La ubicación es inmejorable: a menos de tres minutos andando de la estación de tren de Monza, desde donde hay trenes directos a Milano Centrale en apenas 10 minutos, y a solo un minuto del centro histórico. Basta con cruzar la calle para encontrarse ya en el casco histórico. El hotel es perfecto: cuidado, actualizado y muy limpio. Pero, sin duda, lo mejor es su personal. Es realmente excepcional: siempre te reciben con una sonrisa, te saludan, están pendientes de ti y dispuestos a ayudarte en todo momento. Es de esos hoteles en los que todavía encuentras una atención personal y profesional de las de antes. Incluso cuando iba a pedir la llave, ya sabían perfectamente cuál era mi habitación. Son pequeños detalles que hacen que te sientas realmente bien recibido y cuidado durante toda la estancia. El desayuno es maravilloso y no falta absolutamente de nada. Hay muchísimas opciones saladas y, para los amantes de lo dulce, es un auténtico sueño. Además, había tortitas recién hechas y unos yogures deliciosos. Sin duda, un hotel para repetir una y otra vez. Una estancia fantástica y un lugar al que volvería sin pensarlo.

Die Zimmer waren schön, sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Zu Beginn hatten wir leider Pech mit der Duschbrause, da diese in alle Richtungen gesprüht hat. Nach einem kurzen Hinweis wurde sie vom Personal jedoch sofort und ohne Probleme ausgetauscht. Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich hervorragend. Das Zentrum ist schnell in wenigen Schritten erreichbar und auch der Bahnhof befindet sich direkt um die Ecke. Dadurch konnten wir unkompliziert und schnell mit dem Zug nach Mailand fahren.

Die Nähe zum Bahnhof war für uns leider nicht nur ein Vorteil. Rund um den Bahnhof hielten sich teilweise sehr viele dubiose Menschen auf, wodurch die Umgebung vor allem am Abend etwas unsicher wirkte. Auch der Eindruck einer sozialen Problemzone war leider nicht zu übersehen. Das Frühstück können wir leider nicht beurteilen, da wir es aufgrund des Preises von 15 € pro Person nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. Für uns persönlich war dieser Preis etwas zu hoch, insbesondere weil unsere beiden Kinder beispielsweise bereits mit einem Croissant satt sind. In der Bäckerei gleich um die Ecke konnten wir daher für einen deutlich geringeren Preis frühstücken.

Bell'albergo in ottima posizione con parking. Vicino al centro città e ai siti di interesse turistico mi. Prima colazione molto buona con prodotti di qualità. Staff molto gentile.

Poubelle de salle de bain pleine lors de l'arrivée. Poussière sur le radiateur de la salle de bain. Petit déjeuner laissant à désirer au niveau du choix. Présence d'insectes et mouche sur les aliments.

Cheiro de mofo e cigarro no ar condicionado quarto. Nem c limpeza do quarto resolveu. Comprei Bom ar! O problema é que não fazem manutenção e higienização do ar! Um horror! Perigoso para saúde!

War nicht sauber! Wäre hilfreich zu wissen das Hotel liegt genau neben dem Bahnhof.

La struttura è pulita e accogliente. La camera è ampia e dotata di tutti i confort. Il kit bagno includeva prodotti di ogni tipo, compreso il sapone intimo. Una vera chicca per chi ha voglia di viaggiare leggero! La colazione era ottima e lo staff è gentilissimo e pronto ad accogliere ogni esigenza.

Echt een hotel waar aan alles gedacht is zelfs de badslippers

Dobrá lokalita umístění hotelu v blízkosti nádraží. Pokoj byl standartní, na svou polohu tichý, orientovaný do vnitrobloku. Jen sprcha v koupelně by snesla trochu péče. Velkou výhodou v těch vedrech byla klimatizace. Byla lehce hlučnější, ale na pokoji byly k dispozici špunty do uší. Skvělý personál na snídaní :)! Děkujeme

Great location and great hotel. They were helpful with restaurant recommendations . During my stay they had issue with the AC but messaged about it in advance and offered fans to every room. Helpful, friendly, professional staff. Great breakfast selection.

​Das Mobiliar im Hotel Monza ist leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine kleine Auffrischung vertragen. Dennoch überwiegen die positiven Aspekte deutlich! ​Ein großer Pluspunkt ist die Parkgarage und die sehr zentrale Lage. Außerdem war unser Zimmer erstaunlich ruhig, obwohl es direkt in Richtung Bahnhof lag. Ein riesiges Lob geht an das durchweg sehr freundliche Personal – ganz besonders an die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstücksbuffet. ​Das Frühstück ist überhaupt das absolute Highlight und für mich das Beste am ganzen Hotel. Alles war super lecker, reichhaltig und vor allem sehr frisch. Wer über die etwas ältere Einrichtung hinwegsehen kann, ist hier bestens aufgehoben!

Wat ouder, kleine badkamer en airco die veel lawaai maakt.

Doskonałe miejsce na pobyt ze zwierzakiem. Hotel jest bardzo czysty, zarówno łazienka, pokój, jak i pościel niemalże sterylne. Nie ponieśliśmy dodatkowych opłat za psa, co było bardzo miłym zaskoczeniem. Dostępny jest parking i jest on całkiem komfortowy jak na włoskie warunki. Dodatkowo obsługa jest przemiła i bardzo pomocna. Wisienką na torcie jest świetna lokalizacja.

Buona la colazione anche se i posti a disposizione erano pochi ed ho dovuto condividere il tavolo con altre persone sconosciute. Molto gentile il personale anche nell'affrontare le problematiche che si sono presentate

La stanza non era adeguata al prezzo pagato, ho avuto problemi tecnici con lo scarico del bagno che sono stati sistemati nel giro di un'ora durante la quale ho dovuto aspettare la risoluzione senza poter fare altro (ero in camera).

Excellent hôtel, très confortable, avec parking (payant) en sous-sol. A deux pas du centre ville.

Locatie dichtbij het centrum, goede bedden, heel vriendelijk personeel.

Het hotel ligt aan een heel drukke straat, je hoort dus auto's, sirenes etc. Wij zijn dat niet gewend en sliepen daardoor niet zo goed.

Hotel antigo a precisar de ser remodelado, varias zonas de infiltração no tecto, incluindo algumas com baldes para conter agua. Fizeram upgrade de quarto para um supostamente maior mas em que o barulho do comboio fazia estremecer o quarto a cada 10 minutos desde as 6h da manha. Janela para varanda comum com outros apartamentos o que gera insegurança.

Not a great experience unfortunately

Air con not working was messsged few days before, expected it to be fixed on arrival. Lift out of order , parking in garage unorganised, wrong bed configuration, gave us sheets had to seperate and re make our beds 😳

Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable. It's a compact room but absolutely fine for what I needed.

We booked a triple room with air-conditioning. A few days in advance we received an email telling us that the air-conditioning was not working. Upon arrival, we received a double and a single room with air-conditioning at the same price. But the flush of the toilet was not working in the single room. After being repaired, it was leaking. The rooms were outdated, rustic, and the showers very old and rotten. Far too expensive for what we got. Not worth the 4 stars of the hotel. One star seems more appropriate.

Für uns hat das total gut gepasst. Das Hotel ist sehr nah am Bahnhof. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig. Das Zimmer zweckmässig. Das Personal sehr freundlich.

Leider hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert.

Wir haben das Hotel nur als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für den GT World Challenge Europe genutzt. Freundliches, hilfreiches Personal, gutes Frühstück mit fairem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.

Leider war die Klimaanlage trotz angemeldetem Ausfall und anschliessender Reparatur nicht leistungsfähig genug, sodass die Zimmer nicht ausreichend gekühlt werden konnten.

Posizione buona, anche se senza parcheggio e bisogna camminare per qualche centinaio di metri con la valigia, la colazione è discreta.

Sono arrivato e l'aria condizionata non funzionava, impossibile stare con la finestra aperta in quanto la posizione è su una strada molto trafficata, ho sofferto un caldo incredibile senza mai dormire, il prezzo per l'occasione, la situazione e il periodo è stato inappropriato (150€)

Great location and friendly staff.

Unfortunately the AC wasn't working tho the hotel had advised us before checking in. We also had an issue with with load music but thankfully this was dealt with by the staff and we were able to open the window to help us to sleep.

La doccia era veramente pessima, non restava nel suo supporto e uscivano 3 fili d'acqua. Impensabile per un 4 stelle. Quando ho fatto presente in maniera molto educata alla reception, il responsabile è stato poco recettivo e poco cortese, io non ci tornerò più.
