Reviewed Sep 19, 2026One of the most beautiful, peaceful Paradors we have stayed in. The gardens are exquisite, the rooms cool, relaxing and very comfortable.
One huge disappointment for us after a long drive was that although the swimming pool was filled and the water shimmered invitingly, we were not allowed to use it because there was no lifeguard available. This really mattered because we had chosen this Parador because it had a pool and considering the Parador is just South East of Madrid and it was only September 17th so still very warm, this is not acceptable and was not made clear at all when we booked

Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Großes Zimmer, sehr ruhig. Funktionierende leise Klimaanlage. Alles ist sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und das Essen im Restaurant hervorragend. Auch das Frühstück ist sehr abwechslungsreich und wie das Abendessen von lokalen frischen Produkten geprägt.
Leider war der Swimmingpool geschlossen.

No me gustó que se rompió la paz y el equilibrio después de comer, pues llegaron papás con niños,donde los papás armaban más jaleo. Soy madre y lo entiendo, pero allí éramos parejas de 40/50 años se intuía, que buscábamos la paz y el silencio que ofrecía el hotel.Intimidad madura, pero al llegar los niños eso se quebró.

Al estar en el mismo centro, descargar las maletas para luego llevar el coche al garaje (que está en otra ubicación cerca del hotel) puede ser algo incómodo. Por lo demás todo perfecto.

O pequeno almoço deveria ser de melhor qualidade e com mais variedade. Também não deveria ser necessário pedir as comidas quentes, que também deveriam ser mais variadas.

Both nights we stayed the maids kept entering the hotel room in the morning while we were asleep/ getting ready multiple times. This was 10am check out not until 12, really annoying to be disturbed/ wake up our toddler.

Seriço de pequeno almoço inexistente, e pequeno almoço fraco. Serviço da recepção pouco competente. Alguns corredores muito soturnos e más indicações dentro do espaço que por si é labirintico dado que é um antigo convento. Alcatifa do chão velha e pouco prática para as malas. Garagem sem acesso direto.

Un único pequeño detalle. Las duchas de la piscina creo que no están bien pensadas porque pierden agua cuando la persona va a salir y el sensor lo capta tarde. Además de haber cuatro chorros a la vez.

Había moscas en la habitación. Fuimos a cenar al restorán del parador, el jefe de mozos muy arrogante, en principio habíamos pedido vermut local para probarlo y croquetas y él nos respondió si solo eso íbamos a pedir, desubicado con aires de dueño de la propiedad a lo cual le respondimos que luego ordenábamos el resto, un impertinente que nos hizo sentir mal, luego obviamente él nos nos atendió más, pedimos otros platos a una moza muy cordial, el señor se paseaba por las mesas al estilo públic relations, terrible

Desayuno desde la pandemia y con la excusa se perdió el buffet y sacáis poca cosa y hay que pedir personalmente. Eso no es buffet. Otra cosa, no se puede engañar a la gente y decir que te ponen jamon ibérico y que te cobran por ibérico y no tiene esa calidad.

Reviewed May 9, 2026Het prachtige rustige sfeervolle gebouw met tuinen. Heel leuk dat er aan het eind van de middag een lekkere verrassing met een fles mineraalwater op onze kamer stond.
Zoute pinda’s en chips is voor ouderen niet gezond. Gelukkig kregen we in plaats daarvan ook een keer olijven en ongezouten walnoten.
