The elevator was out of action. No fun with luggage to and from the second floor. No complimentary water. Booking.com did not offer me the ‘Pilgrim Rate’ which was cheaper AND included breakfast for us both. Not happy about that.

Parkplätze sind rar.

Habitación y baño amplios, cómodos y limpios, y con ropa de cama y toallas de buena calidad y con un olor muy agradable. Sin comentarios positivos ni negativos respecto a la atención de la recepción.

O jantar podia ter sido um pouco melhor. Foi ligeiramente abaixo das expectativas para comida de hotel. Gostamos muito o prato de alcachofra mas as vieiras não eram espetaculares.

Al apagar todas las luces para dormir este aro azul ilumina toda la habitación. En recepción nos dijeron que no era posible apagarlo. Debido a esta contaminación lumínica apenas puede dormir y esa mañana comenzaba mi Camino a Santiago. Elegí el parador para salir descansando y la luz no me permitió tener un buen descanso.

After a wonderful stay our impression of the Parador was marred by the man on reception as we were leaving. I'm hoping he doesn't treat all the guests so brusquely - perhaps it was a bad day for him. It stopped me from giving the Parador a ten score

Rideshare drove us there. As we were unloading 2 small backpacks and saying thank you, front desk man came out and insisted he move the car! No one was waiting and we were not there for more than 4 minutes,! Not very welcoming. No coffee in room. Had to go down 2 flights of stairs to get a cup from restaurant. It's inconvenient not to have coffee before dressing. Rest of staff were great!

Comme souvent dans les Paradores le personnel de la réception est très spécial. Le pire étant ici la personne pour le check-out qui semblait vraiment pas sympa. On ne s'est pas sentis tres bien accueillis.
