La comodidad y la limpieza. Fácil acceso piscina-playa

En mi plato de tomate con ventresca encontré entre los gajos la pegatina del tomate. En el restaurante dos camareros se pusieron a discutir sobre que uno de ellos había llegado tarde delante de todos los clientes. Las limpiadoras no paran de hacer ruido toda la mañana. Las cortinas no son opacas y entra luz desde que amanece, no se puede descansar bien con todo eso.

Практически все. Удачное состояние у падшего отеля санаторного типа. Совершенно неуютного, неопрятного , грязного, изношенного, с разбитыми номерами, грязными раковинами. Совершенно ужасающий сервис на завтраке.

La situation de l’hôtel est exceptionnelle ! Nous avons apprécié le calme, les chambres, la piscine, la possibilité d’accéder à une salle de sport.

Le petit déjeuner était trop cher car insuffisant en produits et en qualité. Le spa est trop cher (40 euros l’accès). Et surtout un très mauvais service au niveau de la restauration, personnel peu ou pas concentré et/ou peu assidu, oublis et erreurs dans les commandes de plats ou de boissons ..

Es la segunda vez que elijo este parador para mis vacaciones. Ubicación cerca de estación de tren, playa e instalaciones del parador, en concreto su piscina, vistas al mar y entorno

No es que no me gustara algo, pero si detecte peor funcionamiento general en la gestión que en mi primera visita, quizás menos personal o implicación

La ubicación es fantástica. Con una playa ala que llegas andando, cerca de la Albufera y alejado del ajetreo de Valencia. Es un parador muy cómodo

Creo que la oferta de restauración debería mejorar (cenas, comidas)

The view from the terrace over the golf course and the sea was superb! The staff in the main restaurant and at the check-in are very friendly. The massage in the Spa was outstanding. The golf course is very nice and quite well maintained.

The attitude of the staff in the bar area. The very dirty bar terrace (floor, tables and chairs were full of bird shit. Nobody cares to clean it away. The service is very slow and when complaining after a long wait, the staff in the bar area reacted very in a very unprofessional and inappropriate way. The room is very tired. The bathroom was awful. Bathtub/shower. It is 2026!! For this level (we paid €500 per night) we expect walk-in-shower.

Encantador lugar, bellas instalaciones, limpio, cuenta con muchas cosas para disfrutar.

El área de la playa está descuidada, nada de limpieza en esa área. Había un sonido constante en el área de afuera que hizo complicado dormir sin escuchar el sonido una y otra vez.

La situation , les installations , le golf

Les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix de la chambre par exemple pas de mouchoirs en papier et le personnel n’est pas très agréable même si l’hôtel est complet ce n’est pas une raison de ne pas être souriant et agréable . Ce matin , pour le petit déjeuner attendre presque 45 min pour obtenir un café avec du lait chaud , c’est vraiment trop long et surtout la serveuse sans un mot et surtout sans un sourire, on avait vraiment l’impression de la déranger . C’est vraiment dommage car ça fait plusieurs années que je viens dans cet établissement et c’est la première fois que fois que j’ai cette impression désagréable .

Hace años que vamos y estas últimas visitas el servicio de cafetería y desayuno ha empeorado

El lugar y el personal (todos son amabilísimos, pero sobre todo de el de restauración que además trabaja a destajo)

Das Haus selbst ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer ok, aber alte , sehr laute Aircondition. Badezimmer unkomfortabel , vieles windschief eingebaut. Miserabler, lustloser Service im Restaurant, vor allem abends. Die Bar/ Terrasse war unterbesetzt. Frühstück dagegen sehr reichhaltig und gut.

Because of threshold to balcony, it was not accessible for wheelchair (electric) . Need a low ramp there. Price per night quite expensive. Use of Spa (and golfcourse )not included

La limpieza no era impecable.mal servicio de restaurante y de confiteria

Bonito, tranquilo para una noche de bodas pero lejos de todo.

Ninguna atención especial para una pareja que se casó ese mismo día, ni un detallito por pequeño que fuera, por el precio de la noche y el acontecimiento!! Eso hubiera subido la puntuación, pero igual muchas gracias.

Location was amazing, place was really clean and the staff were wonderful.

Friendly staff. Peaceful place in the natural Park, near a wild beach. We had breakfast outside watching tortoises going in and out of their little thatched houses. Anyone expecting a hotel garden would be disappointed. The surroundings are allowed to grow wild on purpose. No noise at all at night. Great outdoor swimming pool.

The pool doesn’t open till 10.00 so we couldn’t swim before breakfast.

Calma, vista, praia muito natural, passeio de 2km no meio da natureza. Piscina muito boa com um funcionário discreto, mas muito simpático.

Como o quarto é duplo, podia ter mais uma toalha para as mãos.

Ich habe im Parador El Saler ein Standardzimmer gebucht und zunächst eines mit direktem Blick auf die hotel­eigene Müllsortierung erhalten – für ein angebliches 5‑Sterne‑Haus völlig inakzeptabel. Nach Reklamation wurde mir gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Dieses war zwar besser gelegen, aber hygienisch in einem Zustand, der eines Luxushauses nicht einmal ansatzweise würdig ist: Wollmäuse, Haare früherer Gäste und insgesamt ein ungepflegter Eindruck. Breakfast was good but service was not very friendly and slow.

Amusant de se balader dans cet univers des 60´s. Paysage calme et inspirant. Juste en bord de mer, plage calme et protégée. Personnel à l’écoute. Contrairement à des critiques antérieures, nous pensons que l’accueil est très professionnel. L’endroit est vaste et super confortable. La nature environnante est belle et intéressante à explorer.

À part à la réception, le personnel parle peu l’anglais. Les prix des restos sont sans doute trop chers. Parfois bruyant lorsqu’il y a des soirées privées mais le personnel est à l’écoute.

Service erschreckend schlecht, viele in einem 5-Sterne-Hotel zu erwartenden Kleinigkeiten funktionierten nicht. Nur ein paar Beispiele: - Auf das "wait to be seated" beim Frühstück musste man meist länger warten, weil trotz ausreichend Personal keiner vorne war - im Frühstücksraum wurde das schmutzige Geschirr nicht abgetragen - Abends im Restaurant bekamen wir die Speisen einmal nicht zeitgleich, so dass einer schon aufgegessen hatte, als der andere begann. - Die Verständigung mit den Kellnern war teilweise schwierig, weil sie teilweise überhaupt kein Englisch sprachen - Die Handtuchausgabe am Pool war zu den angegebenen Zeiten teilweise nicht besetzt - Es gab keine Kleenex bzw. Wattepads auf dem Zimmer, auf Nachfrage wurde genau ein Vanity Kit mit 3 Wattepads gebracht, danach fehlte es wieder Insgesamt machte das Personal einen wenig motivierten und wenig kundenorientierten Eindruck

emplacement, environnement, calme, nature, mer , piscine, chambre spacieuse Le golf est absolument exceptionnel, de niveau international... à ne pas manquer !

petit-déjeuner cher et prestation très moyenne, restauration au bar médiocre, restauration traditionnelle chère et moyenne... L'hôtel et l'environnement sont exceptionnels mais il faut limiter au maximum la restauration.

Nous avons apprécié la quiétude du lieu au sein du golf.

Le confort de la chambre ne correspond pas du tout à un hôtel 5 étoiles. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés le siège de la chambre était cassé et l'évacuation de la douche aussi.

The hotel is modern, clean and tidy. The room is spacious with excellent view to the Mediterranean Sea. Indoor private parking is available in the hotel. The staff is nice, polite and very helpful.

Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhöltnis, trotz dem Golferambiente. Ruhige Lage im Naturschutzgebiet.

Wir assen im "kleinen" Restaurant und da war die Qualität doch eher mager. Die blonde Barkeeperin und Bedienung machte zwar super gute Drinks, aber bitte ermöglicht ihr einen Jop ohne Gästekontakt - selten so unhöflich bedient und als Störfaktor empfunden worden.

Me gustó el entorno

Que no haya cerca autobuses, ni el Parador tenga lanzaderas para ir al pueblo cercano o Valencia, que no haya taxis solo los que vienen de Valencia a 40 Km. Está muy mal comunicado. O llevas coche o estás perdido. Y que pagar el campo de golf y sus servicios aunque no los uses. Es muy caro para un hotel de 5 estrellas.

Air conditioning does not work

great location, fantastic golf course. Easily accessible and good parking. We did enjoy the views and the rooms were clean and bed was comfortable enough.

check in took about 25 minutes for 3 people, and it was not busy. All of our names were wrong on the bill, and the staff in the restaurant/bar was rude. Breakfast only opens at 7.30 (which is ridiculously late for a 5star) and service was bad. there's a sign that says wait to be seated, but if you do nobody will attend to you. No coffee was offered, we had to discover on our own that there was a small coffee maker near the buffet. Quality of the food in the restaurant was certainly not good. The meat was not tasty. If I order a steak, i would expect the waiter to tell me if it comes without any sides.So we got a dry peace of steak without anything, no salt/pepper on the table and when we asked we got little paper sackets of salt. seriously, not 5* in any sense. At lunchtime we asked for food and drinks in the bar restaurant. the Waitress was clearly in a horrible mood, got the orders wrong, was very rude and unfriendly and service was absolutely horrible. The premises also needs some upgrading, bathroom had a bit of mold and the place is just not cosy. The spa is kind of ok, but for 40 euros for 90 minutes one expects something more impressive, i really don't understand why the 90 minutes thing...

El precio y el colchón, malísimo e incómodo

Lo primero lo de pedir una tarjeta de crédito por seguridad cono si un empresario fuera a destrozar la habitación mientras duerme. Luego hacía un calor horrible en la habitación y tenían el aire acondicionado bloqueado a 20 grados. En invierno 20 grados saca calor y no frío. Tuvimos que abrir la puerta del balcón y se llenó de mosquitos enormes. Me pasé la noche matando mosquitos. Y eso que las cortinas estaban bien cerradas. Luego quise pedir una factura y su contestación fue, el sistema no me puede generar ninguna factura.

The bathtub is a bit high and hard to get in. And a bit slippery. Be careful.
