Colazione da rivedere! Pane secco e alle 9:20 non c’erano più Gipfel e Nutella (staff dovrebbe passare più di frequente ). Inoltre il ceck-in è alle 14:00; quello anticipato costa 50.- in più… noi siamo arrivati alle 13:00 e non ci hanno dato la camera anche se con molta probabilità era pronta da un pezzo (troppo fiscali).

Very easy to get to from the airport and park. Good value. Room clean. We didn't have bfast as we were rushing to our another destination. Good parking option too.

Colazione assolutamente bocciata! Non è la prima volta che soggiorno al somerau…anzi è da 1 anno è cambiato il responsabile della colazione. Oltre ad essere maleducato che se prendi un pezzo di pane da mangiare in strada mentre esci e vai agli appuntamenti ti ricorda che non puoi farlo ( alla faccia della cordialità…e che la colazione costa chf20…magari pensa di perdere dei soldi) sono arrivato a colazione alle ore 09:30 il buffet era praticamente vuoto! Inammissibile, sino alle 10 e orario di colazione e deve sempre essere fornito! Ricordo 0 chf! Ho fatto notare che non vi fosse più pane e ghipfel… il pane è arrivato tagliato da lui…di solito si lascia la pagnotta sul carrello con i tovaglioli per tagliarlo, i ghipfel non erano freschi! Probabilmente del giorno prima. Solitamente a colazione al sommerau bevo sempre un ovomaltina, solitamente vi è ovomaltina caprina e suchard…vi era solo il cacao. Avete paura di perdere dei soldi ad andare all aldi di fronte a comprare delle bustine? Purtroppo la colpa è del nuovo responsabile delle colazioni,ma…la direzione dell hiotel deve controllare. Per la cronaca ho preso una stanza matrimoniale, costo pernottamento con colazione chf 150…non bruscolini mi aspettavo di meglio!

Comfortable bed.

There’s a lot not to like but it’s well located and ‘you get what you pay for’ is a very true statement at this particular hotel. It’s clean comfortable room for the night.

Il prezzo è sicuramente l'argomento più a favore di questa struttura. Attenzione, l'albergo in se non è male, ma si vede che se ne fa un uso intensivo e che è già passato qualche anno dall'ultima ristrutturazione. L'impianto TV riceve da tutto il mondo, nella stanza c'è anche una macchina per il caffè.

Difficile dirlo. Ripeto, la struttura ha il suo perché. Visti i prezzi però, la clientela che lo frequenta è medio-bassa. Ad esempio, all'entrata campeggia un bel cartello con il divieto di cucinare nelle camere. Cosa inusuale, ma indicativa. In generale si riconosce l'uso intensivo della struttura, con superfici consunte e materiale non più gradevoli.

Température trop élevée dans la chambre. 2 lampes sur 4 ne fonctionnent pas dans la salle de bain.

Cela correspondait à mes besoins. Cependant, le parking est très petit et ne convient pas aux gros véhicules. La décoration et les luminaires de la chambre sont à rafraîchir. Le petit dej est un peu trop simple et la propreté frigo laisse à désirer... Par contre la déco du restaurant est jolie.

I had a place to sleep, near to the school where I had a meeting and event to attend

The clerk did not seem to know anything about the town and could not answer my simple questions. The lighting system baffled me: why was the room key needed to engage the lights? The windows would not say open. I could not turn the TV on, but was too tired to call the front desk. The toilet did NOT FLUSH without repeated attempts!

+emplacement car nous avions eu un événement a 5 min en voiture, pour seulement une nuit c'est passable.

- trop cher pour ce que l'hôtel propose. 19 chf le petit déjeuner nous avions eu des croissants et des petits bout de pain aux olive de la charcuterie café et jus pour moi ça ne vaux pas les 19chf Dans la chambre pas de climatisations, l'eau de la douche est inverser avec le chaud et le froid pommeaux de douche bruyant. Pour une nuit c'est suffisant mais je ne le conseille pas pour des longs séjours.

Wir haben um ein anderes Zimmer gebeten, aber die Dame am Telefon hat uns gesagt, dass sie bis 23:00 Uhr nicht kommen würde, und hat dann einfach aufgelegt.

Nähe zum Bahnhof; trotzdem recht ruhig. Parkplatz in derTiefgarage.

Geringe Auswahl beim Frühstück (nur 1 Sorte Müsli und wenig frisches Obst). Keine verschiedenen Brötchen, dafür kleine, süße Croissants. Für ein durchschnittliches Frühstück war es in Ordnung.

Flexibilität bei den Frühstückszeiten (5:40 Uhr statt 6 Uhr für Frühaufsteher)

Easy to find, close to the train station. Very clean and tidy. Friendly reception.

I couldn’t work out the heating and melted a bit at night. I also didn’t realise there was an electric blind til day 2.

The hotel was very close to the train station with a free parking. It is really convenient to go to Zurich without worrying about the parking and driving in the city

You can see that it is an old building, some of the equipment is a bit outdated

Es hat eine Kaffeemaschine das fand ich super. Im Haus hat es eine gratis Garage zur Benutzung.

Wir konnten hören was die Nachbarn sprachen. In der Nacht wares zum Glück ruhig.

Výborná lokalita blízko stanica Dietikon odtiaľ len 15min. vlakom do Zurich HBF.Príjemný hotel v tichej lokalite s veľa príležitostí stravovania(reštaurácie,kaviarne,pizzerie,fast food občerstvenia) a supemarketov s potravinami.

Možno raňajky do 11.00.

You have to appreciate this hotel for what it is. It is a purely business hotel or a budget friendly holiday hotel. It is clean, in a location with multiple restaurants, free parking (either underground or next to the hotel), decent breakfast with good quality products. Staff was friendly too. There is also a tram just outside the hotel that can take you downtown, very convenient.

Nothing in particular, pillows could be better but honestly I did not ask for others.

Es gab kein warm Wasser..Und die Hotel Managerin hat mir gesagt das ich Zimmer gehabt habe und Fernseher also hat sie kein Grund gesehen mit mir zu diskutieren oder über eine Kulanz zu sprechen.Sollte ich wahrscheinlich meine Klappe halten und mit kaltem Wasser duschen…sie sagte das sie Managerin aber keine Besitzerin ist also fühlte sich nicht angesprochen…Und das es kein warm Wasser gibt ist schuld von höhere Gewalt 😂..Es ist sehr schade das die Leute nicht wissen was ein Manager für Aufgaben hat…Es kam keine Entschuldigung oder mir ein bisschen entgegen kommen sondern nur ARROGANZ Und HERABLASSENDE benehmen…

Ich suchte ein Hotel für eine Übernachtung und habe ca. 100.- bezahlt für das Einzelzimmer ohne Frühstück. Und ich bewerte hier das Hotel für meinen bezahlten Preis. Für mich hat das Angebot gestimmt. Ich hatte einen gratis Parkplatz vor dem Hotel. Es hätte sogar noch eine Tiefgarage gehappt, die wäre auch gratis gewesen. Das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Das Bett war schön fest, so mag ich es. Das Bad war sauber und es funktionierte Alles wie es soll. Wie gesagt, für den Preis in dieser Region für mich sehr gut. Der Empfang war sehr gut, ich wurde sehr freundlich begrüsst und konnte sofort einchecken. Ja ich würde wieder kommen. Vielen Dank

Tren istasyonuna yakın ve özel park yeri var. Zürih’i gezmek isteyenler trenle kolaylıkla ulaşabilirler. Zürih’te oteller çok daha pahalı ve özel park yeri olan otel bulmak zor. O nedenle burayı tercih ettik.

The breakfast was yummy!!! The room was hot but they had a fan and when the fan was on the room stayed cool!

Bequeme Betten mit schön weichen Kopfkissen, Kaffeemaschine, alles recht neu.

Wir hätten Oropax gebraucht - wir hörten das TV-Gerät im Nebenzimmer schon sehr früh am morgen und konnten dann nicht mehr schlafen.

Klimaanlage war defekt, es stand ein Ventilator im Zimmer. Die Betten sind unbequem. Kein Kühlschrank. Frühstück mit Fr. 19.00 viel zu teuer.

Personnel correct, monté charge pour handicapés.

Hôtel vieillissant, marques sur les murs, pas de restauration malgré le descriptif et les salles adéquates existantes. Bruits extérieurs prononcés. Le pain du petit déjeuner est frais un matin et non un autre.

Allgemein hat das Hotel meinen Erwartungen entsprochen und das Preis Leistungsniveau hat gepasst.

Der einzige Kritikpunkt war dass man im Hotel kein Abendessen zu sich nehmen konnte.

It was a great location and ok for a one night stay. Very friendly staff.

The air conditioning wasn’t working on a day when it was 33 degrees. Luckily there was a fan. A few light fixtures needed fixing and the lift was not working on our floor.
