Me gustó mucho , la organización de la hora de comer, las piscinas, lo cerca que está de la playa, la variedad del buffet, etc...

Me gustó todo , pero por poner algo, diría, que tuvieran más vigilado el tema de que los clientes no ocuparán las hamacas desde temprano, que hubiese en los esnack, patatas y a lo mejor también aceitunas y frutos secos. También que si quieres otra bebida te la sirviera el camarero , no tener que ir tú otra vez a pedir a la entrada.

La ubicación perfecta, la comida muy bien, la habitación amplia y con buenas vistas. El personal a excepción de dos o tres camareros del bufet muy bien, todos muy amables y profesionales.

La dejadez en algunas de las instalaciones, por ejemplo en las piscinas los bordes estaban como despegados y algunas zonas sucias.

Pasamos 2 noches y estuvo muy bien, nos gustó mucho la variedad en el bufete, repetiriamos sin duda.

La tranquilidad, a pesar de ser un hotel enfocado para niños. La animación infantil es muy buena.

El trato del personal y la limpieza. Llamé por teléfono y me atendieron fatal. Íbamos de celebración de aniversario, lo comenté y no tuvieron ningún detalle. Pero en cambio su pagina web si tiene un apartado para influencers y se lo dan todo gratis. Las tarjetas para entrar no iban tuve que bajar de nuevo y volver hacer cola ,la limpieza de la habitación regular. Carecen de amenitis y el papel higiénico brilla por su asuencia. El penúltimo día no nos hicieron una de las habitaciónes a pesar de dejar el cartel. El cuarto de baño tiene bañera con una mampara minúscula por donde se escapa todo el agua. Los escalones de los toboganes resbalan muchísimo.

Habitaciones no estaban del todo limpias. Restaurante comida asiática muy caro en relación con la comida que te sirven. Porciones y platos pequeñas. Buffet incluido mejor opción como pensión completa. El hotel necesita reformas.

El hotel es muy bonito

La piscina tenía cristales rotos, en la habitación estaba llena de hormigas y lo dijismos en recepción y no nos hicieron caso.

A mi marido lo que màs le gusto fue el buffet, estaba todo muy bueno. Los espectaculos de por la noche son muy entretenidos para los niños y muy currados. Los precios de los chiringuitos de alrededor de las piscinas son muy asequibles. Los monitores de la animacion muy agradables y divertidos

Lo que no me gusto es que las tuberias del baño de la habitación olian mal.

Por poner un pero...lo único que el régimen todo incluido es a partir de 4 días y cuando vas menos estás supeditado a la pensión completa.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Un séjour magnifique en famille !

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans cet hôtel et nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs en famille. ❤️ Nous étions 4, avec nos deux enfants, et dès notre arrivée nous avons été conquis. L’hôtel est magnifique, familial, très propre, et surtout, le personnel est d’une gentillesse incroyable. Toujours souriant, disponible et bienveillant, cela contribue énormément à rendre le séjour agréable. Notre chambre était parfaite pour une famille : spacieuse, confortable, très propre et avec énormément de rangements. Nous avions vraiment tout le confort nécessaire, et la salle de bain était également très agréable. 💦 Le parc aquatique est tout simplement incroyable ! Il est immense et permet à chacun de profiter pleinement. Nous sommes venus en pleine saison et nous avions un peu peur de nous retrouver dans la foule, mais pas du tout ! Malgré le monde, les espaces sont suffisamment grands pour ne jamais avoir cette impression d’être les uns sur les autres. 🍽️ Côté restauration, nous avons été agréablement surpris. Chaque jour, de nombreux plats différents étaient proposés : cuisine italienne, française, chinoise et bien d’autres encore. Il y en avait vraiment pour tous les goûts et nous nous sommes régalés tout au long du séjour. J’ai également beaucoup aimé l’ambiance qui règne entre les membres du personnel. On ressent une véritable complicité entre eux, une bonne entente et surtout le plaisir qu’ils ont à travailler ensemble. Et cela se ressent directement côté clients. Une mention spéciale pour le service au restaurant, qui nous a beaucoup impressionnés. Voir le personnel travailler en parfaite coordination avec le chef, avec cette énergie et cette précision, c’est presque comme assister à un véritable spectacle ou à un orchestre ! 👏 C’est ce genre de petits détails qui rendent un séjour encore plus mémorable. 🏖️ L’emplacement est également idéal, à deux pas de la plage.

No tienen muchas Hamacas. Y si quieres una tienes que madrugar, porque la gente madruga para poner toallas y reservarsela.

El acceso directo a la piscina desde la misma habitación teniendo una terraza privada ha sido lo mejor de la estancia

La limpieza de la piscina y zonas comunes, tuvimos que pedir que nos limpiasen la terraza que daba a la piscina porque estaba muy sucia. Demasiada gente, hay que hacer más de media hora de cola para entrar a las comidas del restaurante.

Hemos estado dos noches en el hotel y, en general, nuestra experiencia ha sido muy buena. Quiero destacar especialmente la limpieza de la habitación, que fue sencillamente estupenda. Se notaba muchísimo el cuidado y el cariño con el que estaba todo hecho. Descubrí que la chica encargada de nuestra habitación se llama Sandra, y quiero hacer una mención especial a ella porque se merece todos los elogios. No solo deja la habitación impecable, sino que además es una persona súper sonriente, amable y agradable. Da gusto encontrarse con trabajadores así, que hacen su trabajo con tanta dedicación. Sandra, gracias por hacer que nuestra estancia fuera todavía más agradable. ❤️ También quiero destacar que, en general, se nota que todos los trabajadores del hotel dan lo mejor de sí mismos y se esfuerzan por atender bien a los huéspedes. Eso se aprecia y es algo que merece ser reconocido. Como aspectos a mejorar, diría que la comida podría tener algo más de variedad, especialmente comparándola con otros hoteles, aunque lo que había estaba bien. También me pareció que la animación era un poco escasa. Creo que poner música durante el día, especialmente en la zona de la piscina, ayudaría mucho a crear más ambiente y hacer la estancia todavía más animada. De hecho, en el hotel de al lado se escuchaba música muy agradable y se notaba mucho la diferencia en el ambiente. Aun así, nos vamos contentos y con muy buena impresión, sobre todo por el trato y la dedicación del personal. Y, sin duda, Sandra es de esas personas que hacen que quieras volver. 🌷❤️

Varias cosas, creo que el hotel esta sobrevalorado, me esperaba mas para lo que vale la verdad, los espectáculos muy escasos durante la noche a habido momentos que nos hemos aburrido si no fuese por los toboganes que estaban bastante bien… las piscinas estaban descuidadas,sucias y con vasos centro de la piscina , patatas etc... en cuestión me esperaba mas de lo que e visto en este hotel, e ido a otros con menos estrellas y an sido de 10 cosa que este no , es mi opinión Gracias

Acceso directo a la playa

La entrada al hotel,, no puedes llegar con tu coche a la puerta del hotel y descargar tus maletas, debería tener la puerta despejada de coches para poder llegar clientes y taxistas para cargar y descargar como la gran mayoría de hoteles, la puerta está llena de coches q no puedes ni dar la vuelta eso para mí me dio muy mala impresión y a muchos de los clientes con los q hablé, espero q esto sirva de algo,por lo demás muy bien.

This is my honest review Positives Hotel lovely in majority of places Plenty of outside spaces and inside spaces to chill Swim up room lovely extra add on Chunks of wall missing by door these finishing touches woukd not be a 4* Negatives •All sun beds are taken early and beds around front of pool are an additional cost which you are NOT told on arrival Cleanliness was very poor! On arrival after we were told our room wasn’t quite ready as it was being cleaned we go into our room to find hair in the bath and on the bath tiles snd in the bed. Around the toilet pan was dirty too and finger marks all over the glass to the swim up terrace. Rooms are basic and not even a mirror at the dressing table. •Check in Queue long and slow any extra information we were told by other English people staying there and not reception staff. •Pools are dirty! it even stained all white bits on swim wear yellow and the bottoms of our floaties i will include on photos •Hair found in food •Plates dirty in restaurant •Staff ( especially angel) was exceptionally rude and to my child •All kids and evening entertainment is in Spanish which was disappointing so all entertainment was pointless watching We were told by an English couple that whilst all inclusive we could eat in the evening at the grill restaurant on site. Again we were not told this on arrival by reception or the fact that we had to pay for drinks in there even tho we were all inclusive. This meal was a disaster as we ordered a mixed platter to share. It came out with 3 chicken pieces on a bone floating in oil. I said to the waitress I think she got our order wrong and she said no other meat comes after. I was confused as I had ordered a mixed platter to share. The pics on menu show ribs and other meats so seeing a plate of chicken I genuinely thought my order was wrong. The waitress typed into her translation that more chicken an pork would come after we eat the chicken. I will just add the chicken arrived at our table no more than 3 minutes after we put the order in. We decided to leave as it was pink. We upgraded to all inclusive when we got there but they wouldn’t change our bands and gave us a paper ticket to show when ordering drinks or food. This was a nightmare having to take a paper card woth you each time you get into a pool or pool area to get a drink and the times we forgot our card or my daughter went up to get her own drinks and gave our room number they would tell her shes not sll inclusive. This is not to put people off but to be totally honest about our stay. I spoke to many others there an others felt the same or had similar experiences. I will not return to this hotel and was quite disappointed with how much we have paid for this level of cleanliness and customer service

La habitación deja mucho que desear para el precio que tiene, la cama incómoda y el espacio y el mobiliario deja mucho que desear con manchas de humedad en el techo del baño. Las piscinas con mal acceso sobre toda para personas mayores o con alguna discapacidad.

We stayed here as a family of 4 in June. From walking into the hotel for the first time I knew I’d made a mistake. We arrived at 10pm to be greeted by unhelpful staff that couldn’t care less that we were there. We have a 3 and 6 year old who were very tired and hungry. I was made to screenshot our booking from an app and email it to reception before we could even get checked in. I asked if this was normal and was told yes this is what we do. I carried on as we were all just wanting to get to the room. I asked if there were any food options open for the receptionist to very bluntly tell me no everything was closed. We booked a swim up room which they class as a luxury room. As big and pool accessible as the room is.. it’s far from luxury. The first thing we noticed was the fridge but no water, this should be a basic amenity for an all inclusive ‘luxury room’. The room was incredibly basic and not the cleanest. We decided to just head to bed and see what the morning would bring. We woke and opened our patio door to find that as soon as you step outside it locks behind you, I assume they have this as some kind of safety feature but it’s actually quite unsafe. I had to tie a scrunchy around it to stop it from locking incase me and my husband got locked out. Our children like most like to have quiet time and our youngest often has a nap so they liked to be in the room in the cool shade. If we were locked out we would’ve had to have swam around, walked to reception soaking wet to get a key and walked all the way to the room to get back in. Ridiculous design. Now for food. We weren’t quite sure where the restaurant was so we were wondering around for a minute to figure that one. We arrive at breakfast and were pleasantly surprised that it was ok. Very basic but ok. Fast track to most of the other meals in the restaurant and it wasn’t great. Everything lacked flavour and not a lot of variety for children. When you get to the restaurant you order a drink but no one comes around to ask if you need any more. (Meal times are a lot later here, I appreciate for the Spanish this is very normal but for English people it’s quite late. Dinner doesn’t open until 7.30pm.) I’m going through the list of problems we had day by day and quite honestly I think I would have to leave 3 reviews explaining how bad it was and I’ve wasted so much energy already being so disappointed at the money lost on the one holiday abroad this year so maybe it’s best to bullet point it. - We sat on the outside deck for breakfast one morning where it was quite dirty but everywhere was, to watch a lifeguard spraying biocide cleaner on the green grime that coated every edge of the pool. She was scrubbing it into the water and this was 10am. Why this isn’t done at night or even very early in the morning I have no idea but not the nicest view whilst eating. - Staff were very rude - Hotel dirty and dangerous, holes in decking around the pool areas and exposed nails. A young girl tripped on a hole in the decking behind me one day. - There are cleaning trolleys out all the time but nothing seems clean with dust balls and hair lining the hallways, and the odd cockroach - A cleaner came in our room one day when we were on the deck and she mopped the bird poo off the deck (badly) and then proceeded to mop our room without rinsing out the mop head. - Pools disgusting and rarely cleaned - Sunbeds are gross but I wouldn’t worry because you can never get one anyway. - They allow non-guests into the hotel so the weekends are absolutely rammed it’s chaos, the wait staff were always frantic. A waiter grabbed our plates so fast off the table he almost stabbed my son in the face with a knife. He’s 6 and even turned around and went wow, that was close. - The swim-up rooms are not around a quieter pool - Not the hotels fault but the design of the swim-ups mean people just walk straight through your area. - The swim-up pool was so uncomfortably cold despite it being 35 degrees outside. - Ice Creams were shocking and I’m not sure even edible. - They don’t give you all the info when you arrive so we didn’t realise that when you stay in a swim-up room you have access to the green monkey for breakfast as many times as you like not just once. - You can get a voucher for the sunbeds on the beach at reception which we weren’t told but I overheard but honestly they look like that have about 20 years of sweaty grime locked in so I would avoid. - The kids slides close during the afternoon from 2pm, I’m not sure what time they reopen but one day they still were open again until 5pm. (All pools open from 11am) I wasn’t going to write a review as I have already contacted the holiday company and I spoke to the resort rep who was lovely but couldn’t get anywhere and had already had a few complaints but I’ve been waiting so long for a reply that I’m getting quite fed up and hate the thought of anyone else spending a fortune on their one family holiday for it to be ruined by a terrible hotel. Like the other reviews this is not a 4*. Absolutely devastated to have lost almost £4000 for this experience.

Nos gustó mucho la zonas exteriores donde se encontraban las piscinas

Lo que no me gustó, fue las instalaciones del hotel porque al menos nuestra habitación tenía la puerta del cuarto de baño rota, y aparte nos encontramos una de las noches una cucaracha en nuestro cuarto de baño, y otra de las noches en el salón donde comíamos todos los días, cierto es que lo solucionaron cuando se comento pero no debería de haber ese tipo de percances en una categoría de 4 estrellas

I don’t normally leave reviews, but feel this time I have to (we are here now) Firstly the positives, cleanliness is good, and the food from Area 50 is good. Now the negatives on arriving we were greeted by very unhelpful staff, we were travelling with several young children in our room there was a fridge but no water. The sleeping arrangements for a 3 year old were unsuitable - offered a travel cot that was filthy or to sleep between two adults on a bed 2ft of the ground onto a tiled floor. In the rooms there are no tea or coffee facilities, no mirrors apart from bathroom. To dine in the evening you are only allowed one drink that requires you to get a ticket on entering the restaurant. I would question the suitability of the pools, as there is a green tide around the edge, and our inflatables were covered in green after been taken out ( a child pooed in the pool and it wasn’t closed till several hours later) We are a group of 12 and out it was our granddaughter had our 3rd birthday, we booked the Green Monkey and it was a total disaster. The reception didn’t really want us to book, we asked for 8pm but was told it was busy till 8:40 - we walked in at 8:30 and it was empty??? We waited nearly two hours for our main courses, when they arrived several plates had been poisoned by excessive salt, my steak was inedible (see picture). The staff are incredibly rude, this experience has put me off main land Spain. I take my family on holiday every year spending over 15k, the money will never go here again. This is not a 4 star hotel !!!!!!!!

Lo peor de todo el acceso en coche. Coches en doble fila trancando a los coches bien aparcados. Los coches subidos a las aceras dificultan que llegues andando al hotel. Basura por dondequiera que mires en la calle. Desde luego mal ubicado. Las piscinas estaban bastante sucias

No hubo nada que no me gustara tambien es verdad que solo estuvimos un fin de semana.

As a couple, we planned to meet family in this hotel for 3 nights at the back end of their holiday, we were really excited as this was a surprise booking! On arrival, we were told as we were only staying for 3 nights that we couldnt have all inclusive as we were only stopping for 3 nights, it is a minimum of 4 nights for all inclusive (seems daft really as they could have charged per day and made more money probably) so we carried out our stay on a bed and breakfast booking. Evening meal was charged at 25 Euro's per meal, so we ate out. My daughter (8) tried to get up on stage several times to sing and join in the fun, as soon as they heard she was English, she was ignored and they chose a Spanish child instead. This happened during the day and for the Magic Man in the evening. Now I completely understand, we dont know any Spanish but i would have thought they would at least learn some English with it being an International Hotel - so yes i would say 95% of the shows/ dancers/ evening entertainment is ALL in Spanish. No water left in the room at all, then charged 2 Euro's per small bottle, which i felt was a bit steap so off to the supermarket we went (we werent too bothered about this) but on the day we were leaving, we didnt know the shower room had to be booked out, or that later checkout wasnt possible, so we had a full day around the pool in suncream etc and couldnt shower, not the end of the world i know but annoying! So word of warning, book the shower room early on your departure day. We didnt stay for any of the evening entertainment so if you head right out of the complex, there is some arcades for children which ours loved and to the left of the complex are a couple of nice eateries and bars (Aloha and Popeye). Sadly i wouldnt return to this hotel, i would say its 3 Star not 4, its not the cleanest as the pool's werent cleaned often and the room's were very basic! I would however look at travelling to Almeria again as its lovely, just not this hotel. If you speak Spanish then marvellous but otherwise i wouldnt bother wasting your money.

El alojamiento es ideal para pasar unas vacaciones con niños. Toboganes azules para los más mayores y otros amarillos para los más pequeños. Personal de animación de 10. Son realmente fabulosos, mis hijas vienen encantadas (y yo) con todos y cada uno de los monitores de animación. La limpiadora de nuestra habitación (Sandra) fabulosa, encantadora. El mejor sin duda Luis el camarero de The Grill. Un señor de los pies a la cabeza, servicial y educado a partes iguales. El jefe de cocina no se queda atrás, pasea por el hotel saludando con una gran sonrisa a todos los que se le cruzan. Atento a los comensales con alergias e intolerancias, proporcionando alternativas. Los restaurantes en los que hemos cenado, sin duda un espectáculo culinario. En The Green Monkey hemos disfrutado de música en directo durante la cena. La camarera del japonés, adorable (Cristina ?), nos ha explicado todo genial y orientado para pedir una cena deliciosa que pudieran disfrutar las peques. Volveremos.

El humor algo agrio de algunos camareros de la barra libre. Entiendo que los del todo incluido somos unos pesados pidiendo a todas horas, pero es que lo llevamos ya bien pagado. El hecho de que la gente coja sitio de las hamacas sin estar allí… parecen los juegos del hambre.

I thought I’d leave a fair review based on the horror stories that are on here as well as the 5* reviews, it’s somewhere in the middle. My score is reflective of this being a supposed 4* which I think 3/5 is fair. If they had advertised as 3* and I’d have paid as such, it would have been higher. Cons The first 2 days of our stay the pool was filthy. Dead flies, bees, leaves it appeared that the filter system couldn’t keep up with supply of mess, which was mainly from nature. I did speak to the rep who fed back to the manager and from day 3 onwards the pool was much cleaner. There was no bottled water in the room, which I was quite surprised for a 4* equivalent hotels in Tukey and Egypt seem to stretch to a full mini bar included, bottled water was a paid service from the shop. We used jet2 to book with a filter of aqua park - this had 4 slides which were probably 1 second in duration. This was certainly not an aqua park, it was 4 tiny slides. A lot of advertised services are behind a paywall, with access to the gym €5 and access to the indoor pool €6 which wasn’t very clear on Jet2 website. Minor things like strength of the plastic cups used for the drinks, ice lollies being chargeable and some of the staff looked like they’d had enough, but to be fair some also had a welcoming smile despite servicing you for breakfast, dinner and tea. Pro I found the food good. We had 2 kids that are fussy eaters but ate all holiday, which they certainly did not in Turkey etc. whilst it was a bit repetitive, it was nice and the grill ala cart was lovely. Rooms were spacious and tidy - although our balcony was narrow and had no chairs to sit on. The lobby, reception and rooms were generally very clean, outside toilets kept tidy etc. Neither here nor in here. Being from Britain - the food and entertainment times are not suited to young British families (this is fine as we’re abroad and should adapt to local culture) just some advice if you have children as evening meal doesn’t start until 1930 and some of the shows were as late as 2230 for the children. We were positioned in a way which was exposed to the adjacent hotel - which had an awful karaoke every couple of nights which went onto exactly midnight. They did have a football pitch next door, which we were envious of. So all in all - paying nearly £4000 for this for a week wasn’t worth it at all. Had I paid less and advertised as 3* my expectations would have been different, but value for money compared to equivalent holidays in Turkey or Eygpt is miles off.

Funcionários da animação muito simpáticos. A maioria dos espetáculos para crianças é muito boa e bastante divertida. Funcionários, no geral, simpáticos e prestáveis, com destaque para a equipa do restaurante. Limpeza muito boa. Comida, no geral, de boa qualidade.

Um ou dois espetáculos têm pouca energia. Embora sejam bonitos, não se enquadram no ambiente de férias e são pouco animados. Maior variedade de sopas. As sopas disponíveis têm demasiada batata e poucos legumes. Seria positivo incluir opções mais simples, como sopa de legumes, sopa de feijão ou canja de galinha. Incluir mais pratos com feijão como acompanhamento ou ingrediente principal. Sentimos falta de presunto. Estando em Espanha, esperávamos encontrar presunto disponível pelo menos em alguns dias, em vez de haver sushi no buffet. Aumentar o número de chapéus de sol e zonas de sombra. Disponibilizar mais espreguiçadeiras junto ao lago.

Es perfecto para pasar unos días con niños, muy buena programación para niños y adultos. Hotel muy limpio, buenas instalaciones y buenos restaurantes. Ubicación excepcional, habitación amplia y cómoda .

Por decir algo porque nos ha encantado, diría el orden de las actuaciones de la noche ya que es a la misma vez la de adultos (música en directo) que el espectáculo para los niños en diferentes sitios. En otros hoteles primero era la minidisco seguido de la actuación de los niños y después para los adultos. Creo que así todos tienen su momento de disfrute.

My other review from 2019 got deleted because of 'too old', so time to write a new one. This month we re-visited the hotel, and this marked our 7th visit in the last 12 years. So I call myself an expert about this hotel and it probably states we are very happy about this place. We also saw to hotel positively evolve in all those years. If you are looking for a family hotel with kids, this place is just great. It has a lot of swimming pools, great dining area with a wide range choices and more. Staff is very friendly, they also improved in English skills. I can remember our early visits were most of the staff, even at the lobby, didn't understand or talk some simple English at all. I have many respect for the cleaning staff and mindset of the hotel, you see people constantly cleaning the hotel during the day. It is really spotless. If you have any problem, just go talk to the reception and they will really help you as soon as possible. Note that Roquetas de Mar is a small urbanization, so don't expect a lot of nightlife in the neighborhood. It is an ideal place to have sunny holiday, where you cane take some nice walks and some nice bars but that is about it. In the end, we are definitely coming back sooner or later. It is one of our preferred getaways with our family. Our kids love it here. It gives us a stress free holiday. This year we also met other people/families who were also staying for their second time or more, it really shows that people appreciate this place. PS: Just a little disappointment from my side, that the hotel doesn't seem to realize we are already visited the hotel so many times. Some little welcome back gift or welcoming would be really cool to be honest. Especially, during our stay there were different Spanish influencers visiting the hotel. On the hotel's social media you see they get a room full of balloons, candy, fruit and more stuff - that does not feel right to be honest.

Er was een zeer uitgebreid buffet en leuke glijbanen voor de kinderen.

De locatie is eerder saai. Maar als je enkel op vakantie gaat om in het hotel te blijven raden we deze zeker aan. Wij zijn er 4 nachten verbleven in de zomer

En general no hay nada que no me gustara

La comida. Cuenta con muy buena cocina.

Nos tocó una habitación antigua y estaba todo en mal estado. No teníamos agua calaba, cisterna rota, interruptor roto, un día sin agua. Hay habitaciones nuevas pero nos toco una antigua, así que todo mal. La limpieza, fatal. Está todo sucio.

Piscinas y la climaticacio

Las bebidas muy limitadas, siempre el mismo granizado, no picaban el hielo en los cockteles(1er día si), agua no embotellada o mineral, las patatas de bolsa te las ofrecían en vasos de plástico. En otros hoteles te Dan la bolsa de 30gramos y la botella de agua pequeña. No habían artículos de aseo en el baño. Solo gorros de ducha. Los jabones vacíos, la tv no funcionaba, no salía agua caliente, el teléfono de la habitación desconectado y obsoleto, riel del armario fuera de sitio... Escasa animación y actividades. Precio caro para lo que es. He ido a otros por la zona, y esperaba más de éste.

Las piscinas

El hotel esta muy bien, se ve que esta reformado. Lo mas importante el trato cercano del personal, hacer especial mención a Fran y Sandra que nos trataron de lujo en el comedor y a los socorristas. Así da gusto estar alojado en un hotel. También recordar a los chicos de animación que se lo curran mucho. Y los toboganes una pasada para los niños

Por poner alguna pega, la antena de la televisión de la habitación no funcionaba muy bien y no se veían la mayoría de los canales. Un fallo en epoca de mundial de futbol

Encantado con mi alojamiento en el hotel por varios motivos: para ser temporada alta sorprendetemente nada de esperas para el desayuno, comida y cena por lo que vas tranquilo sin prisas para poder disfrutar del día. Al igual que las hamacas podías coger hamaca sin madrugar para reservar como pasa en la mayoría de los hoteles. Estos factores dan un plus en vacaciones que no se encuentra en prácticamente ningún hotel para poder disfrutar.

Los refrescos del restaurante estaban intomables, aunque pagues por ellos son de refill. Muy mejorable la animación (pocas por no decir ninguna actividad para adultos), y la limpieza de las piscinas escasea.

La comodidad de las piscinas para los niños pequeños, al tener distintas alturas era magnífico para nuestra tranquilidad con ellos en el agua.

Por poner algo, el tema de aparcamiento...pero una vez bien aparcado, todo es tranquilidad.

La ubicación al lado de la playa y sus 5 piscinas. La animación y shows de por la noche. El buffet bastante variado y todo muy rico.

La bañera estaba bastante resbaladiza y si querías ducharte tenías que tener cuidado.

It was our second stay here and we were surprised to see and also hear from other guests how dirty the pools are. I would have liked to have seen more cleaning especially in the high season and towards the weekends where it is more busy. Some dirty and broken sunbeds. Pool toilets can get unhygienic with tissues etc overflowing throughout the day. Additionally the outdoor of the building by the evening animations and some rooms could do with a paint work, along with the slides for maintenance. In saying all this. If I hear changes to the above I would be booking my 3rd stay.

Lo primero de todo es que nos robaron la primera noche,estábamos alojados en la habitación que daba a la esquina pegada al paseo marítimo y dejamos secando las toallas,los juguetes de mi hijo de 4 años y los escarpines y cuando nos levantamos nos lo habian robado La bañera escurría bastante,tanto que mi hijo se cayó 1 vez Las hamacas de la piscina estaban todas cogidas desde las 8 de la mañana que bajábamos a desayunar y se veían ya todas con toallas puestas para reservarlas
