В этот раз наш номер внезапно оказался не в самом отеле, а через пару домов от него на соседней улице. Близко, но все же на завтрак пришлось идти в другое здание, что в 8 утра в дождики не добавляет оптимизма. Хорошо, что был лифт. Номер на 2 (реально третий) этаже при пятиметровых потолках. Номер был огромный, но в нем не было электрического чайника. Давно я не грела чайник на конфорке плиты. Очень как-то непродуманно. Остальное все отлично.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Ausgezeichnete Lage im Stadtzentrum, freundliches Personal, riesige und komfortable Zimmer, ein historisches Hotelgebäude. Nachts ist es ruhig, und das Stadtzentrum ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar!
Sehr mageres Frühstück. Der Parkplatz ist etwas weit vom Hotel entfernt.

Das Frühstück war recht einfach gehalten und die Parkhausgebühren, sind auch nicht zu unterschätzen. Hier wäre ein Arrangement mit dem Betreiber, sinnvoll.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Das Frühstück mit Auswahl an individuellen Eiergerichten war das einzige Plus.
Das Hotel ist nicht in die Jahre, sondern richtig heruntergekommen. In meinem Zimmer war etliches defekt. Im Bad fehlte die Abdeckung der Lampe, der Deckel vom Mülleimer, die Toilettenbrille hing schief auf der Toilette, die Rillen in der Duschschiebeleiste waren verdreckt und über dem Dunstabzug war eine Daumen-dicke Staubschicht. Die Möbel im Zimmer waren abgewohnt und passten nicht zusammen und der Balkon war so abschüssig, dass ich ihn nicht benutzt habe. Das Hotelpersonal war unfreundlich. Man konnte merken, dass niemand dort Spass an der Arbeit hat. Ich war froh als ich weggefahren bin. Ich nehme an, dass das Hotel nur vom Umstand lebt 1 Minute Fußweg von den Thermen entfernt zu sein.

Die Unterkunft ist extrem veraltet und in die Jahre gekommen und leider nie renoviert worden. Das entspricht nicht mehr dem deutschen Standard eines guten Hotels.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026+ : bien situé, pas trop cher, petit déjeuner inclus L'emplacement est excellent mais l'hôtel aurait besoin d'une rénovation complète. La chambre était très spacieuse, avec deux toilettes mais les meubles et la décoration avaient l'air de venir d'un magasin de deuxième main. Le personnel ne parle pas français (ce qui est excusable) mais pas non plus anglais (ce qui est un peu surprenant dans une ville touristique). Le petit déjeuner était OK pour le prix. Beaucoup de choix mais des produits de basse qualité venant du supermarché discount d'à côté (yaourt de chez Netto, par exemple). La bonne note du petit déjeuner est la possibilité d'avoir une omelette au choix. Enfin, parking très compliqué avec seulement la possibilité de déposer les bagages devant l'hôtel situé en zone piétonne. Ensuite il faut aller se garer dans le parking couvert le plus proche et très cher.
Tout est vieux et usé. Parking difficile et coûteux. Il faut prévoir le coût du parking en plus du prix de la chambre.

Ein nettes Cafe und umliegende Geschäfte sind in der Nähe Ein Haus mit langer familiengeführter Tradition, daher ist Einrichtung nicht auf dem neuesten Stand. Dafür ist Preis attraktiv. Aufzug, wenn benötigt wird, ist vorhanden. Frühstücksauswahl könnte insgesamt besser sein. Für uns wars akzeptabel Pluspunkt: man wird gefragt, ob man frisches Rühr- oder Spiegelei möchte.

Camera decisamente più grande della media, bellissima sala per la colazione, che era buona, ricca e con prodotti freschi.

Struttura molto vecchia, siamo rimasti bloccati in ascensore. Anche la sera prima rientrando dalle terme abbiamo trovato l’ascensore non funzionante. Inoltre il personale non parla una parola di inglese, per cui è stato difficile capirsi.

vecchio e con ascensore funzionante a giorni alterni... senza aria condizionata, con ventilatore rumoroso (inutile) pulizie a giorni (venivano cambiati gli asciugamani) senza zanzariere alle finestre non si poteva lasciare aperto lenzuolo a sacchetto con piumoncino (con il caldo che c'è stato, praticamente abbiamo usato solo il lenzuolo sul materasso)

Struttura vecchia priva di aria condizionata, costretti a dormire con le finestre aperte e ripetutamente svegliati dai passanti. Il signore che ci ha accolto parla esclusivamente tedesco, colazione buona, posizione ottima, parcheggio per la moto di fronte comodo ma comunque non ci tornerei.

Solo hablaban alemán. Ni inglés ni ninguna otra forma de comunicarse. El resumen de la estancia es: necesita una renovación completa. Es sumamente antiguo, todo. El aire acondicionado era un "pingüino" de 1960 que hacía mas ruido que una locomotora de carbón y no enfriaba absolutamente nada. Con 39⁰ ...de morirse. Es un edificio increíble en el mejor sitio de la ciudad, pero todo tiene mas de 100 años

Hotel datato e decaduto l'anno di costruzione dell'ascensore è il 1972 ma regolarmente certificato che però... durante la "notte" (dalle 22...) non puoi usare... ti dicono che c'è parcheggio ma è a 200mt a pagamento (20€/gg). Camera sicuramente spaziosa ma arredata "con quello che c'è" prese e prolunghe stile albero di natale, pulizie discutibili. Colazione: impossibile spezzare il pane... nemmeno Gesù ci sarebbe riuscito (per chi capisce la battuta).

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026La posizione è ideale, proprio di fronte alle terme e in pieno centro, pur restando fuori dal caos delle vie principali. Molto comodo anche il parcheggio coperto, proprio di fronte all'hotel. Viaggiavamo con un cane e non abbiamo avuto nessuna difficoltà, perchè era ammesso anche alla sala della colazione.
La struttura è davvero vecchia. Per una notte è ok, ma non credo che ci vorrei passare più tempo. Purtroppo faceva molto caldo e, anche con la finestra spalancata, è stato spiacevole dormire.

Colchón de hace alguna década, se unde y no se descansa. no reponen Jabón Cortinas y barra de ducha rotas en el el baño Armario con ropa y zapatos mugrientos olvidados desde hace meses, un asco. Présence de cafards dans la chambre d’hôtel et manque total de prise de responsabilité venant de l’hôtel !! Apparement avoir des cafards est normal, le réceptionniste nous a même rit au nez ! Dormant dans des hôtels très souvent, je sais pertinemment qu’il n’y a pas de cafards dans les hôtels car ceux-ci sont propres et en règle !!! Les cafards vivent dans la saleté et c’est une vermine à faire partir ! L’hôtel est donc sale et ne s’en soucis pas, il dit à ses clients que c’est normal de trouver des cafards dans les hôtels (tous d’après lui) et les maisons ! Hôtel sale et personnel peu qualifié qui se fiche des plaintes de ses clients.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Very conveniently positioned, old but comfortable hotel. Right next to the world famous spa and close to city centre. Few paid parking options nearby. Nice, spacious room and bathroom. Good continental breakfast with freshly cooked eggs.
Staff hardly spoke any English. We were informed that reception closes at 8 pm instead of 10 which was advertised. No explanation given

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026The location is the best in Baden-Baden! You may get the view on the castle and the old thermes. The couple who runs this hotel is so lovely and supporting. We could leave our bags earlier in their office. I felt truly taken care of! The hotel has beautiful soul, so if you prefer more affordable hotel with little imperfections but with a character this place is for you! The building is full of paintings from Prague :) The breakfast was of good choice. You can also order eggs which are freshly made for you (not lying for hours). If I come back to Baden-Baden, I'd like to stay there again :)

Leider ist das Restaurant Prager Stuben geschlossen.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, dafür hat man an der Bar die ganzen verstaubten Gläser gesehen. Das Treppenhaus und der Aufzug ist eine Zumutung. Alle Bilder im ganzen Haus sind mit einer dicken staubschicht überzogen. Die Dusche war zusammen geklebt das sie überhaupt oben in der Halterung blieb.
Eigentlich alles, die Fotos die eingestellt sind,bei euch auf der Seite Entsprechen nicht der Wirklichkeit. Für uns heißt das im umkehrschluss, nur Geld verdienen. Und die Bewertungen die da bei den Rezensionen kursieren, verstehen wir schon mal gar nicht Ein absoluter Witz Die Klimaanlage war ein Ventilator, der auch noch verdreckt war, wie das ganze Hotel. Da Nutzt auch die Freundliche Atmosphäre der Besitzer nichts.

There was no AC or fan. It was very hot for the couple of days we stayed there. There was an air cooler, but that did not work.

Établissement un peu vieillot pour les couloirs et la déco mais plein de charme et avec un personnel prévenant. J'ai passé un très bon séjour.
