L’albergo in sé non è pulito, le lenzuola e i cuscini non avevano un buon odore ed erano senza federe pulite. L’aria condizionata faceva un rumore molto forte e anche dal bagno usciva un cattivo odore. La colazione è in un’altra struttura non all’interno dell’albergo. sono sicura che Delhi esistono alberghi con un miglior rapporto qualità prezzo.

前台感覺不太老實。 換錢匯率明明寫90，卻說50美金有兩種我這種只能換88。從來沒遇過這種事，在印度其他換匯所也沒遇過這種狀況。 說要延住一晚，前台好像也有惡意加價行為，比原價貴了一千盧比左右。當然最後沒同意。 如過你是觀光客要來住要特別留意前台，不過房間本身是沒問題的。

Location shared by the management was not accurate, as a result, I couldn't found the property. It was for the night time as my train reached lately. It became a troublesome affair for me to reach another location as I couldn't found your stays in time. Try to upgrade .

Bed was large enough for 3 people.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay and Amazing we came with my family I haven’t any Complaints. The staff everyone was friendly Specially Mr. Akash is Very Kind Person and of course Mr. Harsh is doing good Job and thanks to everyone 😊

The waiter staff was courteous.

The floors are run down, plumbing in the bathroom is leaking, they mentioned taxes 242-/ they charge double, food comes from near by restaurant, ordered some in house food left stomach upset for 03 Days bad stomach ache, loose motions. Not hygienic food.

Room was very clean and got cleaned everyday. All problems raised was fixed immediately. Many varieties of food and was fresh and delicious.

Booked room that said "double bed and futon", there was only double bed, they don't understand what a futon is and showed what is given is what is pictured, so if you book this room, don't expect to have a futon there.

After conducting research, I selected Hotel Sunstar Grand. I was highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms and additional facilities. I highly recommend it!

Hotel Sunstar Grand is centrally located in Delhi Very near to market , Metro station and many restaurants nearby More over it is easily approachable to all tourist destinations located in Delhi Clean room, very well equipped with all modern facilities

The rooms were clean and spacious! I came for a business trip and needed rest after those long meetings, which I certainly got there. The food was delicious but took a little while to serve, the staff there was also very nice and polite. Will definitely suggest this to everyone.

My room didn’t had any window.

The room was very clean, and the bathroom was spacious and tidy. The food was amazing and we got it delivered to our room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel also arranged pickup and drop for me from the airport, the driver was very punctual and came on time. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. I will definitely recommend it.

The staff said we had to leave the key at the front desk every day, and that they would clean the room even if we weren’t checking out. However, this wasn’t explained beforehand, and their attitude afterward wasn’t very friendly.

Hotel staff and owner of hotel is not atall cooperative. They are not providing proper services to customer. Hotel meal is not good. No cleanliness in rooms. Please don't book this hotel. We are asking for extra matress from staff and they provided us after waiting of 2 hrs.

Excellent property with the best location near Central Delhi. Mr. Ankit and Mr. Prem were really helpful and made the stay very comfortable while putting extra efforts to provide the best service. Would recommend this place for family stay.

This was my first stay in India, but an overall enjoyable experience. The lobby sitting area was nice and there was good WiFi throughout. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good room service options, though no onsite restaurants. Room looked like pictures. Spot on with the charges.

Thin mattress. Lots of hallway noise until midnight then was quiet. Broken shower head.

I've stayed many times and the lovely and helpful staff makee come back.

Read this genuine review from 24th Nov 2024 before booking your room at SUN STAR GRAND. Ignore the forced review with 4-5stars which the staff force their guests. DON’T SPOIL YOUR TRIP BY STAYING HERE, definitely not if you have kids along with you. They will talk nicely over phone while taking the booking and advance payment but when you arrive it’s totally unprofessional giving you horrible stay. Especially one receptionist called Gaurav, keeps grumpy face, don’t know to talk professionally, very sick attitude. He will make you uncomfortable in all possible ways. The guy Devender did not even respond to my texts when I tried reaching him. I have a 5 years daughter with me and they gave me room with a scary dungeon view(pic attached) I requested King bed, they joined 2 twin bed giving us shapeless bed. When I called the reception they said we can’t provide extra bed unless you pay ₹800 ( during checkout they had the audacity to say because we gave you bad experience during check-in we won’t charge for bed, seriously? Then why did you gave me the bad experience during checking in? The whole place looks so dirty and unhygienic that I did not eat the complimentary breakfast fearing that we might get food poisoning. When I arrive I was suppose to pay 3000, I ended up paying ₹5850. They will quote one price and when you come to hotel they will add few more grands. When I told them I will check in early at 9-9:30 they agreed, but when receptionist Gaurav gave me the key at 8:40 he took 30% of room tariff that’s ₹850 for 45mins. (we had 2 friends with us for which we were paying ₹1200 extra for just using our room for freshening up but they pushed for another room at ₹2200 which was equally shabby), Very money oriented, unprofessional and least bothered about customer experience. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE, there are better hotels around same locality.

We used to..stay different hotel near from metro but first time we have experience diffrent place and different hotel like sunstar grand whole hotel staff are so kind here Hotel buffet area are Very pleasant and beautiful ❤️ only 1 downfall is there network issue otherwise everything is perfect definitely we will come again in this hotel ......

One of the best hotel in Karol bagh, clean rooms , friendly staff, Karol bagh market is very near also metro station.breakfast is also too good with sufficient veriety of items. Front desk staff , houseking staff,rooms services staff always be ready to make your stay comfortable.

it was my first tour. I got services in this hotel much better than other hotel . It was really great experience. I would like to say thanks to all employees of hotel. Service person, housekeeping staff and manager are really very help full. You will get clean rooms , clean restaurant with multiple breakfast items.

Hospitality was good. The person at reception area (Deepak, if I am not wrong) provided valuable suggestions. Room was decent Location is also good..7-8 mins walk from Karol Bagh metro stn. Medical and essentials shops available outside.

The location and the rooms are good, value for money. However, the only drawback is there are no windows in the room, which makes it pitch dark without any fresh air available. Overall a good & safe place.

Windows in the rooms pls for some natural light & air. Also, thought the location is good, at night there are barricades at the location after 11pm which makes in difficult to approach the roads to the hotel.

Our room had no window. I did not realise this when i booked the room. For 500 INR they upgraded us to a room with window. It was more modern and cleaner as well. The staff was very helpful and kind.

The original room wasnt very clean, especially the bedlinen. The breakfast was very poor compared to other hotels.

This hotel is located in a busy area of Delhi and not frequented by international visitors. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, spoke English well, and responded to requests very quickly. The beds were comfortable, though rooms on the front were a bit noisy from the street below. The location is convenient for many things, including access to the Metro system and lots of local shopping.
