Reviewed Aug 9, 2026We had a beautiful room on the 4th floor. Fabulous views from the balcony of hotel gardens, a lovely beach and out towards the sea. Very welcoming staff at the desk for registration and when we were departing. Restaurant & staff good for both dinner & breakfast.
Bar area indoors very drab. It took the young male bar assistant 15 minutes to produce 2 gin & tonics.

Heel vreemd medicijnen die in een koelkast liggen zijn toch belangrijke medicijnen. En dan zou maar weggooien

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Ubicación inmejorable, imprescindible contar con Parking. Desayuno correcto. Comida 6 sobre 10. Personal de cafetería y terraza agradable. Equipo de limpieza de habitaciones excelente en trato, servicio, facilidad, amabilidad y lo más importante SONRISA.
Coordinación entre los turnos de recepción sobre entregas de "objetos perdidos" y entregados con seguridad por otros huéspedes. Eché en falta un simple servicio 24 horas de algo de comer, aunque fura un simple sandwich frío cuando la cocina esta cerrada.

No children’s pool yet it’s a family hotel. Staff very very slow and at times there were no staff which meant we waited for nearly 15minutes to get a coffee and order hot food which with a nearly 2 year old isn’t great. Lifeguard always on their phones pointless having them wouldn’t actually be aware of someone or a child was drowning

There was a problem at breakfast on the Saturday. It was busy and there didn’t seem to be enough staff. It wasn’t helped by the fact that there is only one coffee machine with ridiculously low water pressure which meant it took ages to get yourself a coffee

La télé 4/3 pour un écran en 16/9.Le wifi = ADSL 1990 debit nul.Fauteuil des chambres défoncés ils ont plus de 10 ans.Arrivé un WE aucun service au petit dejeuné.Machine a café au buffet qui s'arrete quand le tiroir des dosettes est plein. Et aprés c'est le bidon d'eau qui est vide :Queue interminable au café.Pas a la hauteur de l’établissement. Le semaine service a table du café ENFIN! et enfin baignoires difficile a enjamber pour les + de 70 ans pas de douche a revoir

Service was slow (non existent in the bar so went elsewhere). Parking arrangements unnecessarily complicated need easier access system so clients not doing all the work. We felt was very expensive given we had stayed all over Spain including Barcelona,Granada and Madrid and this was the most expensive!!

Las habitaciones necesitan una reforma. Son amplias pero están anticuadas. Los baños también. A pesar de que la ubicación es estupenda, tiene al lado un chiringuito donde hacen fiestas de vez en cuando , con permiso del Ayuntamiento, con la música a todo volumen. No es culpa del parador, pero si toca fiesta el ruido es insoportable. En mi caso también tuvimos un problema de salud grave antes de llegar y nos retrasamos un día que perdimos ya que no teníamos cancelación gratuita. Nos pusimos en contacto con el parador para ver si podían beneficiarnos de alguna manera y fueron correctos, ya que obviamente no teníamos derecho, pero poco amables y con muy pocas ganas de ayudar.

Cierra la piscina a las 19,00h, demasiado pronto para esta época. Obligan al desayuno con un precio muy alto. El comedor necesita una carta más atractiva. De hecho tiene pocos clientes .

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026This is a beautiful hotel in a fabulous location. The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. The breakfast is outstanding. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful.
We have stayed here many times and the restaurant staff have always been charming and helpful. However this time they were all different and rude and unfriendly. It was almost impossible to order a cooked breakfast without annoying them. It was very disappointing and totally different to our usual experience here at this hotel. A kettle in a standard room instead of just in the Deluxe rooms would be much appreciated.

El parador necesita una actualización y mejora de algunas de las instalaciones (habitaciones, mobiliario, baños) Se notan los años… El desayuno estaba muy bueno pero resultaba un poco caótico (mesas sin recoger, servicio lento…), el gimnasjo es ridiculo! En resumen, precio muy alto para lo que ofrecen.

Reviewed Apr 30, 2026Personal muy amable y simpático. La ubicación es perfecta, habitaciones amplias y cómodas. El mejor desayuno de un hotel de 4 estrellas de la zona. Vistas insuperables, muy tranquilo y todo muy limpio. Restaurante excelente.
Una pena que no tengas más habitaciones con cama de matrimonio o al menos un topper para unir las dos camas. Instalaciones y estética algo desactualizadas.

Desayuno malo como siempre, buffet escaso y aunque el personal se esfuerza lo que traen es bastante regular . Unos churros con la pasta aún fria es un ejemplo. Gimnasio lamentable

Une odeur un peu nauséabonde parfois le matin dans la salle de bains et un carrelage qui avait tendance à bouger

La carte Amigos des Paradors ne veut plus rien dire puisque les courtiers comme Booking sont à des conditions bien plus avantageuses ! De plus la reception a refusé de m'enregistrer ma carte Amigos car je suis passé par Booking ...
