First of all I want to thank the staff and administration for their hospitality. We have spent 4 night and we felt very comfortable. 1. Late check in - available 2. Leave luggage facility if you need it. Our flight was late and they had no issue keeping our language until pickup. 3. Breakfast was always available, not sure how previous reviews were complaining. It was misleading 4. Staff are kind and cheerful. 5. AC was working excellent and we had to switch it off at night 6. Once we are back from a long walk or visit to Venice your clean tidy room is waiting for you! Fresh towels everyday! 7. Location is great! Few stops by bus you are in Venice! 8. Nearby few hundred meters - the main station, you can get to airport or any place easily - just buy the correct tickets. We have the 72 hours ACTV… great saving 9. Someone said lot of mosquitos- I think just don’t open the window :-) if you have your AC and you have a cold room. I have bought special tissues for mosquitos that I have not used once!! - don’t believe everything written. 10. Area is safe and has lot of connections bus/tram and main station nearby

The location is very good, close to public transport to Venice. Bus stop is 5 minutes walk, train is 10 minutes walk. Buses late night can be extremely full and I don’t recommend it, trains are more comfortable. Anyway, the breakfast was very good, I don’t understand the bad reviews about it. They had a lot of different options and the staff was constantly refilling the breakfast. The different croissants were very nice. Room was cleaned every day and we got fresh towels. Also, you get what you pay for, so the room is small, walls are thin, bathroom is tiny. That is all fine. The neighborhood is very good and on the other side of the station there are many cheap restaurants. Anyone who says otherwise isn’t used to multicultural societies.

The one thing we disliked was the bad mold smell when we entered the room. I suspect it came out of the aircon, since after we turned it off and opened the window, the smell was less present.

Pokój bardzo mały, jedno z łóżek to dostawka przez co było bardzo niewygodne. Pokój urządzony w starym stylu, większość mebli ma ślady użytkowania, jest obita i odrapan.

The hotel has a good location, with public transport available nearby, which makes it convenient for getting around. Unfortunately, there were quite a few things that could be improved. The breakfast was the same every day, with a very limited selection, and the bread was slightly dry. There was also no fridge in the room, not even a small one. Another downside was the TV — it was not possible to use Netflix or YouTube, only Italian TV channels were available. The area immediately around the hotel did not feel very safe. There were often groups of men hanging around nearby, and as a woman travelling alone, I would have felt uncomfortable and afraid to go outside by myself. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleaning ladies did a great job — the room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed regularly. Overall, the hotel has a convenient location and very nice staff, but there are several aspects that could be improved, especially the breakfast, room facilities, entertainment options and the safety of the surrounding area.

Reggelinél nem volt olyan nagy kínálat.

Leider gibt es auch einige Punkte, die unseren Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt haben. Das Badezimmer war sehr alt und ist unserer Meinung nach dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Hier wäre eine Modernisierung wirklich angebracht. Besonders problematisch waren jedoch die Parkplätze im hinteren Innenhof. Diese waren sehr eng und teilweise nur schwer zu benutzen. Außerdem ragten an mehreren Stellen gefährliche Metallteile aus der Wand heraus – unter anderem alte Halterungen bzw. Rohre der Klimaanlage. Diese befanden sich auf einer Höhe, die beim Ein- und Ausparken eine erhebliche Gefahr für die Felgen und Reifen darstellt. Solche Stellen sollten aus unserer Sicht unbedingt überprüft und gesichert werden. Insgesamt wäre hier sowohl beim Badezimmer als auch bei der Gestaltung und Sicherheit der Parkplätze eine Renovierung bzw. Verbesserung dringend zu empfehlen.

Pelos valores cobrados pelos hotéis em Veneza, o custo foi razoável. O atendimento da equipe no check-in foi muito bom. Para quem deseja chegar e retornar da Veneza flutuante, a proximidade do ponto de ônibus é excelente.

O box do chuveiro não detém a água do banho, o que causa bastantes inconvenientes. O quarto é antigo e necessita de reparos. O café da manhã é diminuto e os sucos parecem não ser naturais.

It was very close to the train and bus station, easy to get to, close to everything you need.

At night there were a lot of man outside, they don’t disturb you, but I would be scared if i was a solo traveler.

Det var ikke det pæneste kvarter og lidt blandet type af mennesker, jeg ankom også sen aften. Hotellet har vel ikke været renoveret i det her årti, og faciliteterne på værelset bar præg af det, bruseren var nærmest ovenpå toilettet, samt tilkalket bruser og vandhane.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen. Der Bahnhof ist in 7 Minuten Fußläufig zu erreichen. Zusätzlich befinden sich eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle und eine Bushaltestelle in Richtung Venedig in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Handtücher wurden jeden Tag gewechselt.

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Es war nicht möglich den Koffer zu öffnen, ohne in auf dem Bett aufzuklappen. Der Fön hat wenig bis keine Leistung. Das Frühstück ist eintönig. Für Vegetarier eine sehr geringe Auswahl. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist veraltet.

Номер не був чистим. Ванна була брудна. Також в номері був дивний запах. Таке враження, що в номері курили і меблі і постіль просочились цим запахом. Також готель старий. Номерний фонд зношений. Номери маленькі. За 150 евро за одну ніч, мало бути чистіше.

The hotel was perfectly fine for a short stay. The hotel was used due to our flight back to the UK being cancelled. The hotel is basic, fairly old / a little outdated but perfectly clean and acceptable. The breakfast was the standard European fair, nothing fancy but basic items you'd expect.

Tout était parfait. Très accueillant, propre, proche des transports et super petit déjeuner.

L'hôtel était situé juste a côté de bus desservant Venise, et de la gare. Le petit déjeuner était bon, et le lit confortable.

Les chambres étaient très mal insonorisées, on entendait tout le bruit des autres voyageurs la nuit, mais aussi des femmes d'entretien qui parlaient dans le couloir avant 8h. Il n'y avait pas de frigo, le sèche cheveux était très ancien et ne fonctionnait pas bien, la climm faisait un bruit terrible. Le distributeur de savon s'est decroché dans la douche et il y avait une grosse fuite sur le robinet. Il faisait très humide dans la chambre, me causant de l'asthme.

Tot molt correcte. Està molt bé que estigui prop de les parades de bus que porten a Venècia. Estan a 5 minuts, i va molt bé. L'habitació, l'esmorzar, la neteja, i l'amabilitat del personal, tot ha estat molt bé.

La gentilezza dello staff e la disponibilità delle receptionist è senz'altro una importante risorsa. Colazione internazionale completa e abbondante.

Nota di poco conto: la dimensione delle stanze, in alcune soluzioni, ripagata dalla disponibilità ea trovare le soluzioni più opportune alle richieste degli ospiti.

Reasonably clean. The breakfast is nice and the personel is polite.

The location is not something I would reccomend, especially not if you are a female solo traveler. Just a few meters from the hotel entrance every evening there were sketchy people gathering and smoking weed, even in daylight, it was peretty uncomfortable having to pass them. It is obviously not the fault of the hotel, but a thing to consider if u value safety and comfort.

Hotel is quite old but well maintained. The station is not far away, and we usually returned when it was completely dark and it was quiet around. The breakfasts are normal, just cereal, some pastries, cheese and ham for a sandwich, yogurt and some fruits. Just enough to get to some restaurant with a proper meal. Towels were changed every day. The bed linen was changed once in 3 nights.

The room is very small, suitable only if you do not have a lot of luggage.

We stayed here with our family and had a wonderful experience. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, making us feel welcome from the start. The room was comfortable, and the overall stay was very pleasant. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Most importantly, we found it to be excellent value for money. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The only minor point was that the parking area felt a bit congested, so it can be slightly challenging to maneuver. However, if you're a confident driver, it shouldn't be an issue at all.

El punto. Estas a media cuadra del bus 6 o 6L qué te deja en Venezia en 10 o 15 min.

El barrio no me pareció muy lindo, pero me termino pareciendo muy seguro

L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter Venise avec le transport en commun, bus et train à 5 mn de l'hôtel, le personnel est sympa. Rapport qualité prix je recommande.

L'emplacement dans un quartier ! Pas ni petit frigo pour l'eau l'été surtout !! Ni un bouilloire ! Ça coûte rien, mais important.

Η τοποθεσία του πολύ βολική, κοντά σε στάση τραμ και λεωφορείου για τις επισκέψεις στη Βενετία και πολύ κοντά στον σταθμό του τρένου. Αξιοπρεπές δωμάτιο, το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και εξυπηρετικό, το πρωινό πλούσιο με πολλές επιλογές (και για ειδική διατροφή). Value for money ξενοδοχείο!

Alojamiento tranquilo

Гарний готель для перебування. Він знаходиться у Местре, і до Венеції потрібно добиратись потягом або автобусом. Проте готель розташований у 5 хвилинах ходьби від зупинок, і з цим проблем не було ніяких. Головне розібратись у специфіці валідації квитків :) Номер був чистий, охайний, все необхідне присутнє. Гарні сніданки. Загалом рекомендую, якщо плануєте відвідати Венецію на 1-2 дні.

Якщо подорожуєте на авто - завчасно попереджайте що потребуєте паркомісце, інакше доведеться залишити машину на платній чи безкоштовній парковці поряд з готелем. Також змішувач у ванній дуже проситься на заміну.

Śniadania ok. Do dworca blisko. Imigranci z pod sklepu obok nawet nie byli uciążliwi.

La ubicación para ver todas las ciudades del norte de Italia es inmejorable por la cercanía de la estación de Venezia Mestre. La llegada a Venezia se realiza en 10 minutos tanto en autobús o tranvía a la plaza le Roma. El personal es encantador y muy profesional, destacar a Mónica y Manuel de recepción, gracias por todo!! Things happened quickly and there was parking available, but it had to be paid extra even though the hotel amenities clearly stated that there was parking.

The staff were really friendly and the room was clean and comfortable and quiet at night. They also have 24/7 reception. It’s a five minute walk from Venice Mestre train station, where you can get a train to Venice Santa Lucia in ten minutes.

The breakfast was ok, limited choice and on the second day, there was nowhere for me to sit. I went back twice to see if there was space, but still no. The area is fine during the day but at night, it seems quite unsafe. There were a lot of men just hanging around outside, which can seem quite intimidating.

Very good Location, good customer service and clean rooms.

I like how they maintain the cleanliness and the towels and bed were arranged after I use and come back from a tiring adventure my room is nice to stay in.

La ubicación fue lo mejor a 2 cuadras aproximadamente de la estación de trenes, amabilidad del personal (específicamente de Manuel), cuenta con lugares cercanos para comer. Desayuno regular.

No cuenta con Smart TV, tampoco cuenta con frigobar por lo que no podíamos llevar líquidos y mantenerlos fríos en pleno verano, el aire acondicionado nunca funcionó pese a qué nos cambiaron de habitación por olor a humedad y no funcionamiento del aire, las instalaciones son buenas pero podría modernizarse y mantenerla mejor.

Bardzo gościnny personel tworzący rodzinną, przyjemną atmosferę. Po mimo zadawania wielu pytań i próśb, personel cierpliwie, grzecznie i wyrozumiale odpowiadał na nie wszystkie. Śniadania - ogromny wybór dla najbardziej wybrednych.

Mały szczegół, z klimatyzacji wydobywał się dziwny zapach podobny do grzyba, ale nie znam się na tym, może tak musiało być.

Отличный отель, номер комфортный, большая удобная кровать, ванная комната в идеальном состоянии. Персонал очень приветливый, заселились поздно ночью без всяких проблем. Завтрак тоже вполне приличный, есть кофемашина, еду на шведский стол докладывают постоянно.

Очень удобное расположение отеля! Рядом много уютных кафе и кофеен, а до автобусной остановки, откуда можно быстро доехать до центра Венеции, всего 2–3 минуты пешком. Очень удобно для поездок и прогулок по Венеции.

Отелем остались очень довольны! В номере чисто, всё необходимое есть, персонал очень доброжелательный и внимательный. Единственный небольшой минус — в августе, когда на улице была жара около 40 °C, кондиционер не совсем справлялся, поэтому в номере было немного душновато. В остальном отель полностью соответствует своей цене. Остались довольны!

Great location near the train station, with Venice just a 10–15 minute train ride away. It was easy to find parking on the street, and the mattress was comfortable.

The hotel feels frozen in time, with a very dated appearance and outdated furnishings and facilities in both the room and the bathroom. The breakfast was disappointing, with a limited cold buffet offering little variety. The bread rolls were dry and stale, and the overall quality was well below what you would expect. The hotel is suitable for a short stopover, but I wouldn't recommend staying there for an extended visit due to the dated facilities and disappointing breakfast.

Dostaliśmy pokój dwuosobowy z dostawionym dodatkowym jednym łóżkiem ( byliśmy w 3 ), nie było gdzie się ruszyć. Śniadania bardzo słabe, z warzyw była tylko rukola i tarta marchewka.

Good hotel, 5min walk from the train station and bus going to the airport. You just hop on the train to get to Venice(10min ride). Breakfast included in good price.

Fazer referência ao excelente atendimento por parte da funcionária Mónica. Sempre disponível, atenciosa, profissional, simpática e empática. A localização do hotel é excelente e o pequeno almoço cumpre bem os requisitos. Recomendamos pela excelente relação qualidade preço.

Łazienka poniżej normy: brak prysznica, wanna bardzo mała z prowizoryczną zasłoną, bardzo mało miejsca w łazience, brak półki, wyposażenie zniszczone (deska sedesowa, korek w umywalce, zacinająca się spłuczka...). Widoczne zawilgocenie - odchodząca farba. Bardzo słabe oświetlenie w pokoju, stare meble, a w nich zatęchnięte koce, głośna klimatyzacja. Bardzo mała winda - 3-4 osoby max bez bagażu. Śniadanie bardzo mało urozmaicone, wszystko na zimno, obsługa restauracji mrukliwa i mało kontaktowa. Dania z karty (np kolacja) średniej jakości (spaghetti carbonara, tagliatelle al ragu). Parking bardzo ciasny. Nie rozumiem skąd hotel ma 3 ***, cena nieadekwatna do jakości.
