Mercure Rennes Centre Place Bretagne

Breakfast was excellent. Especially the croissants

Room key did not work. Front desk fixed. Still did not work. Major annoyance and delay

Brilliant location. Right in the heart of the city, friendly staff. Good facilities and a 12:00 cHeck out as standard was great.

Lower car park is tight if you have a medium to large car (we have a Skoda Superb Estate) and getting in was a challenge (it was a lot easier to get out) but at least it has parking!!

Location for city exploring and eating. Parking at the hotel Size of room

Instructions well before arrival , in Detail, on how to find the car oark. A better town centre map. Better pillows and more of them

Central location

The people drinking outside the bar next door kept us awake

emplacement

le parking souterrain difficile de se garer

Sehr zentrale Lage, alles Sehenswerte fussläufig gut erreichbar.

Lovely clean, comfortable, air conditioned room. Hotel in a great location, very central. Members of staff were excellent, Llouna on Reception couldn't have done more for us. She called a dog friendly restaurant along the road and made dinner arrangements for us.

Driving down into the underground car park was a bit hair- raising the first time, but we soon were used to it. Driving up and out was easier for some inexplicable reason! The lights were on a motion sensor so if you took too long getting luggage from your car, you were plunged into darkness a bit sooner than was helpful. If the timings could be adjusted slightly, our stay would be even better next time. In the meantime, future travellers, have the flashlight on your phone ready.

Ottima posizione, camere ampie e pulite. Il bagno extra confortevole e letti molto comodi.

Posizione ottima, staff professionale e accogliente, struttura pulita, camera ampia e confortevole.

Accogliente, centrale, pulito, consigliato

Car Parking. I had a 4 series BMW - I would never take anything bigger than a Golf down that spiral ramp again ! - though the staff did help guide me out

Limpieza, ubicacion y decoracion

El parking es muy estrecho

The breakfast was excellent. The location was perfect.

The carpet in my room needed vacuuming. The carpeting on the 2nd floor wasn’t vacuumed the whole week I stayed in the hotel.

super Lage, wunderschöne Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal

Good position in the town

Everything was very good The coffee at breakfast was a bit of a let down as it was a self service machine so disappointing coffee but otherwise good breakfast.

Location was good, onsite parking and the receptionist was very helpful in attempting to deal with our problems.

The room we had thought we had booked we didn't receive so was rather disappointing. Had we known that it wouldn't have been available, we would have stayed somewhere else.

Central location next door to a great bar.

Nothing, it was superb.

Posizione centrale tranquilla con posto macchina comodissimo Consierge disponibile

Il bagno non era il massimo

Did not stay

They allowed non EV cars to park in the EV bays when they were aware we needed parking / charging for an EV. The booking was subsequently cancelled when we arrived.

Good place, however the service was not good.

Literie confortable.

Chambre un peu petite. Volet ne fonctionnait pas.

Óptima localização, muito central. Quarto confortável, e com opções para famílias.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location. Our room was very clean, quiet and had a very comfortable bed. The staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing

Schönes, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal.

Staff is excellent. The room was comfortable and very clean. The location is excellent.

RAS

Nicely situated in the town centre, it was convenient as a starting point to discover the town. Reception staff were pleasant and our stay was trouble-free. Comfortable bedding, good shower, and the breakfast set us up for the day.

The chargeable car park was quite tight.

Rien

Le confort, la literie, la clim

Le shampoing/gel douche était vide

Sehr gute Lage, sehr nettes Personal, gutes Bett

Nichts

Close to centre

First room we were offered was smelly. Second room ok but very small. Breakfast very poor value, parking expensive.

Sehr gute Lage. Nahe bei Metro- und Busstationen. Und nahe bei der Altstadt. Freundliches Personal. Grosses Zimmer mit grossem Badezimmer.

Very friendly welcome. Great location. Close to everything.

We had to find a room on the way back to Paris and we stayed at this hotel. It was great, especially the service. The rooms were nice, and the location is walkable. We would definitely stay here again. They were very nice about letting us store the luggage.

Is anti comfort.

Very comfortable rooms with everything you needed. Perfect location and car parking was excellent

I felt the lighting in the bedroom could be improved

L'amabilité du personnel et l'emplacement

Parking

Very silent, easy to find and near to the center and rail station

L'emplacement

Location. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Good AC. Bathroom well appointed. Right in the heart of the historic sector.

Room was a little on the small size, but great for a night stop
