There is water in room however facilities like coffee and tea are in lounge and they have games as well in this common room.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Thank you Ruth and Reto for the great hospitality. Hotel is beautiful, the room was clean, spacious and had small balcony with fantastic views of the mountains. Great recommendation on where to explore and what to do in Bettmeralp. Kids loved the toys in the common area. We were also able to swim at the sport center pool for free. Host picked up our luggage from the cable car station and drove us back after checking out.

Un hôtel où j'ai eu l'impression d'être comme chez moi. Je ne suis pas surprise des bonnes notes qu'il obtient! Je conseille les yeux fermés!

The location was easy to walk to from gondola, there are two grocery stores very close by, and plenty of restaurants to try as well. The view out of our window was incredible both from bed and from the balcony, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was very delicious! 😋 My balcony had the most amazing views, I could even see the Matterhorn on my last day! The room and bed were very comfortable! Nice walks through the village and the forest! Reviewed Oct 10, 2025Sehr netter Empfang. Das Frühstück war sehr fein, alles frisch. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr geschmackvoll im Walliser-Stil gehalten. Das ganze Haus ist sauber und sehr schön dekoriert. Das Zimmer hat uns auch sehr zugesagt, modern und gemütlich. Das Zimmer war gross, das Bad eher klein.

The room and bathroom were on the small size but well arranged to make the most of the space. My husband wasn't so keen on the continental pillows but to be fair we didn't ask if there was an alternaitve.
