Great location, with rooms a bit larger than many Japanese hotels. Breakfast was convenient and had a reasonable selection of western and Japanese options.

With only three machines - and some long programs - competition for the washing machines is fierce!

宿泊前、何度かメールでやり取りしたが返信が遅く、最後のメールに対して返信がなかった。 自販機でアルコールの販売がなく、外のコンビニまで買いに行かなくてはいけない。 地方なのに価格が少し高すぎると感じた。 朝食は全体的に良いが、ご飯(お米)が美味しくなかった。

Great location in Tsukuba. Room is comfortable. Laundry machine and microwave are good for staying for a few days. The room gets a bit older now the room is showing some aging signs but overall it is very clean and functional.

Here they have this nice magnet system to indicate whether you'd like a new set of towels or have the room cleaned. However the message written on the magnet does not align well with what they'd actually do. The magnet (and other written messages you can find) indicates that the room will be cleaned every 3 days. But even on the 3rd day if you don't put out the magnet it will still not be cleaned. I also hope they can collaborate with the little gym across the street and offer their guests a chance to work out (with a discounted fee, say).

Location is good, easy to move around as the station and bus interchange were 100m away. Eateries and supermarket were also 100m or less away from the hotel.

Breakfast could have been better. Not much varieties. Room is small since we were in Hokkaido before coming to Tsukuba, the rooms in various hotels in Hokkaido were much bigger.

Very centrally located hotel just across the street from the main train and bus station with plenty of restaurants nearby. We had breakfast in the nearby Starbucks.

The place is clean, comfortable and close to the station. The 洗颜料is the best I've ever used!

The location is excellent - a short walk from the station. The room was quiet and very comfortable for one person without a lot of luggage. (It is small for two people - I was there once before with my spouse.) Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. We were able to leave our luggage at the desk after check-out on our last day.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Tsukuba. The location is excellent — convenient access to public transport, shops, and restaurants. The staff were professional and friendly, and the facilities were well-maintained. The room was clean, quiet, and equipped with everything you’d expect from a modern business hotel in Japan.

The room was small and narrow, which made it uncomfortable at times, especially if you have large luggage. There simply wasn’t enough space to open it properly or move around easily.

駅を出てすぐのホテル。ただ、直結ではないので、雨の日は多少は濡れる覚悟が必要。スタッフさんは親切で対応も臨機応変。部屋も綺麗で、朝食も美味しかった。

Centrally located with good access to Expressway. Onsite car parking tower (£5 per day) and friendly helpful staff on duty 24/7. Room was modern with bath and useful facilities. Immaculately clean and provision of replacement towels etc. Hotel was well located for several nearby restaurants.
