Trece. Reviewed May 19, 2026the hotel clearly needs serious maintenance. The condition of the facilities was very poor and far below what should be expected from a hotel rated as 5 stars. When I arrived, the guest checking in before me came back almost immediately because they had been given a room where another person was already sleeping. Before I even went up to my room, another guest came down complaining that they had been waiting for several hours for the air conditioning to be fixed, instead of being moved to another available room. My room also had multiple maintenance issues. Even the shower diverter, the small pull-up part that switches the water from the faucet to the shower head, was broken, and I had to pull it with another object just to be able to shower. In general, the maintenance of the entire property was terrible. The breakfast was one of the worst parts of the stay. It was extremely disappointing, unpleasant, and completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be 5 stars. The quality, variety, presentation, and overall experience were far below even what I would expect from a basic 3-star hotel. It honestly did not feel like a hotel breakfast at all, and it was nowhere near the standard that guests should receive at a property with this rating.
