Reviewed Sep 9, 2026The hotel was lovely, rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable and the cleaners came every morning and replaced everything fresh, nice balcony and great pool facilities. The breakfast was outstanding, and the location is a couple of minutes walk from the beach. There is a great bus service for exploring (bus 11). I'd like to mention the outstanding customer service from max at reception, he was more than happy to answer any questions and gave great recommendations as well as being overall very friendly and welcoming!

Parcheggio convenzionato esterno al costo di 30 euro per una notte! A parte il prezzo, mi ha dato fastidio che lo stesso non fosse evidenziato su booking, circostanza giustificata con la variabilità del prezzo sulla base delle richieste.

Für den Hotelparkplatz wurden 30 Euro pro Tag verrechnet- als wir den Parkplatz stornieren wollten ( am selben Tag!!) , da der Parkplatz gegenüber 15 Euro pro Tag kostet- wurde uns sie Stornierung verweigert!!! Das Frühstück war auch nicht gut- jeden Tag dasselbe!!! Keine Abwechslung!

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Das Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl an verschiedenen Optionen aus denen man sich das passende zusammenstellen konnte (Brötchen, Obst, Süßes, Herzhaftes, Salat). Zum Strand sind es nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Zimmerservice war ordentlich
- Unterhaltung auf Englisch an der Rezeption sehr mühselig und teilw. schwierig - Extragebühr für von 30€/Tag für den Hotelparkplatz, welcher glücklicherweise sehr leer war. Dennoch wurde unser Auto auf dem sehr engen Parkplatz beschädigt und die Kooperationsbereitschaft des Hotels war nicht vorhanden bzw. aufgrund der Sprachbarriere evtl auch nicht möglich eine vernünftige Lösung zu finden. Zudem machte das Management keine Bemühungen die Sache zu klären sondern blieb lieber im Büro und setzte die Angestellte an der Rezeption als Vermittlerin ein. - Im Zimmer ging teilweise bereits die Tapete ab - Am letzten Tag hatten wir keine frischen Handtücher mehr nachdem der Zimmerservice durch war. - Liegen direkt am Strand mieten und mit eigenen Handtüchern hingehen vermutlich billiger als direkt im Hotel zu buchen

מלון גרוע, מזעזע, ירוד, אפילו לא כוכב אחד. יחס מחריד של הצוות, הנהלה שקרנית !! מהרגע הראשון התחילו תקלות שלא טופלו עד שעזבנו. המלון מתנער מאחריות, לא מטפל בליקויים ומשקר ששודרגנו לחדר עם נוף לים.... תראו את התמונות שצירפנו מהחדר ותשפטו בעצמכם. אין מספיק מים חמים, אין זרם חזק של מים, ה wifi חלש ולא יציב. מתנתק כל הזמן, פעם אחת ניקו את החדר ולא השאירו מגבות, פקיד הקבלה החצוף לא רצה להעלות לנו מגבות, נאלצנו לרדת לקחת לבד, פעם אחרת השאירו חדרים פתוחים כל היום אחרי ניקוי החדרים... פשוט מזעזע... והמלון עוד מתחמק ומשקר שהדברים לא אירעו... נאלצנו לערב את בוקינג והם פיצו אותנו בכסף. אל תתקרבו למלון הזה !!!! תקראו היטב את חוות הדעת עליו מיתר האורחים. המלון הזה צריך להיות מחוץ לאתר של בוקינג וזה לא משנה מה יגיב המלון לחוות הדעת שלי - הם פשוט ישקרו שוב ! הם טוענים שלא הבטיחו לי 2 חדרים צמודים... תקראו את הצילום מסך שצירפתי, ותשפטו בעצמכם.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026⭐️ Very disappointing — definitely not a 4-star experience Honestly, I have stayed in several 4-star hotels, and this was nowhere near the standard I expect from a 4-star property. The first disappointment was the €40 charge for parking inside the hotel. For hotel guests, this is an excessive price and makes the overall stay feel even more expensive. There was absolutely no proper welcome experience — no welcome drink, no towel, no small gesture, nothing. For a hotel presenting itself as 4-star, the level of hospitality was surprisingly poor. The room service/housekeeping was also disappointing, with no proper room-boy service during our stay. The situation with the swimming pool was particularly frustrating. Pool cleaning was carried out while guests were actually inside and using the pool. This is something that should be scheduled properly, not done while customers are trying to enjoy the facility. The hotel also claims to offer soundproof rooms, but in reality, our room was far from soundproof. We could clearly hear noise, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy the stay. And finally, the rooms themselves simply did not feel like 4-star quality. The furniture, overall condition, comfort and standard were not what I would expect from a hotel with a 4-star rating. I am saying this based on comparison with other 4-star hotels I have stayed in — the difference was very noticeable. Overall, this felt more like a basic hotel trying to charge 4-star prices than a genuine 4-star experience. The price, service and facilities simply do not match the standard they advertise. I would seriously reconsider staying here again, and I would recommend that the management focus on improving the guest experience before charging premium prices and presenting the property as a 4-star hotel.

I am not sure it meets the standards of 4 star hotel. Technically probably yes, but a client may except more than this. Parking the car at the hotel was expensive but it was not easy to move it due to the limited space available.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Das Frühstück war gut und abwechslungsreich – es war von allem etwas dabei. 😊 Für Personen mit Unverträglichkeiten kann ich allerdings nicht sicher sagen, ob beispielsweise glutenfreies Brot oder laktosefreie Milch angeboten wird. Da es uns selbst nicht betroffen hat, haben wir auch nicht danach gefragt. Die Lage war ebenfalls super: Mini-Märkte, Restaurants, Bars und der Strand sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Bei den meisten Stränden kann man jedoch nur Platz nehmen, wenn man einen Liegestuhl mietet. Deshalb sind wir mit den Mietfahrrädern (Lime) zu einem Strand in der Nähe von Coconuts gefahren, wo man sich kostenlos hinlegen kann und nichts mieten muss. Bekannte Clubs wie Carnaby Club oder Coconuts sind mit dem Fahrrad in etwa 10 Minuten erreichbar. Insgesamt also eine tolle Lage! Zimmer zwar ohne Meerblick, stattdessen täglichem guten Bilck auf den Sonnenuntergang! 😀

Prezzo troppo alto per la qualità della struttura. Piscina sporca, non curata e senza un ombrellone per ripararsi. Possibilità di parcheggiare all'interno dell'hotel o in un parcheggio sterrato a qualche metro ma con prezzi assolutamente eccessivi. Nella zona ci sono strutture molto più economiche e migliori.

Takarítók mindennap jönnek és nagyon gondosan figyelemmel a dolgainkra kitakaritanak. A tisztaság szuper. A wifi jó. Mi gazdaságos kis szobát kaptunk alig tudtunk elférni ez negativ volt de így is megvoltunk azért. Ha drágábban foglalsz akkor nagyobbak. Ágyal jók. 4 párnát adnak egy nagy takaróval. Hűtő van. És széf is. Közelben van kisbolt. Köszönjük a finom kávékat a recepciósoknak! És a sok odafigyelést!!

Camera noastră a fost foarte mică, înghesuită și cu un aspect vechi. Balcoanele care sunt sub piscină au infiltrații. Se auzea orice zgomot de orice fel.

Personale arroganti, attenzione perché spendendo 200 a notte danno camere piccole senza vista mare (vicino all’ascensore), alla richiesta se ci fossero altre camere ci viene detto che con la vista mare ci sarebbero stati supplementi. Di sera ci siamo bloccati nell’ascensore 3 volte, il personale in poche parole dice che la colpa è nostra perché gli altri non si bloccano, allucinante. Attenzione: i nostri amici hanno prenotato su Booking, al loro arrivo li viene detto che le camere sono piene e li hanno spostati ad un altro hotel, perché non abbiamo risposto alla telefonata di conferma, dice così il personale senza un minimo di gentilezza, prima volta che succede una cosa del genere. Meglio evitare per non essere presi in giro

Le convenzioni dell’hotel sono più care rispetto al pagare autonomamente verso i servizi esterni convenzionati. Non so che strana concezione abbiano di convenzione… ma è una presa in giro. Le signore delle pulizie sono moleste. Un giorno abbiamo deciso di non uscire, per il troppo caldo. Eravamo in mutande sul letto, e la signora delle pulizie, dopo aver bussato e dopo aver io risposto, è entrata senza dire nulla, parlando solo inglese. Le sono corso incontro dicendo di non entrare, ma ha continuato ad avvicinarsi, nonostante fossi svestito, facendomi segno dell’orologio (come a dire “ce ne andiamo da qui)? La mattina seguente stesso episodio, ad orario colazione. Ma se decido di dormire al mattino o al pomeriggio, devo essere importunato? Con quello che costa l’hotel, ci si aspetta almeno privacy. Oltre a questo, il parcheggio, che su Booking viene definito incluso, in realtà ha il costo di 20€ al giorno. Se fate una settimana, pagate 150 euro in più solo per tenere la macchina posteggiata. Arredamento vecchio e tende maleodoranti. L’hotel ha 4 stelle, ma sinceramente mi sembra eccessivo. Da parte mia e della mia ragazza, pessima esperienza e sconsigliata se volete tranquillità e zero pensieri.

IL PARCHEGGIO DELL'HOTEL È A PAGAMENTO...20€ AL GIORNO..PREZZO ECCESSIVO GLI SDRAI DELLA PISCINA SAREBBERO DA SISTEMARE/CONTROLLARE DATO CHE CEDE IL POGGIATESTA. L'ACQUA DELLA DOCCIA DELLA PISCINA È BOLLENTE, IMPOSSIBILE RISCIACQUARSI. PECCATO ANCHE PER LA TELEVISIONE DELLA NOSTRA CAMERA CHE NON ANDAVA MOLTO BENE L'ANTENNA.

Дуже чисто, постільна білизна і рушники вимінювали кожного дня! Сніданок шикарний! Бар 24/7! Басейн чистий! Рекомендуємо! Пляж в кількох хвилинах! Море дуууже тепле! Є туалети і душ на пляжі! Все необхідне є! Саме від цього пляжу 72, відпливає корАблик кожен день!
Басейн до 20.00, хотілося в басейн саме пізніше, але це не критично, гуляли вночі на морі, вздовж пляжу!

Nur wenige min zu Fuß zum Meer ( dort müssen liegen gemietet werden 2 P. 15 eur) Man kann im Hotel gegen Gebühr oder in der Nähe gegen eine etwas kleinere Gebühr parken. Wir hatten Meerblick. Das Frühstück war gut ausgestattet. Balkon war klein aber angenehm.
Zimmer waren schon sehr klein Die Klimaanlage hat nicht gut gekühlt. Trotz mehrmaliger rekla wurde Fehler nicht behoben.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Super hotelik ,fajny pokój z balkonem,czyściutki co dziennie sprzątany pokój ,duży plus to basen otwarty od 8 do 20 w każdej chwili można się schłodzić,blisko plaży,przy ulicy w jedną lub drugą stronę pełno restauracji, kebabów itp,śniadania duży wybór choć co dziennie to samo ale każdy wybierze coś dla siebie.Ja osobiście POLECAM !!!

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Esperienza deludente – assolutamente non all’altezza di un hotel 4 stelle Purtroppo la mia esperienza in questo hotel è stata molto negativa e, considerando che si tratta di una struttura a 4 stelle, mi aspettavo un livello di servizio decisamente superiore. Fin dal mio arrivo ho avuto la sensazione che qualsiasi richiesta comportasse un costo aggiuntivo. Alla reception, il personale è stato poco disponibile e, in particolare, il receptionist con gli occhiali si è dimostrato estremamente arrogante e scortese. Appena arrivata mi è stata subito richiesta la tassa di soggiorno e, quando ho semplicemente chiesto due bicchieri, mi è stato detto che avrei dovuto pagare 5 €. Anche per la consegna in camera di un ordine che avevo già pagato, ed era peraltro una sorpresa, mi è stato chiesto un ulteriore pagamento di 5 €, con la motivazione che sarebbe dovuto essere il personale a consegnarlo. Durante il soggiorno si è inoltre verificato un problema con l’aria condizionata: una sera ha iniziato a perdere acqua. Ho dovuto aspettare circa 12 ore prima che qualcuno intervenisse per risolvere il problema. Anche il frigorifero in camera non funzionava correttamente. Per quanto riguarda l’acqua nel minibar, ci è stato spiegato che all’arrivo vengono fornite soltanto due bottiglie e, successivamente, evidentemente, bisogna provvedere diversamente. L’unico aspetto positivo è stato il lavoro della signora delle pulizie che, nei primi tre giorni, si è occupata molto bene della camera, pulendola e cambiando regolarmente la biancheria. Successivamente è subentrata un’altra persona e il servizio è risultato decisamente più superficiale, limitandosi principalmente al cambio degli asciugamani. Anche la colazione è stata una grande delusione: ogni giorno venivano proposti gli stessi prodotti, molti dei quali sembravano essere congelati e, a mio gusto, erano poco saporiti e di scarsa qualità. In conclusione, non consiglio questo hotel.

Pour un 4 étoiles. Chambre minuscule. Piscine inexistante dans un trou. En plus 10€ pour la serviette. Le plus scandaleux le prix du parking 40 € la nuit (rien indiqué sur le site).

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Camera ampia e pulita con balcone. Colazione ricchissima e davvero buona. Posizione ottima, a 5 min dalla spiaggia. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.
Sconsiglio la convenzione con la spiaggia. L'ho fatta il primo giorno, per poi scoprire che la spiaggia costava meno senza convenzione. Forse abbiamo un concetto di "convenzione" diverso.

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht so richtig funktioniert. Der Preis für den Parkplatz ist total überteuert und mit einem größeren Auto sehr schwer zu parken.
