Room cleanliness concerns mentioned in reviews regarding musty smells and a problematic HVAC system.

The location and views received high praise, making it a standout feature of the stay.

Location is consistently praised across reviews (very central, 5 minutes walk to center, perfect location), making this a clear strength of the hotel.

Staff responsiveness and overall service were praised across multiple reviews.

Staff are repeatedly described as very helpful, attentive and friendly in multiple reviews; a few isolated service issues (slow check-in, one inappropriate waiter) are outweighed by consistent positive staff mentions, so score is high to reflect strong overall service sentiment.

Breakfast is generally described positively, but half‑board/dinner options are sometimes limited and of uneven quality according to a number of reviews.

Basic amenities are satisfactory, though some reviews mention the need for updates.

Basic amenities receive mixed notes: breakfast is described as complete, parking nearby is positive, but some rooms lack reliable Wi‑Fi and TV performance is poor; overall amenities are above average but not flawless.

Some guests felt pricing, especially for food, was not justified.

Several guests feel the price is not fully justified given issues (noise, occasional service lapses, limited dinner options), while others find the stay satisfactory — a mixed but slightly below-target sentiment.
