Central location

Das Gebäude hat Charm, denn es ist groß und doch eng, funktional und doch alt. Die Frühstücksterrasse erlaubt einen Ausblick über die Dächer. Es gibt eine eigene Garage und die Lage ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum. Äußerst freundliche Mitarbeiter die einen geradezu in Empfang nehmen.

The room I stayed in number 12, the shower was no more than a box it was hard to keep the doors closed and I’m a petite person so it flooded the bathroom. Don’t think this should be allowed to be classed as a workable shower. That let the room down for me sadly . Esp with the heat a nice shower is a must yes the room is extra small but there needs to be a better solution.

Posizione comoda, servizio eccellente e staff gentile e disponibile. Sono soddisfatto sotto ogni aspetto, dalla pulizia alla colazione. Dovessi tornare a Perugia opterei senz'altro per questa struttura.

Posizione in pieno centro e parcheggio disponibile in struttura. L’estetica curata e moderna, servizio reception sempre accogliente e professionale, la nostra camera era silenziosa e il letto molto comodo. Gli spazi sono utilizzati in maniera molto Smart e nonostante la camera fosse di dimensioni contenute siamo stati molto comodi in quanto la stanza è dotata di doccia, bidet, armadio e piccolo frigorifero. I prodotti di cortesia del bagno -travel size e sigillati - erano di qualità. La struttura ha una bella terrazza-bar che abbiamo sfruttato solo a colazione per via delle giornate roventi di metà agosto ma sono certa che sia un piccolo gioiello per gli aperitivi in momenti meno caldi dell’anno.

Die Lage im historischen Zentrum und das kreativ-moderne Ambiente hat uns sehr angesprochen.

Muy bien situado para visitar el centro histórico. La habitación familiar con literas hizo un uso muy eficiente del espacio y baño también muy acogedor. Desayuno en la terraza. Y en general fue una estancia muy agradable.

El espacio donde se ubicaba el buffet del desayuno se queda un poco arrinconado, haciendo que si hay más de dos personas a la vez sea un poco incómodo moverse si se está cogiendo algo de la esquina interior.

Die Lage des Priori Secret Garden ist exzellent, direkt in der Altstadt, aber dennoch relativ ruhig mit allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und tollen Lokalen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und serviceorientiert. Das Hotel hat ein sehr gutes Frühstück, ein recht gut ausgestattetes, kleines Gym und moderne, hübsche Zimmer.

Um die Fenster zu öffnen, ist es zumindest zur Straße hin nachts zu laut. Leider ist die Klimaanlage etwas schwach, so dass es bis zum Morgen immer sehr feucht und warm im Zimmer wurde.

Everything ! The friendly, helpful and professional staff; the spotlessly clean hotel and the delicious food and drinks on the beautiful roof terrace. I booked a "small double" for single occupancy and stayed in Room 21, which was very comfortable. Very comfortable bed and good air con and good shower.

A volte l’aria condizionata (impostata sui 26/27 gradi fissi non regolabili ) è passata a funzione “ventilatore “ e , soprattutto di notte , in camera faceva caldo ma solo in alcuni momenti e per breve tempo . Ma è giusto un’inezia in confronto a tutto ciò che c’è di positivo.

He accompanied me back to the carpark after my stay since I could not park at the hotel sadly as arranged due to a gay pride demonstration in the centre of Perugia. The roads were blocked! Nothing was too much trouble for Vlad Cuculesco Thank you! Please pass on my thanks. His English was also very good!

Nothing other than the gay pride demonstration happening in the centre of Perugia; which wasn’t the hotel’s fault. This meant access to the hotel was more limited especially with someone lacking mobility like myself

The size of the room is on the small side especially the size of the bathroom. It still had all the necessary facilities crammed in a very small space especially considering the price of the room (220+). Additionally, the price they charge for garage is way too much i.e.30 euros per night.

Perfect location just off Corso Vannucci. Amazingly quiet rooms. Stunning views from the top floor, and beautiful garden on the breakfast terrace. Abundant high-quality breakfast options. Staff were kind and welcoming: upgraded me from a single to a large double room, and helped with luggage, taxis, and info.

The location was fantastic although difficult to get by car. Dinner in the restaurant was very good. The room was wonderful and had the largest shower that I had in a week traveling all over Italy.

Access by car—drivers need some instructions in advance. My GPS instructions will probably result in me getting traffic citations via mail.

Tolles Hotel mitten in Perugia Abgeschlossene Parkplätze. Sehr freundliches Personal und Chef . Die Altstadt in ein paar Minuten erreichbar . Frühstück auf der Dach Terrasse. Schönes Zimmer und gut klimatisiert. Beim nächsten Besuch von Perugia werde ich wieder dort übernachten.

Perugia an sich ist schon ein sehr spezieller und sehenswerter Ort. Und wenn man dann noch die Möglichkeit hat im Priori Secret Garden zu übernachten, dann macht das ganze zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis. Die An-/Abreise mit dem Auto ist spektakulär, auch weil uns das Navi einmal über den Piazza IV Novembre geschickt hat. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage die man vorher unbedingt reservieren muss. Auch muss man dem Hotel das eigene Autokennzeichen bekanntgeben, damit man bei der kommunalen Polizei als "legales" Auto erkannt wird. Wunderschön im Hotel die Terrasse fürs Frühstück. Man sitzt mitten in der Stadt in einer Oase aus Pflanzen! Wir lieben das und da uns Perugia so sehr gefallen hat, werden wir wiederkommen und hoffentlich wieder im Priori Secret Garden wohnen können!

A Perugia, in occasione della mostra "Giotto e san Francesco. Una rivoluzione nell'Umbria del Trecento" e una breve visita al cuore medioevale della città umbra, ne abbiamo usufruito nel ponte del 2 Giugno. La struttura, che si sviluppa su più livelli, si trova in eccellente posizione centrale, a pochi passi dalla Galleria Nazionale dell’Umbria e dispone di comodissimo parcheggio privato (a pagamento 30€ notte). Camere pulite e silenziose, con bagno di dimensioni limitate (405) ma vivibili e doccia a livello. Wi-Fi gratuito (se pur in vacanza non sia mia preoccupazione perché 'abolisco' il cellulare) e invece, particolare gradito, la TV legge le USB esterne. Colazione (internazionale) di ottima qualità, e varietà (dal dolce al salato), servita a buffet su una terrazza adiacente alla reception dalle 7 alle 10. Personale gentile, molto disponibile e efficiente. La posizione e la qualità dei servizi offerti rendono un soggiorno qui - o anche una sosta per una sola notte - più che consigliato.

Wir durften leider mit dem Hund nicht in den Frühstücksraum (wegen Regen konnten wir auch nicht auf die Terrasse), aber die Angestellte an der Rezeption hat uns angeboten, das Frühstück aufs Zimmer bringen zu lassen. Das fand ich sehr nett

Die Parkplätze konnten nicht reserviert werden, wenn ich mich recht erinnere, was schon schlecht ist, wenn das Hotel nur Platz für 5-6 Autos überhaupt hat. Wir hatten Glück :-)

Ho prenotato questo albergo per i miei genitori che volevano visitare la mostra di Giotto, mi hanno riferito di essere rimasti piacevole stupiti, Le camere non sono grandissime ma si può capire dato che la casa dove è stato aperto l’ hotel è antica in pieno centro di Perugia, La cosa che gli è piaciuta maggiormente è stata la terrazza, oltre alla gentilezza di tutto il personale e la colazione Vi ringrazio per aver trattato i miei due nonnini bene ❤️

We had a top floor attic room with a sloping ceiling. I'm only average height for an Aussie but I still banged my head a few times. A mirror in the bedroom would be a suggestion.

Eigentlich eine Enttäuschung. Das Hotel liegt zwar sehr zentral, damit ist das Gute aber auch schon gesagt. Wir haben selten so ein seelenloses Haus erlebt, das Personal lieblos und irgendwie komplett empathiefrei und desinteressiert. Wir hatten zudem ein Zimmer über der Garageneinfahrt und Klimaanlage. Und dafür sind 170 Euro zu viel Geld.
