρησιμοποιήσω την πισίνα(χωρίς να κάνει χρήση των υπηρεσιών του φαγητού και των ποτών) μαζί με τα παιδιά μου, ενημερώθηκα ότι απαιτείται χρέωση 50€ . Θα παρακαλούσα να μας γνωστοποιηθεί η επίσημη πολιτική και ο σχετικός τιμοκατάλογος του ξενοδοχείου που προβλέπει τη συγκεκριμένη χρέωση. Μεμονωμένα, κάποιο από τα παραπάνω προβλήματα ενδεχομένως να μπορούσε να θεωρηθεί ένα ατυχές περιστατικό. Όταν όμως παρουσιάζονται σωρευτικά κατσαρίδα στο δωμάτιο, κουνούπια λόγω της ανάγκης να παραμένουν ανοιχτά τα παράθυρα, οσμή αποχέτευσης και κακοτεχνίες, θεωρώ ότι υπάρχει πλέον ουσιαστικό ζήτημα ως προς την ποιότητα της παρεχόμενης διαμονής.

Sunshine Hotel is an older hotel, but it is beautiful, full of greenery, and the location itself has a really charming atmosphere.

Unfortunately, the overall experience is ruined by the staff. Many employees seem poorly trained, especially some of the lifeguards. Their attitude toward guests is rude, unprofessional and sometimes shockingly disrespectful. They behave more like security guards than hospitality staff. The food is honestly terrible. Very poor quality, badly prepared, and in my opinion the kitchen standards are far below what you would expect from a hotel. The whole kitchen team seriously needs better training, supervision and hygiene standards. It is really a shame because the hotel itself has so much potential, but the poor food and bad attitude of some employees completely destroy the experience.

Szálloda közelsége a parthoz és a medencékhez, az ételek italok minősége és hozzáférhetősége, a programok a gyermekeknek.

La struttura è abbastanza vicina alla stazione dei pullman per raggiungere Rodi Old Town , questa è l’unica cosa che mi è piaciuta, sinceramente. Magari anche lo staff (soprattutto le signore barriste ) che su lato piscina che su lato ristorante.

Non è mai stata pulita bene . Mai . Bagnoschiuma lasciano solo una volta arrivati poi ogni giorno non lo mettono , poi lo devi comprare tu nel supermercato. Cibo spesso uguale ma comunque cucinato bene , quindi ok . Mare mosso sempre , non pensate di trovare qui l’acqua limpida e trasparente. Un po trasandato tutto , ha bisogno di una rinfrescata bella grande! All’entrata del resort c’è uno stagno pieno di spazzatura, orrendo . Pieno di zanzare, le camere non hanno le zanzariere.

Номери потребують догляду. Погана вода в автоматах (на смак як з під крану). Мутна вода в басейнах. Дуже мутне/брудне море перших 50 метрів від берега. Тюбики шампунем, гелем для душу можна отримати лише на початку проживання. Погана якість прибирання в номері.

Location

The all inclusive restaurant was a plus. The food was good and the variety was great.

The bathroom was a minus point because of bad smell came from the sewage system and its always wet when taking a shower, no ventilation. The hotel is spacious, a lot of guests. If you need something from the reception at their peak hour, you need to wait more than 30mins with a long line.

It had lots of pools and was right on the beach.

The food wasn’t often hot.

L’équipe d’animation est géniale, toujours le sourire et motivants. Certains membre du personnel sont très agréables et accueillants.

L’hôtel est vieillissant et pas forcément bien entretenu. Le ménage n’est pas fait régulièrement et pas forcément bien fait. Le buffet est répétitif et pauvre en dessert. Tous les matins c’est la guerre pour obtenir une chaise longue, si vous arrivez après 10h vous ne trouverez pas de place. La piscine est également pas très propre (plastique, papier au fond) et nos maillots de bains sont devenus jaunes. Les lits n’étaient pas du tout confortables, durs et creusés. Des mouches étaient figées sur les draps de lit qui venaient d’être changés.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war angenehm, und wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Besonders gefreut hat uns die unerwartete Zuteilung eines Familienzimmers im neuen Gebäudeteil. Das Hotel an sich war sehr gut; kleinere Renovierungen wären an einigen Stellen zwar sinnvoll, haben uns persönlich jedoch nicht gestört. Beim Essen gab es nicht die geschmackliche Vielfalt, die man sich manchmal wünscht, aber es war für jeden etwas dabei. Frisches Obst, Kuchen und eine ausreichende Auswahl waren täglich vorhanden. Auch die Getränke wurden stets nachgefüllt; wir haben keinerlei Engpässe erlebt. Die Mitarbeiter waren bemüht und aufmerksam. Für Fahrten in die Stadt muss man etwa 900 Meter bis zur Bushaltestelle laufen. Die Busse sind leider oft überfüllt, was die Fahrt unangenehm machen kann. Ein Auto ist zwar komfortabler, allerdings ist die Parkplatzsituation – besonders im Juli, August und bis etwa 20. September – sehr schwierig. In dieser Zeit ist der Tourismus stark ausgeprägt, sodass man für manche Aktivitäten Geduld mitbringen muss.

Der Strand direkt vor dem Hotel ist für kleine Kinder weniger geeignet, da er überwiegend aus Steinen besteht und schnell tief wird. Auch für Erwachsene ist er nicht der hervorstechende Pluspunkt, insgesamt jedoch in Ordnung. Familien mit jüngeren Kindern sollten dies berücksichtigen.Das bekannte Phänomen der früh reservierten Liegen ist auch hier zu beobachten. Viele Gäste sichern sich bereits am frühen Morgen einen Platz, was leider dazu führt, dass man im Urlaub unnötig unter Druck gerät, überhaupt einen Sitzplatz zu finden. Angenehm ist das nicht. Die Getränke hatten leider stets einen leichten Chlor‑Nachgeschmack, was den Genuss etwas beeinträchtigt hat. In der Nähe des Spielplatzes gibt es ein kleines Kiosk, das deutlich günstiger ist als der Supermarkt gegenüber. Dort haben wir uns regelmäßig mit Wasser versorgt.

Good swimming pools, good seafront location, exactly like in the pictures. There were days with better food variety while were also days with worse choice. Animation staff is good, but the evening animation should be improved significantly, it was really boring and not professional.

Soft drinks should be better quality, the rooms furniture is outdated, evening "show" is missing. As for food quality, it is rather Okay for its cost. In general, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Hotellet bør gjøre noe med kvaliteten på rødvin til måltidene. At 98 % av solsenger var beslaglagt kvelden før de skulle brukes.

Det mesta var dåligt. Personalen katastrof, väldigt otrevliga, samt extrem dålig kommunikation. Har övernattat på extremt många Hotel, men här var personalen det sämsta jag upplevt…tragiskt dåliga.

Man konnte den Entertainment verbessern und Turngeräte bei Sportanlagen machen.

La vicinanza al mare. Le camere nella parte Hermès sono molto belle ma da pulire meglio, gli asciugamani non vengono cambiati giornalmente.

Buffet caotico, gradirei lo snackbar con più scelte salutari. Pulizia medio-bassa in generale. Giochi per bambini dentro e fuori l’acqua e parco giochi datati.

Все було чудово! У нас був номер з видом на сад, а адміністрація була така любʼязна, що дала нам номер з видом на море.

Pobyt na přelomu července a srpna! Super poloha přímo u pláže. Máte to doslova pár kroků z pokoje, navíc je pláž čistá a udržovaná, dostatek hotelových lehátek zdarma na pláži i u bazénů.Musím pochválit personál. Všichni byli neskutečně milí a ochotní – od recepce až po barmany a animátory. All Inclusive se tady vyplatí. Jídlo bylo skvělé a výběr byl velký. Velmi fotogenické západy slunce.

Nutné boty do vody, pláž je kamínková. Ale s tím jsme předem počítali.

Smutsigt i rummen som skulle städas varannan dag eller när man önskade fast även då städades väldigt dåligt. Jag drog fram möblerna så dom skulle städa under men de bara ställde tillbaka utan att städa nåt . Vi fick ingen information om att ala carte restaurangen var stängt på söndagar och när vi skulle boka bord sas det att det var fullbokat både fredag och lördag med 80 gäster fast på hemsidan står det plats för 85 gäster. Det fanns policy om att man inte fick paxa solstolar men alla paxade sedan kl.7.00 på morgonen så vi fick aldrig nån plats efteråt . Hotellets ledning borde hantera detta problem bättre och inte låta oss gästerna tjafsa då personalen sa till oss att vi fick ta undan andras handdukar om dom inte var på plats . Men jag är inte där för att bråka med folk utan det är hotellets jobb. Mat kvalité var under medelvärdet. Ofta smaklösa rätter.

Trochę brudne toalety , stare meble . Dano nam inny pokój niż zamawialiśmy. Bo wymiana na inny okazało się że to też nie ten co powinien być. Żeby nie tracić dnia zostaliśmy w nim. Wg bookingu powinniśmy mieć pokój nowszy bez dopłaty. Dostaliśmy ze starymi meblami

Perfetta la posizione rispetto a Rodi città e l'aeroporto. Molti altri punti di interesse sono facilmente raggiungibili. Fronte spiaggia e zona ventilata. Personale cortese e ottima animazione. Letti comodi.

Cibo non tanto buono anche se selezionando attentamente abbiamo mangiato discretamente. Pulizie delle camere pessime, al limite dell'insufficienza. Si limitano a rifare i letti e togliere un po' di polvere usando un unico straccetto e scopa e paletta per il pavimento. Bagno mai pulito.

The room was dirty, bins were not empty when we arrived, floor was not swept and beds was not changed. Towels were not changed every 2 days.

Maten var enformig och av låg kvalitet – ingenting som speglade det grekiska köket. Utbudet bestod till stor del av deg, gräddrätter, pommes frites och fryst pizza. Kapaciteten i matsalen var otillräcklig, vilket resulterade i att gäster tidvis fick stå med tallriken i hand utan möjlighet att sitta. Rummen är i behov av renovering och städningen höll inte godtagbar standard – personalen bäddade enbart sängarna utan att byta handdukar eller dammsuga. Hotellets marknadsföring speglar inte det faktiska skicket, då bilderna uppenbarligen är tagna för länge sedan. En prisjustering nedåt vore befogad. Stranden i Ixia är inte jämförbar med exempelvis Kreta, och detsamma gäller Faliraki. Det rör sig om steniga stränder som inte lämpar sig för barnfamiljer eller bad med småbarn. Avslutningsvis bör hotellets ägare besöka andra All inclusive-anläggningar för att bättre förstå vad konceptet innebär och vad gäster förväntar sig.

Готель не відповідає заявленим 4 зіркам. В кращому випадку невпевнена трійка. Дуже грубо відповідали на ресепшені. Немає різноманіття їжі, величезні черги за їжею і часто пусті лотки. Жахлива якість води та напоїв, які постійно мають присмак хлору. Неякісний дешевий алкоголь. Вода в басейнах мутна. Пляжні рушники можна міняти лише двічі на тиждень. За тиждень жодного разу не змінили постіль, а рушники в номері змінюють не щодня. Мило, гель для душа і шампуні не поновлюють. Коли попросили принести, то сказали, що ця опція не передбачена і сказали піти і купити в магазині, якщо нам треба. Міні-бар пустий, лиш 1 пляшка води. В номері був зламаний душ. Покоївка декілька раз не зачинила в номер двері після прибирання. В номері було брудно навіть після прибирання. Холодильник був настільки гучним, що навіть літаки, яки сідали прямо над головою були майже беззвучними. (До речі, під ним було видно жахливу кількість бруду, яку не прибрали жодного разу) В крані не вистачало деталей, через що вода розліталась довкола Не було підставок під мило, що спричинювало додаткове забруднення біля раковин, яке не е прибирали нормально. Двері в номер зачиняються на звичайний ключ ( не картка) і коли ми на 4 людей попросили 1 додатковий ключ, то це викликало здивування і проблему. Корпус з сімейними номерами з виглядом на басейн знаходиться через дорогу від основної території готелю.

Нам дуже сподобався відпочинок у цьому готелі. Великим плюсом є те, що на території є кілька басейнів, а море знаходиться зовсім поруч — завжди можна було обрати, де відпочивати. Персонал дуже привітний, уважний і завжди готовий допомогти з будь-яким питанням. Номер був комфортний, а вид із балкона повністю відповідав фотографіям на сайті. Харчування було смачне й різноманітне — щодня можна було спробувати щось нове. Також дуже зручно, що майже протягом усього дня можна було знайти місце, де поїсти або випити щось прохолодне. Територія готелю чиста й доглянута, атмосфера спокійна та приємна. Ми залишилися дуже задоволені відпочинком і із задоволенням повернулися б сюди ще раз.

Єдине, що трохи розчарувало, — це номер. Меблі вже досить старі, а матраци були зношені та продавлені, тому спати було не дуже комфортно. Також хотілося б, щоб у чотиризірковому готелі в номері завжди були шампунь і кондиціонер для волосся. Кондиціонера не було взагалі, а шампунь доводилося просити у покоївок. На нашу думку, для готелю такого рівня це має бути стандартом. Крім того, прибирання номера та балкона було недостатньо ретельним. Після прибирання на підлозі залишалися крихти та пил, що було помітно, коли ходили босоніж. Хотілося б, щоб під час прибирання не лише застеляли ліжко, а й якісно підмітали, мили підлогу та прибирали балкон.

Das Hotel sieht sehr vernachlässigt aus. Das Badezimmer hatte schon Rostspuren. Wir haben All- Inclusive gebucht, die Qualität des Essens war absolut nicht das was wir erwartet haben. Selbst im All- Carte Restaurant hat das Essen keine gute Qualität leider. Kein Umweltbewusstsein, Getränke werden ausschließlich in Plastikbecher serviert. Plastikbecher fliegen in der Gegend rum. Der Pool sollte bis 18 Uhr geöffnet sein, um 17.20 wurde bereits die Absperrung angefangen anzubringen. Badetücher dürfen nur alle zwei Tage gewechselt werden, was mit Meerwasser unzumutbar. Die Liegen sind bereits im 7 Uhr morgens mit Badetücher reserviert, und das Hotel hat nichts dagegen gemacht. Trinkwasser hat nach Chlor geschmeckt. Der Empfang war freundlich aber sehr langsam. Wir mussten für alles ewig warten. Strand ist Kiesel, Rein Rauskommen nicht ganz so schmerzfrei

La vicinanza sia a Rodi città che all'aeroporto, il mare a ridosso del resort, il ristorante affacciato sul mare. Ero partita titubante, visto le recensioni presenti sul resort, ma per il tipo di vacanza che volevo è andata molto bene. Siamo arrivati al resort con l'autobus che fa la tratta aeroporto Rodi e che poi abbiamo utilizzato per andare a visitare la città che è meravigliosa, soprattutto di sera. Per scelta non ho noleggiato macchina, ma anche fuori dal resort puoi prenotare escursioni in vari posti dell'isola.

Non viene pulito nelle camere, ma soltanto rifatti i letti e se "da calendario" cambiati gli asciugamani. Il cibo

Beliggenheden var god, lige ned til stranden. Der var okay med solsenge og en lækker pool. Lækkert område ved hotellet. Boldbane var et plus.

Middelmådig mad, der var det samme dag ud og dag ind. Elendig vand og sodavand, der hele tiden var løbet tør. Det var generelt, at der ikke var fyldt op rundt omkring, uanset og det var mad, sodavand, juice, tallerkener, bestik osv. Værelset blev stort set ikke gjort rent i den uge vi var der. Vi fik kun 3 håndklæder til 4 mennesker hver anden dag. Slidte værelser. Elendige senge. Personalet virkede meget uengagerede i barer og restauranter, receptionen var lidt bedre. Underholdningen om aftenen var plat og nærmest uanstændig.

Die Anlage ist in Teilen stark Renovierungsbedürftig! Die Zimmer sind alt, die Betten sind zwar bequem und die Ausstattung der Zimmer funktional, aber alles insgesamt nicht mehr wirklich zeitgemäß. Alle Getränke, inklusive Wasser aus den Spendern riechen und schmecken deutlich nach Chlor. Das Wasser ist so nicht trinkbar gewesen! (Und wir sind sicher nicht empfindlich). Alles in Allem, nett aber auch ein wenig enttäuschend

Hotel ma już swoje lata, jednak trafiliśmy na pokoje w nowej części więc były bardzo przyjemne. Jedzenie całkiem smaczne choć monotonne. Cudowny widok na morze z pięknymi zachodami słońca (plaża kamienista). Darmowe leżaki hotelowe na plaży oraz ręczniki kąpielowe. Personel fantastyczny!

The staff here were brilliant, right the way through from check in to check out, and thats all the staff whether at reception, the bar, entertainment/animation or throughout the resort. Location was brilliant too, right on the beachfront, close to the airport, and a short bus ride into Rhodes Town. Even local vicinity was decent, great coffee place just up the road, and plenty of restaurants if you didnt fancy eating at the hotel every night. It was also easy to get a day trip to butterfly valley and seven springs. Animation team was great with our boy, and we hardly saw him for the week we were there. Pool area was also fabulous, with plenty of sunbeds around, and good options for both sunshine and shade. Drinks always available too. Pool towels were decent, and were changeable every few days. Bedroom/Bathroom was large, with good space and a large terrace, just a short walk from the main hotel building. Theres also a well stocked mini market on site, jewellery shop and car rental company.

Animation seemed to have the same activities every day, there wasnt much variation, and so any more than a week, and it may have been a little stagnant. The shows were also mixed, the three dance shows were great, the others not so much. The beds were rather hard, which took some getting used to, and there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Food was varied, breakfast and lunch was great, but dinner was mixed. The themed nights were good, and always options for the children, but we felt the 'international nights' could have been better. Despite reception saying it wasnt allowed, sunbeds do get reserved, and though there are plenty to go round, the best ones go pretty quickly. Sofas in and around reception could do with being replaced, they are rather tired and worn out, as are the flags outside the hotel.

Kamienkova plaz je narocna pokial nemate topanky do vody. Lokalita je dost veterna takze komu prekaza vietor skor odporucam vychodnu cast Rodosu (Faliraki, Lindos).

- if you prefer wind, waves, and windsurfing, this is the perfect location. There is a windsurfing rental right next to the hotel, and jet skis are just a 15-minute walk away (or you can use Hoppy, which has 2 stands right by the hotel gate) - beautiful beaches and clear water are NOT on this side of the island (known fact, so no surprise, as expected) - hotel is located in a small town, so shops and restaurants are only minutes away. There is also a good bus connection to both Rhodes town and the airport - provided you enjoy public transport and don't mind a 12-minute walk to the bus stop - compared to other all-inclusive resorts, the bars have sufficient serving capacity (except during peak hours). The staff is nice and helpful and ratio of alcohol in drinks is more than acceptable (especially at night) - despite us booking three rooms just a few days before arrival, the hotel managed to place them close to each other, which is not very common and was highly appreciated - lastly, the pool area looks lovely, especially when the night lights are turned on

As a whole, this hotel does not come anywhere close to a 4-star standard - must have been really nice 20–30 years ago, but it has suffered from very poor maintenance since then - upon arrival, we couldn't get into one of our rooms. Both the key and the lock were desperately rusty. After the key was replaced, it improved slightly, but it still took about 10 seconds of jiggling to find the "correct" position every single time we wanted to unlock the door. Furthermore, all three physical-key safes in our rooms shared the same issue - old, rusty broken locks . Fixed upon request, but it only lasted a couple of days before breaking again - beach towel cards not given during check-in, had to be requested. Towels (both beach and shower) only replaced every second day. Even when left on the floor (universal sign for replacement), the staff simply picked them up and hung them back on the handrail without changing them. You won't get a clean towel outside of that strict 2-day cycle, even if you explicitly ask for one - the food was the worst I have ever experienced in any resort. There was a very limited selection, and every type of meat was so overcooked that it was practically unchewable. By the look of it, everything seemed a couple of days old. The main dining area was constantly plagued by a severe shortage of clean plates, cutlery, and glasses, forcing guests to wait around just to grab a plate/glass - do not bother booking a dinner in Mamma Mia (a la carte). It is even worse than the buffet. I am absolutely certain the food was just prepared using cheap, pre-made frozen meals bought from a local supermarket - be prepared for constant, loud noise from planes flying overhead, which completely ruins any chance of a quiet, relaxing atmosphere - all sunbeds occupied early in the morning by the "beach towel mafia", desperate lack of shaded areas, small & thin umbrellas - do not count on the internet connection.

A medencék szépek és rendezettek. A hátsó külön részlegnél a bár személyzete és az uszómester rendkívül kedves. A hátsó újabb részleg szobái kényelmesek és jók. A reggeli elég jó.

Nagyon rontja az all inclusive színvonalát, hogy nincs rendes üdítő, csak valami helyi borzalom, ami a koktélokat is rontja. Egy átlagos Coca Cola vagy Pepsi termékek sokat javíthatatlan már ezen. Nincs például egy normális tonik. Sajnos a part teljesen köves, nincs sehol egy kis homok.

La pulizia delle camere è da migliorare. Non cambiano con regolarità le asciugamani. La struttura è bella ma un po' datata. È all inclusive ma la qualità del cibo e delle bevande è molto bassa.

Bye the sea, close to airport

Room smells of mold, very noisy aircondition, not clean, refrigerator not working , bugs. Poor food quality, soda and water tastes mold. Stayed one night due to being close to airport. This was the 4th hotel in Rhodes in 11 nights. And all the others were very good and clean mid budget hotels, this was definitely not. Also rude receptionists. Several guest were also complaining about the mold smell. I am so happy we only booked 1 night here due to our plane beeing canceled. If I had booked the family vacation here, it would have been totally ruined. Our family are not known for being especially picky neither. Would recommend to find another hotel.

Absoluter Katastrophen Laden!!

Zunächst einmal ist das "Trinkwasser" dort so hart gechlort, dass wenn man sich ein Glas nimmt und auf den Esstisch stellt man nichts anderes außer Chlor mehr riecht. Abgesehen davon gibt es nur ekelhaften Chemie Syrup um irgendwie in dir Richtung Fanta / Cola zu kommen und brutal schlechten Wein also ehrlich, der 3€ tetrawein ist in Vergleich dazu ein Genuss. Der Desinfektionsspender am Buffet funktionierte während unseren Aufenthaltes nicht einmal. Zudem sind ist gefühlt jeder dritte Teller dreckig und ein Haufen der Gläser hatten Lippenstift am Rand angeblich lag das an einem defekt der Spühlmaschine. Die Tische werden mit einer angefeuchteten Serviette "abgewischt", somit bleiben Essensresten und jegliche Fetttatschen zurück, jedesmal wenn ich versucht habe ein Bild zu machen wurde ich von den angestellten verwiesen. Das Essen ist auch brutal... fettig. Carbonara fern ab von dem, was es eigentlich sein soll. Fleisch sehr oft nur gullaschfleisch oder mit Knorpel. Die Gemüse sachen waren eig ziemlich gut. Das Tolle Restaurant, was man einmal gratis nutzen darf, während des Aufenthaltes und danach zahlen muss, serviert nicht nur den selben Mist den es oben am Buffet gibt, nein, selbst die Nudeln werden eiskalt serviert. Auch hat es über eine std gebraucht um uns zu bedienen. (Vorspeise+ Nudeln + neugekochte Nudeln) Der Pool wird andauernd eine halbe std eher geschlossen, der Bademeister, vertritt sich während seines Dienstes gerne mal die Füße und zieht ab. Die Zimmer sind sie dermaßen in die Jahre gekommen und nichts funktioniert. Beide Duschköpfe kaputt, die Toilettenapülung, der Kühlschrank und dann auch noch die Klima.

Lit extrêmement sale avec des taches suspectes qui m ont mis très mal à l aise . La piscine principale est juste horrible et la nourriture je préfère éviter d en parler. J ai pris 1 all inclusive mais je ne mangeais qu 1 salade le midi et j allais en ville pour manger le matin et le soir. Heureusement je n y suis restée que 3 jours après 3 semaines dans d autres hôtels notement en Turquie où les 5 etoiles sont de vrais palaces. Je le déconseille clairement surtout qu il y a bcp d hôtels et que rester dans celui-là était 1 très mauvaise décision.

The pool park was quite good but the hotel rooms are very very dirty, not clean at all, not good beds, not good blankets , the bathroom was very old and dirty, the food was not good.

Really old, need renovation. In some areas of the main building, water was leaking, and buckets had been placed to catch it. We have been there 5 nights and towels in our room has never been changed.. Swimming pool towels is allowed to changed every two days..

Obsługa przy checkinie była nieprofesjonalna. Wentylacja zupełnie nie działała. Hałas samolotów dokuczał w nocy.

We had family room in Apollo building finishing our stay just after holiday season started. Location is great. You can enjoy drifting in the pool or meters away jump into the sea. I had rented car from airport and did not have issues to park it in parking lot on the coast that was perhaps 150m away from reception. Hotel is capable to hosting families with kids, couples, and singles. I think there’s quite good selection of what to do. I don’t think I have heard noise past 10 o’clock in the evening that would interfere with sleeping. Staff is welcoming and helpful whether it was reception, pool bar, canteen, or elsewhere. I think food selection was good. There were fixed part of menu you can find every day, also some variation of other meals. I liked to try out different things so there were things to choose from. Also, I consider food being good canteen grade, as during busy moments there are hundreds of people eating at the same time and it is impossible to have Michelin level grilled chicken or whatever. For sake of improvement, I’d like to see more selection of cheeses during breakfast.

The hotel is from previous age and while it was designed well, the hotel itself could be maintained a little better. I don’t like layered bed sheets. This style of bed sheets is common in Mediterranean region I have visited, like Italy, Spain, and here, but I simply hate this style of bed sheets. However the bottom sheet, the one you’re sleeping on has holes next to the pillow. My guess they appear due sharp edges of bracelets the receptionist is putting on. Sheets were clean, but with holes. My room had two air conditioners. None of them were doing actual air conditioning. Yes, you could hear them humming but I could take a bet that the air filter would be jammed and there would be a piece of ice inside it rendering device being useless. Light fixtures in the bathroom were full of dust making it light even more dim. The overall room ventilation is insufficient what makes everything you touch feel colder and damper than you’d like to. In the canteen there are no juice and coffee. Yes, there are machines serving substances named so, however there are no juice or coffee. A la carte restaurant was disappointing. Instead of making it poorly faked Italian restaurant I’d wish it could focus more on their native kitchen. Perhaps for Rhodeans their local kitchen is no-fun anymore, but for me as a foreigner I’d like get more into local kitchen on that occasion.

Очень красивое приятное место. Если брать All Inclusive голодный точно не будешь: еда, напитки круглосуточно. Очень понравилось, что отель находится прямо на море и можно быть и в бассейне и на море. Расположение отеля хорошее, рядом находятся улицы с небольшими магазинами и множеством кафешек. Комнаты простые, но в комнатах и на улице всегда убирают.

Míchané nápoje. Mela jsem dojem jako ný bylo vše proplachováno desinfekci.
