Handbason had 2 large cracks, no soap in bathroom dispenser, guttering never stopped vibrating in the wind all night. We went for breakfast before 8am and the only thing that was warm was the coffee

Our unit was exactly like the picture in advert. Warm , spacious, bright room. Very clean and comfortable. We ate at the restaurant which was also excellent.

Close to everything with a supermarket across the road. Very quiet in the family units with parking outside your door. New restaurant on site is an added bonus

Tv reception static crackle, towel rack broken where you hang towels keeps falling down, jug old dirty filter, no hand towels cleaners didn't replace the bin liner

Beds were very comfortable. The room was very clean and the hotel was very good value for money. The staff cleaning the rooms were very friendly and helpful. Our stay was so easy.

Booked a studio for 2 adults and a baby. The room was clean, perfectly suited to our needs, and the beds were super comfy. Great location with supermarkets nearby for your essentials.

While running a bath the water was brown it did eventually run clear after a while . Could probably do with more towels and also maybe bigger milk those have to be the smallest milk I have seen to date , I literally had to use 6 just to get enough for a single coffee . Then breakfast it would be nice if the food was topped up having to ask for food to be cooked is not nice at all . Perhaps cook extra food for those business people

Room was very clean and tidy every day. Restaurant (Glass House) had amazing Dinners and Breakfast was fresh with a good selection.

The Bath/Shower was a little slippery and had to be very careful when hoping in or out of it.

Staff are lovely. The rooms are very clean and tidy and room serviced daily.

There’s no kitchenette and so you have to fill the jug and wash dishes in the bathroom. The shower sprays everywhere so bathroom can get quite wet after shower.

Central to town. Was just ok for the price.

Room was dated. Reception for my phone (spark network) was awful. Very had to do business for work in the room I was in.

Location as was attending function in hotel restaurant.

First room allocated had not been cleaned and made up from previous guests, had to go back to reception and ask for a new room. Room very dated, old beds, crack in handbasin, shower door off rollers, shower drain top loose in shower, no compendium. Fire alarm went off around 9 pm, total confusion, no communication to guests, no one checked rooms, no one appeared to be in charge, would hate to think of consequences if real emergency. Breakfast disappointing.

Close to the supermarket and takeaways. We needed a late checkout and it was a breeze for us to be able to get extra sleep before our day began.

Not so much as a dislike more of words for sucess,Because the restaurant is still developing :chill water jugs,could tell the tap water. Have a designated lobby waitress upon entry to restaurant.Allows waiting staff to seat the guest.reservated clients can feel at ease about their booking. that will get better as the restraunt has only just opened.congradulations on all the refurbishment it's come a long way.the restaurant was closed and hadn't started last time we stayed.

Bathroom had no fan and windows didnt open AT ALL. Signage says to phone for any assistance etc but NO PHONE. Ant found in bed, since staying there we've read other reviews stating they thought it was ants but potentially they were bed bugs! Was told someone from maintenance would come and look at the windows this never happened. To top it off we asked for another kettle because the one we had was FILTHY they replaced it with one thay LEAKED! Our unit wasn't serviced until after 3pm the next day! Was below average accommodation given what we paid. I would absolutely NOT RECOMMEND this hotel.

Like all copthorne/ millennium hotels it was a little dated and tired. If I'd known it was part of this chain I wouldn't have stayed there,

Secure after hours entry, extremely clean and very comfortable, the executive suite is spacious and well set out and the staff were absolutely fantastic. In town but located far enough to be peaceful in the room and the balcony is a nice touch

Nice and clean. A huge improvement from last year. The restaurant is great.

Booking.com does not show the breakfast availability on their web site.

Our stay at Avenue was superb. The accommodation was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Everything was well maintained, and we had a wonderful experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

This is the third time we have booked this particular place to stay. Will stay there again. It suits our needs, somewhere to lay our head and shower.

Forgot there were no cooking facilities there but the restaurant opened on Friday evening so will look forward to using it next time.

The bar and restaurant were very modern, with nice food and friendly staff

Room is always nice and warm even without the heater on. Natural sunlight, walking distance to the shops. Excellent water pressure using the shower. Beds were comfy. Staff is always accommodating.

The Avenue was easy to find, great parking and friendly staff, our only thing would be that it’s quite noisy with doors opening and closing and talking in the hall way late at night and early morning walls are thin apart from that very comfortable for our over night visit.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. Would suggest some scatter cushions on the couch to make it more comfortable and sharper knives to cut veggies/fruit with.

The location is perfect as it is new everything and my boys school. The room and bathroom were fine. I have no issues there and i have stayed at the avenue a few times already but all those times were booked by one of my boys. I enjoyed everything including the bed but this time round, i was very disappointed.

The bed we had felt like i was sleeping on the springs as i could feel them and it made sleeping so difficult. My kids didn't feel it but the bed i slept in was so obvious.

Greeted by a friendly and helpful receptionist on arrival.The room was spotless as was the bathroom area.Room serviced daily.Venue is in a great location with supermarket etc close by.Will definitely recommend.
