The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff were absolutely fantastic. The spa and wellness area was fantastic, and Eric, the sauna master, did a great job. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Reviewed Nov 11, 2025Diese Leute wissen, wie Kundenservice geht! Wir fühlten uns SO sehr willkommen, das haben wir noch in keinem anderen Hotel in Österreich erlebt. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön gestaltet mit riesengroßen Fenstern und Bergblick. Lichtgestaltung ein Traum, man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Buffet und Gastroservice reichlich und qualitativ hochwertig.
Muss mich leider den Vorrednern anschließen, dass der Wellnessbereich einfach dürftig ist. Ja, es ist alles da (Pool, Sauna, Dampfbad etc.) aber die Räumlichkeiten sind viel zu klein für die Größe des Hotels. Die Preise für Getränke zum Abendessen können in einer Karte zu sehen sein, weil Radler und Cola sehr teuer sind.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2025Das Frühstück war top ! Eine große Auswahl mit allem was das Herz begehrt ! Ob süß oder herzhaft, alles da ! Sogar ein kleiner Lunch am Nachmittag wird angeboten. Das Abendessen wird bei 3/4 Pension im 5-Gang Menü serviert, zusätzlich steht den Gästen ein tolles Salatbuffet, eine Brotecke und eine Käseauswahl zur Verfügung. Besonders loben möchte ich die äußerst zuvorkommenden Kellner und das freundliche Personal ! Der Service war ausgezeichnet ! Das Hotel liegt in einer Fußgängerzone, toll für einen kleinen Abendspaziergang und absolut ruhige Zimmer !

Location probably could not be better since is in the middle of two chairlifts and in the city centre. Joker card made our vacation much easier and cheaper.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2025All was absolutely amazing. Staff were attentive, friendly, very smily and helpful. Nikos in the restaurant is a legend and extremely helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. The staff at the front desk were equally helpful and friendly. We will be back.
Wi Fi can be a bit temperamental and a bit sluggish and it would have been great if they had British TV channels

Reviewed Jul 27, 2025Das Frühstück war sehr gut und es sollte für jeden etwas dabei gewesen sein. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend . Das Zimmer war mit Hund sehr geräumig.
Der Sauna Bereich ist klein und fein , aber leider immer wieder von Eltern mit ihren kleinen Kindern gestört worden, so kann ein vernünftiges saunieren nicht funktionieren ....es stand auf dem Schild vor der Sauna auch drauf . Die Hygienemaßnahmen von einigen Mitbürgern lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig, wobei man dem Hotel dieses nicht ankreiden kann (musste dieses Ärgernis aber mal los werden :(

Reviewed Jul 23, 2025Wow, wir hatten einen schönen Auenthalt. Sehr schönes Hotel. Das Servicepersonal wunderbar. Frühstücksbuffe war super. Es gab sogar einen Nachmittagssnack. Zum Abendessen könnte man ein Mehrgängemenü auswählen. Sehr lecker. Es hat uns sehr gefallen.
