由于睡魔祭，溢价非常非常厉害。一个晚上九百多，毫无性价比。设施比较老了，为啥老是要有浴缸，站在浴缸里洗澡很不舒服。

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026L'emplacement est top proche de la gare pour le shinkansen. Personnel agréable on peut poser les bagages en attendant l'heure. J'ai pas tester le petit déjeuner mais ça avait l'air bien organisé par horaires.
Chambre petite et lit double aussi. Ça fait l'affaire pour une ou deux nuit.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was nice and on the busiest day we stayed during the festival, a timed ticket was in place so that guests would be spread out during the service time.
There were only one pillow and one towel when the room had been booked for an adult and a child.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026早めに着いた時の手荷物預かりでも、お土産の紙袋などは番号合わせのロッカーに入れられてスマートに処理できました。 部屋がとても綺麗でした。 洗面所もお風呂も新しく過ごしやすかったです。 部屋が明るく、机にもライトが付いていて本を読むのに役立ちました。 朝食に郷土料理の煎餅汁があって、とても美味しかったです。全体的に美味しかったです。
ちょうど外装工事中で、足場が組まれてネットがあったので外観は残念。窓からの景色がネットで見えづらいのが圧迫感を感じさせます。

スタッフの反応が時々微妙(態度が悪い訳では無い)。

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Location is a 2 minute walk from the shinkansen JR station, which is great as we were passing through. The actual town is about 20 mins further on the train though. The hotel is just what you expect, compact and simple but has everything you need. The breakfast had a range of Japanese and Western foods to choose from.
The coffee at breakfast was terrible.

Reviewed May 29, 2026Convenient location for day trips, since the hotel is very close to the train station. The room had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable. Staff was very fiendly and helpful.
The suburb doesn't have a particularly warm, inviting, social atmosphere. There's not much to do in the immediate surroundings of the hotel.

Reviewed May 6, 2026駅近でホテルの周りに食事が出来る所が沢山あり助かる。 ホテル内は綺麗だし、受付のスタッフも笑顔でハキハキして良かった。
朝食の席が少なく満席のため時間をズラさざるえなく、時間をズラして再度行くと、バイキング形式の食べ物がほとんど無くなっており、ホールスタッフによる確認が悪いのか？、宿泊客に対して充分な量を用意できていないのか？が分からないが、朝食を少ししか口に出来無かったのが残念でした。

The window didn’t open and we weren’t able to turn off the air system so it was very stuffy, especially after we’d showered so we didn’t get much sleep. Other than that, everything was good.

Reviewed Apr 24, 2026住宿地點鄰近八戶車站非常方便，平坦的走路3分鐘即可抵達，拖大行李移動也很友善。也很方便搭乘相關巴士從八戶站出發前往八戶市區(譬如八食中心)、搭巴士前往十和田美術館、搭電車去種差海岸、搭新幹線去其他大城市。 房間有浴缸可以泡澡！
早餐簡單陽春，還算豐富。但如果有不附早餐可節省房費的方案，可以考慮採購，另外再自理早餐即可。

・宿泊料は変動相場なのはユーザー川も受け入れてはいますが、円安でインフレ傾向の今だからこそ固定料金ですとプランを練りやすいです。 ・チェックイン時の受付機器の文字入力はPC等のデバイスのローマ字入力キー配列と同一にしていただけると様々と対応しやすいですので御検討願います。

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026雖然房間小但舒適且優美的大廳填補了部分對空間的需求，下午茶的供應令人滿意，所有的工作人員都非常友善親切，比起其他連鎖商務旅館，早餐的選擇更多，以住宿價格來說是間物超所值的旅館，這間旅館讓我之後旅行都會考慮優先選擇comfort hotel入住。

Reviewed Mar 26, 2026For a short stay this is a good quality Japanese business hotel. The location is close to JR Hachinohe Station, the front desk staff were very efficient and spoke English - check-in was quick and straightforward. The room was quite small, but well designed with a large bed and even a good-sized work desk and office chair. Breakfast was included and was very good. The "library cafe" is as the name suggests a library and cafe - breakfast was taken there and the selection from the buffet was very good.
I was travelling alone without large suitcases - the room would be quite a squeeze for a couple with a lot of luggage. However, this is normal for Japanese business hotels - for a short stay without a lot of luggage this is a good place to stay.

I would have liked bottle water, but I think the faucet had drinkable water. The breakfast was a little bit lacking.
