Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Το προσωπικό είναι πολύ ευχάριστο και βοηθητικό σε ότι πληροφορία χρειαστήκαμε. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται απέναντι από στάση λεωφορείων οπως επίσης και από την αποβάθρα που μπορείς να πας στο saint tropez. επίσης είναι κοντά σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα του saint maximin.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Great place to stay in Ste-Maxime, very convenient to Tour Carre bus stop, about a six-minute walk to one of the best beaches in the area--"best" meaning easy to get into and well protected, so the waves are not too strong and there are lifeguards on duty during the day (mid-June until mid-Sept).
A fridge would be useful, but there is a grocery store nearby.

Das Hotel hat sehr dünne Wände, man hört wirklich jeden Schritt der Nachbarn, der Musik von draussen. Wir würden das Hotel nicht mehr wählen, da es leider zu alt ist. Es bräuchte eine Renovation!

Im Badezimmer war Schimmel, in der Dusche und auch an der Wand. Die Möbel waren sehr einfach, teilweise kaputt. Das Hotel ist sehr alt und sehr hellhörig. Die Flure dunkel und schmutzig.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Room size is good, same to bed size.Location is central (although for the best beaches head to Port-Grimaud or La Nartelle, 1 hour walk up/downhill).
Quite basic room: saggy mattresses and synthetic linen that left you feeling trapped in a warm plastic bag, folded like a deckchair. Cheap shampoo, and towels reeking of bleach. No lift. The breakfast buffet was very basic too. Virtually no choice: just sticky scrambled eggs (presumably thickened with flour and tasting remarkably like wallpaper paste), two varieties of rubbery processed meat, and white bread guaranteed to send your insulin into orbit. No fruit, no veg, no beans, no porridge. Acceptable for a budget B&B, perhaps, but for almost €250 a night, you expect some adequacy. To top it off, the advertising is downright misleading. The Booking.com listing promises parking for €23 a day. At reception, staff pointed us towards the nearby port carpark. When we retrieved the car the next morning, we discovered it was €2.80 an hour with no daily cap. When questions asked, a new receptionist mumbled unconvincingly that we perhaps should have booked it in advance to get a discount (though the previous member of staff hadn't offered that option).

Voor ons geen probleem maar er was geen lift.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026We booked and paid for two nights at this hotel, only to arrive and be told by staff members that we could stay for just one night. The biggest disappointment was not only the inconvenience, but the way the situation was handled. There was no meaningful apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused to us. Instead, the staff immediately tried to arrange another accommodation and presented us with only one option. We were told it was essentially “now or never” and that we would not be able to find anything else nearby. This felt extremely pressuring and unnecessary, especially considering we were given no opportunity to properly consider other options and after a long travel day and it being late at night. The hotel option they presented was also not even in the general area we wanted to stay in, and as two young women travelers arriving late at night as is, not having a plan on where to stay the duration of our trip left us feeling vulnerable. We ultimately declined and found another hotel ourselves nearby. Further, when we contacted booking.com, they informed us that the hotel had/has not yet reported to them that they did not honor our reservation which feels disingenuous. Things can go wrong with reservations and mistakes happen, but what matters is how a hotel handles the situation. Unfortunately, we felt that the communication, professionalism, and customer service were very poor and we were met with indifference and quite frankly rudeness from staff members. A sincere apology and a more helpful, respectful approach would have made a significant difference. Having to check out and back into another hotel not only put a damper on our brief trip, but cut into our premade plans and was distressing (on top of more expensive than if the hotel had honored our initial reservation).

Ce que nous avons moins apprécié, c’est le niveau d’équipement de la chambre ainsi qu’une décoration que nous avons trouvée un peu trop sommaire. Au regard du rapport qualité-prix, nous nous attendions notamment à trouver certains équipements qui nous semblent aujourd’hui essentiels, comme un petit réfrigérateur dans la chambre, une télévision plus grande que celle proposée, ainsi qu’un miroir beaucoup plus grand.

J’ai réservé une chambre pour 3 jours et 2 nuits ainsi que le parking pour 3 jours. Même si on a un tarif préférentiel avec l’hôtel, je ne comprends pas pourquoi je dois rendre la carte de parking au moment de rendre la chambre soit avant 11h. Cela sous-entend que je paye une 3 eme journée de parking pour le quitter à 11h !!! La 3 eme journée n’est en fait qu’un quart de journée… dans ce cas il faut prévenir les clients car je comptais profiter de la journée et repartir vers 17h.

There is no elevator, which isn't very helpful if you are traveling with large suitcases. It is worth noting that these are old buildings converted into a hotel, and it can sometimes be difficult to incorporate all the modern-day amenities.

Ontbijt kon beter. Werd bijna niet opgevolgd door personeel om aan te vullen indien iets ontbrak, bvb vers sinaasappelsap. Waarschijnlijk omwille van personeelstekort. Er is geen koffiemachine aanwezig zodat je een vrije keuze kan maken wat betreft uw kopje koffie, enkel een koffiekan. In zo'n hotel met je valiezen naar boven sleuren is geen lachje. Hadden we geweten dat onze auto zo ver van het hotel moest staan om GRATIS te kunnen parkeren, hadden we zeker dit hotel niet geboekt.

l insonorisation n’est pas au rendez vous les portes claquent , les rideaux ne servent à rien et laissent passer la lumière des les premières lueurs du jour , les taxis ou véhicules restent stationnés devant l’hôtel sans couper leur moteurs. Il faut peut être avoir la chance d’avoir une chambre de l’autre côté ou en étage supérieur .. dans l’ensemble l’hôtel a fait le job mais peut mieux faire

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Nous ne reviendrons plus pour un séjour long gros problème pour garé la voiture l hotel ne dispose pas de parking du coup sela un coup en plus tout les stationnements sont payant . Le ménage est moyen et les équipements moyens la télé a mon avis a des années il devrait a penser a les renouveler quand elle Est allumé l écran était sombre on voyait rien. Le personnel simpas.

Nous étions déjà venu et avions apprécié le petit déjeuner. Malheureusement pas cette fois ci. En cause la personne chargée ce dimanche de faire l'accueil et de s'occuper des clients afin de vérifier qu'il ne manquait rien. Sensation très désagréable de devoir réclamer sans arrêt de la vaisselle et des denrées alors que nous étions à plus d'une de la fin du service. Sans compter la qualité des produits assez banale et des viennoiseries très ordinaires voire sans doute pas du jour.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026L’emplacement est génial en plein centre! L’hôtel sympa. Nous aurions apprécié une petite attention ayant précisé que notre séjour était particulièrement important pour nous.
Les lits jumeaux rapprochés pour faire comme un lit double. On tombe dans le trou du milieu forcément Précisez qu’il ne s’agit pas d’un lit double la prochaine fois

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Centralt läge nära stranden, restauranger och shopping. Rent och snyggt och badrummet var nyrenoverat. Mycket prisvärt.
Det ligger precis vid två restauranger och om man går och lägger sig för tidigt kan det upplevas störande.

Le clim, le télé , et deux lumières ne marchait pas, ce n’était pas très grave le soir. Mais le matin avec la canicule sans le clim ce n’était pas très agréable.

Non smoking room clearly wasn't, staff not interested Reception staff not welcoming bordering on rude. Had to explain 3 times (in French) that we had a booking No lifts, not a problem for us but could be for others Front of house looks great but after that, a tired hotel, threadbare carpets, lights not working Lack parking spaces (3 in total)

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026The hotel was lovely, well presented outside and wonderfully relaxing. The location is perfect for restaurants and amenities and the water taxi to St Tropez.
Sadly the room let it down a bit, whilst we were a late booking and may have had 'the last room' nonetheless it was very (very) small and could have been a bit better appointed with a little thought and at little cost which would have helped make it a bit more comfortable. (To the management ... room 35 has no hooks, not even in the bathroom to hang towels?)
