Keep coming back to this place because to accessible to golf and i’m so comportable with their room.

I would like to say to make improvement with the breakfast add some healthy bread and brewed coffee the rest is all good

The only positive thing I can really say is that a few of the girls that served breakfast were sincerely sweet nice people as well as security.

We had to pay to use the pool which was not on site Photos of hotel with pool are completely misleading., You advertise that kids stay for free but they do not get to eat breakfast for free, We were charged an extra 1000 pesos per day for a different room when we said we could not stay in the room they gave us due to the extreme noise from the street.They said the charge wwas for the second bed which was made up from two single beds with a big seam /ridge down the middle, very uncomfortable.... The hotel was in a poor state of repair and very outdated, the areas along the walls of eating area lobby were filthy not cleaned for weeks or months The food served at breakfast was the cheapest junk they could buy, only thing that felt reasonably safe was the eggs and watermelon and half the eggs were undercooked. They told us if we lost the plastic card key it would cost us 500 pesos. The two rooms we booked had some packages of instant coffee but no way to make coffee. One room had a microwave one did not. Some gel on wall of shower that was not identified.

This is our second time to stay here this year as it is close to Eagle Ridge Golf course. Rooms and the hotel itself seemed to have been painted amd fixed up quite a bit. Rooms are clean and staff are accommodating. Appreciate that they offer the option to pack our breakfast early in the morning.

Maybe just the sounds/noise outside (streets and hotel hallway) can be heard inside the room.

Helpful and friendly staff. Nice location with grassy fields backing onto the hotel. Close to the Golf Corse. The Korean Restaurant has great food. It is only a short walk down the highway to Dali Everyday Grocery, JP'S Pizza and Queen cakes.

The box air-conditioned was quite noisy.

The location is near our place we stayed here during typhoon Kristine. The room was spacious enough. The wifi speed was ok. I brought my own prepaid smart and globe wifi for work. I like na may retractable sampayan sila sa restroom. The staff customer service was good.

The restroom bath tub handle was rusted. The breakfast not worth it. Better buy grab food. One of the electric plugs was not working. The electricity kept turning on and off. They should have kept the generator running. I got worried my laptop might get ruined sa on and off ng electricity.

Ce que j'ai beaucoup aimé c'est l'attention et le sourire du personnelle en étant toujours prête à satisfaire le client. Vraiment je n'ai rien à me plaindre de ce côté. La seule chose que je n'ai pas tellement aimé, c'était le petit déjeuner qu'on n'avait pas de choix. Pour le transport, ce n'était pas aussi facile quand on avait besoin un taxi comme partout ailleurs.

They said they upgraded our room… i think cause they are fully booked.. But we didnt liked the room they put us in.. its at the very end of the floor and its for PWD, wer not PWD.. it just felt so cramped in that room

Love the ambiance of the hotel , Staff was really accommodating , they will really ensure you got all of your needs. All of the staff that you bump along anywhere will really greet and give you a smile which makes it a plus for the hotel. In our 3 days stay in the hotel they make sure that they provide the cleaning service of our room Very spacious parking . I will surely come back with my family again. Highly recommended!!

Great location if you want to play golf at Eagle Ridge.

My schedule changed and because I had pre-paid I lost 4 days...wasted money for me. Could they have given me a credit to be used later?

Staff and location. Unexpected room upgrade. Very polite staff. Wide parking space. Outside breeze. Country vibe looking at the facade of the hotel.

Wifi/internet connection - not accessible. The rooms needed to be renovated. Looks a bit old and the fixtures needed to be replaced. More facilities please. Thank you. Also, bidet has an extreme strong water pressure.

Breakfast was good. Staff was also nice and helpful. The room itself felt like a really nice hotel.

TV was old and difficult to use but I did not mind. The soap dispenser in the toilet was also difficult to use.

It's a great hotel. Our accommodation was unexpectedly upgraded to a suite. The staff, the place, and everything there made our stay amazing.

The staff were very warm and accommodating. The ambiance was so relaxing and peaceful too. it was a stress free check in and check out. :) 🙂 We love their unlimited brewed coffee at the lobby. :)

We got an unexpected upgrade to a suite. Much appreciated. The manager was very welcoming and full of smiles. Room was large and clean. Bottled water provided. The room was perfect.

Old bathroom tub with clear decay of the tub 2 guests and the receptionist wont give us 2 access cards? Had to request for room slippers! No shampoo - thankfully I brought my hygiene bag No water kettle - the dispenser outside works but a kettle in the room is much less hassle TV is too small - hard to hear/watch from the headboard
