El salón podría estar mejor decorado, así como el dormitorio sí es más acogedor. La escalera de acceso al dormitorio que está en la planta superior es muy estrecha y no es cómoda para cargar con maletas; no apto para todo el mundo.

Steep twisting Staircases, beams too low for tall people, poor quality and insufficient provision of cutlery and crockery. Disappointing cooking equipment.. Appreciate it's an authentic building but very creaky floors and awkward steps up into bathroom from bedroom. Not suitable for anyone with mobility or vision problems.

La ubicación me gustó mucho. Sitio tranquilo y con bonitas vistas de los tejados del lugar. Bonita decoración y baño muy amplio y cómodo. El anfitrión atento para darte las indicaciones.

Las camas pequeñas resultaron bastante incómodas y hace bastante calor en la zona abuhardillada.

El apartamento muy bonito y limpio con un enorme baño.

Difícil llegar con el coche a la calle y las escaleras para subir al apartamento.

Excellent location. Great restaurants just across the street and nearby bakery/shops. Very easy check in / check out. Very comfortable for sleeping - curtains, beds, zero noise. Great host. Nearby parking for free. Apartment has everything one could need for staying.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Ort. sie ist groß.

Das große Problem ist der nicht vorhandene Parkplatz. Nach tel Rücksprache sind wir abends außerhalb des Ortes nicht weit von der Wohnung gefahren und haben dort einen kostenlosen gefunden. Tags über bei der Anreise waren selbst die kostenpflichtigen total überfüllt und wir haben lange gesucht bis wir einen kostenpflichtigen kurzzeitparkplatzt gefunden haben und danach da Ort fluchtartig verlassen haben (viele Menschen) abends sind wir dann zurückgekehrt. Aber das Parkplatzproblem haben wahrscheinlich viele Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten im Ort.

Too rustic for me. Very dim Lighting. Musty smell. Carpet had suspect stains. Shower wall broken screen. Up 2 floors of a spiral staircase. More suited to a younger vibe.

Todo me gustó, hubiera estado perfecto que la lavadora de ropa estuviera bien para poder usarla pero la verdad anduve por muchos lugares y casi ninguna ofrece ese servicio. Eso fue un asunto menor.

Appartamento molto grazioso, spazioso e confortevole. Tutto ben curato e tutto perfettamente pulito. Self check in molto pratico e gestore molto gentile, sempre contattabile e di supporto. Posizione perfetta per visitare la cittadina.

Über eine steinerne Wendeltreppe gelangt man in die dritte Etage. Die Wohnung mit Küche/Essen/Wohnbereich, Bad/WC, Schlafzimmer sowie zwei weitere Schlafmöglichkeiten in der Galerie war sehr geräumig! Hier könnte man problemlos länger logieren. Die Aussicht über das Städtchen ist super!

Der Check-in war etwas harzig, da ich mein WhatsApp auf "stumm" hatte und die Informationen dort ankamen. Die Ladenbesitzerin direkt neben der Unterkunft informierte uns, wie man sich eincheckt, resp. dass auf WA eine Message sein sollte. Danach hat alles reibungslos geklappt.

Läget i byn är fantastiskt.

In posizione centrale, nella parte vecchia della città, in un palazzo ben ristrutturato, la suite all’ultimo piano, parzialmente mansardato, è molto accogliente e pulita, con salottino fornito di cucina attrezzata, camera matrimoniale e bagno con doccia. È disponibile il Wi-Fi.

La camera da letto è separata dal salottino da una tenda, che dovrebbe rendere più agevole il passaggio dell’aria condizionata, disposta solo nel salotto, non avendo la stanza da letto nessuna finestra. Purtroppo siamo capitati nei giorni di gran caldo e il passaggio dell’aria fredda non era sufficiente.

Most of it - especially the stairs; and electrical sockets which came away from the wall... shutters were left open so temperature was unbearable... I could go one... suffice to say, we found somewhere much more to our liking and accepted the 'lost' funds... Totally unsuitable for anyone with a movement disability and/or bad legs... host could only state it is all on whats app when called...

Wonderful location, spacious room, updated bathroom. The air conditioning worked very well, which was appreciated as it was very hot during our stay.

The property was great. But the 20 minute walk from the train station in the heat, up hill, over rough ground and cobblestone was not fun. Definitely recommend seeing if an Uber is available.

Die lage war nicht zu übertreffen im schönsten Teil vom Zentrum. wunderschöne Ausichten auf die Weinberge. Die sehenswürdigkeiten vor der Tür. Schönes Restaurant genau gegenüber. Frühstück habe ich mich selbst versorgt da es eine Wohnung war. Es war aber alles da was man braucht in der Küche

Lack of electric sockets , a shelf in the bathroom next to the mirror would be useful and a luggage rack in the bedroom would also be useful.

Excellent location. Clear picture instructions from the host about local parking and apartment location made arrival very easy. Good shower, sofa, WiFi. We didn’t cook, only used the kettle/fridge.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable. Be mindful of the height restrictions in the upper floor (there was a choice on booking). Towels are very frayed.

Séjour très agréable aux Logis du Roy, idéalement situés en bas de la ville de Saint‑Émilion. L’emplacement permet de rejoindre facilement le centre historique à pied, ce qui rend la découverte de la cité particulièrement pratique et plaisante. La chambre est spacieuse, propre et décorée avec goût. La grande douche et l’espace salon apportent un vrai confort supplémentaire, donnant une impression de bien‑être dès l’arrivée. L’ensemble est calme et accueillant, parfait pour se reposer après une journée de visite. Le rapport qualité‑prix est excellent : on profite d’un hébergement confortable, bien entretenu et très bien situé pour un tarif tout à fait raisonnable. Une adresse à recommander pour un séjour réussi à Saint‑Émilion.

Attention, le logement ne possède pas de place de parking, mais des solutions existent. Le plus simple et de se garer hors de la ville et de se rendre au logement à pied (100 mètres du logement).

Inconfortable. J’ai placé ma main sur le dessus du dossier du sofa du salon, lorsque je l’ai retiré et mise sur mon chandail noir, et bien j’ai pu voir ma main imprimée en poussière sur celui ci. La dame qui nous a ouvert, aucun sourire.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour! L'appartement est plus beau en vrai que sur les photos; il est très grand, spacieux et doté de tout le nécessaire. L'emplacement était parfait et notre hôte s'est montré très disponible et arrangeant. Nous avons vraiment adoré notre court mais très agréable séjour.
