Ein beeindruckendes Hotel mit einer gemütlichen und zugleich edlen Atmosphäre. Auch das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

We stayed only one night between panoramic train rides. I wished we were there for a longer. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would have to have tried the spa facility, but we did not have enough time. Our dinner in the Grand restaurant was superb.

Conoscevo già Celerina, ma non l’albergo che è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa. Posizione centrale, struttura elegante, personale professionale e gentilissimo.

Due to ineptitude the final bill didn’t include dinner or drinks. I waited 30 minutes before departing to let staff organise themselves and get outstanding consumptions billed. The hotel suggested I pay for cocktails and other drinks I never had. I told the checkout staff I recalled the drinks during dinner costing a certain amount and I paid that without there being any invoice in their system. Upon returning home I was emailed the outstanding dinner, plus the drinks I had already paid, with a claim for drinks I never had. What a shambles of an administration… Ridiculous for a 4-star hotel.

Bella e anziana struttura, rimodernata senza tuttavia perderne il fascino.

La reception dove nessuno parla italiano, per essendo a pochi km dal confine. Servizio di accoglienza minimale, ma adeguato, in fondo è un 4*. Colazione discreta, si potrebbe migliorare, servizio al tavolo molto lento, anche a causa del numero alto di ospiti, comprensibile ma non totalmente scusabile. Per i prezzi applicati le camere e i bagni potevano essere più eleganti.

Service in the Restaurant at breakfast very slow

First thing first, we were much happier to stay in Celerina rather than St Moritz as it has a true village feel. The hotel is the only "high rise" in the area. The hotel was great and the room was very big and well appointed.... so would we go back: YES!! And everything I am going to write afterwards will not changes that opinion, it is just shared in the spirit of improvement. Now, because it is classed as a palace, I will note the small details that need to be worked on so that it hits all the right notes of a true palace - When we arrived there was no-one to help get the luggages up the stairs (and no, the hotel was not busy so that was not an excuse), all the information pre-filled before arrival did not transfer so we had to do it all again, the reception staff are not super friendly and are just very "neutral" (i cannot recall a warm "hello" or "good day" all throughout our 3 nights stay, and as little eye contact as possible), no drying rack in the otherwise very nice and large bathroom. But the big minus point was the lack of air conditioning in the room. I know that the Engadin area must not get heat waves regularly but they are more and more frequent and an hotel of this class, and of this price, should have at least a fan on the ceiling. We slept with the windows open trying to keep the curtains closed enough not to be woken up by the early sunshine.

The Cresta Palace Celerina is a beautiful hotel in many ways. We liked everything: the hotel location, facilities such as spa, pool, gym, etc; cleanliness at the hotel, restaurants serving amazing food, delicious breakfast. Above all, we were impressed with services and friendliness of the hotel staff- everyone was so nice, friendly and helpful. The only thing I regret is that I didn’t book a longer stay but we’ll definitely come there again.

Hervorragende Lage,tolles Hotel und gutes Essen

Leider war es nicht möglich,im Voraus das Package mit den 2 Jazzkonzerten und dem Dinner zu buchen-ich musste 8 Tickets via Festival da Jazz direkt bestellen. Vielleicht war dies dem Umstand zuschreiben,dass ich die 2Zimmer/wir hatten 2 Gäste eingeladen/ nicht direkt im Hotel, sondern bei booking.com gebucht hatte?. Diese Auskunft erhielt ich kurz nach der Zimmerbuchung am Hoteltelefon.

What a beautiful stay! This hotel has so much history. The building and rooms have been refurbished and are gorgeous! The hotel staff is friendly (Malou & Kevin were especially welcoming) and the food is delicious! You will not regret booking a stay here.

Beim Frühstück als die Gästezahl zunahm, wirkte das Personal überfordert und teilweise undmotiviert. Musste mein glutenfreies Brötchen mehrmals bestellen, am letzten tag bekam ich es gar nicht (verzichtete da ich sonst schon meinen Fruchtsalat gegessen hatte). Ich finde das Hotel teuer.

Rezeption und Service sehr freundlich, professionell und herzlich. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, große Auswahl insgesamt, viele verschiedene Brotsorten, frisches Obst, alles was man sich wünscht. Preiswerte Halbpension mit guter Auswahl. Wellnessbereich sehr entspannt und nachdem Skifahren die absolute Ergänzung zum perfektem Tag. Beeindruckend das Haus insgesamt, Parklätze am Haus, schöner Skikeller, und die Nähe zum Lift.

Es war alles in Ordnung.

Это не совсем Ski in/Ski out отель. До подъёмника надо пройтись метров 300-400 (в зависимости от того готовы идти по снегу или по асфальту). На ужины рестораны надо бронировать за несколько дней.

Nice breakfast, clean room and beautiful surroundings. -Once you got the attention- staff very friendly.

For that price the room was too basic and seamingly hasnt been renovated for decades, ceiling/walls very thin could hear neighbours, was waiting way too long at the reception for every inquiry including check-in.

We spent a wonderfully relaxing wellness afternoon at Vita Pura Spa at Cresta Palace Hotel and couldn’t recommend it more. We enjoyed their pool, steam room, and sauna facilities before finishing with a facial massage — the perfect way to unwind after skiing or hiking in the mountains. The atmosphere is calm, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed for true relaxation. A fantastic choice if you’re looking to reset both body and mind in a serene alpine atmosphere.

Las instalaciones muy lindas.., modernas, cómodas y limpias. A pasos del centro de ski y para rentar el equipo. El bus a St moritz está justo enfrente y te deja en 5 minutos o menos. Todos estuvo esxcelente

We stayed 24-28 January . 7 adults and a baby. We had lots of activities planned and I was frequently at the front desk needing taxis, booking restaurants and checking information. The staff there were great - patient , helpful , smiling . A big thank you to Paula who stepped in without hesitation to babysit when we were let down. Despite her reception shift finishing she stayed on and ensured the baby was well looked after and our big night out could go ahead. That’s really putting the customer first. The food was excellent . Breakfasts fabulous. We also enjoyed the Turkish restaurant. Afternoon tea in the lounge was a lovely gathering point at the end of the day and we lingered to listen to the excellent pianist. This hotel is well run - you know things will run smoothly when the general manager greets you on arrival. Well done to the team at Cresta Palace!

Das Frühstückprozedere ist wie in der Selbstbedienung am Berg. Jeder sucht sich irgendwo eine Platz - da fehlt Personal.

Good location, cold atmosphere. We ate dinner in empty hotel restaurant with 200 seats. Wellness needs urgent renovation, hotel is clean and good maintained.
