It is in a beautiful location with fantastic views and also close to town where there are great restaurants and gelatos. The breakfasts were so delicious and plentiful and the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating.

They charged for the pool towels.

Location was so convenient for our Florence visits and we also enjoyed the nearby quaint town that provided delicious dinners. We woke up to phenomenal breakfasts and views every morning, warm and kind staff especially Lorenzo, and guests we also ran into were also so lovely. Our experience here could not be more perfect.

We had a glorious stay at Villa II Fedino. The owners, the staff, the Villa, the grounds, the pool and the breakfast were all incredible. They went out of their way to provide a specific breakfast item for my companion, they upgraded our room since we were celebrating a special occasion, they were kind and helpful in every way. The Villa is right in town, so easy walking to dinner and shops. We would stay again without hesitation! It was wonderful.

È una splendida villa antica gestita dai proprietari. Persone attente e squisite. Le colazioni eccezionali. Lorenzo (il figlio) mi ha cucinato uova alla “Frank “, così da loro soprannominate in onore di un precedente ospite davvero strepitose. Le stanze ampie ed eleganti con un meraviglioso letto a baldacchino. La villa si trova vicino al centro raggiungibile comodamente a piedi. Ritorneremo!

Super lekker ontbijt, geweldige kamer met mooi uitzicht op het zwembad en de valei daarachter. Heel erg vriendelijk personeel, ze waren super geïnteresseerd in hun gasten en vertelde veel over de regio. Ze verkopen ook geweldige olijfolie 👍🏻

Staff are very friendly. Location was good and walkable also close enough to Siena and Florence and a lot of the wineries. Pool was pretty clean and right temperature. Breakfast was pretty good. You truly feel like you're living in an old villa. There was a mini fridge, a small stove and even a sink in our room. A/C and Wifi both worked great.

The room and its furniture are all pretty old. It wasn't a problem for us, we liked it but if you're looking for a nice looking place to stay this is not for you.

שתי נקודות שאינן קריטיות אבל יש לשים לב האינטרנט לא מספיק חזק והיה נוח יותר אם היו יותר שקעים להטענת מכשירי סוללרים אבל הסתדרנו.

Where do I begin.. The welcome is very warm. The staff is just so wonderful and you feel at home instantly. We came a little early and they did everything so that we could check in immediately. I’m the meantime they offered us Aperol spritzes for the wait and some towels to chil in the pool. The house is so beautiful by the way. Very authentic and I love the colors. Now, the breakfast is the best I’ve ever ver had in Italy, the town offers everything a wind down holiday needs and, once again, the family staff is the absolute best. I’m so sad the holiday is over..<3

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Il Fedino and felt like genuinely welcome guests from the moment we arrived. The hosts deserve special praise for their warm hospitality, personal approach and constant willingness to help. Their attention to detail made our stay especially pleasant and memorable. The breakfast was excellent: fresh, healthy, varied and beautifully served. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a very good night’s sleep. The swimming pool next to the villa is another major highlight. It is very well maintained and provides a peaceful, first-class setting for relaxation.

Stunning 700 year old ‘summer house’ on the edge of San Casciano. Lorenzo and family have lived here for over 200 years.

This family run villa with its old world charm is a little gem and won't disappoint. From the moment you check in, you are made to feel welcome and like family. The place has a new pool for guests overlooking the Tuscan valley and they serve the most beautiful breakfasts each morning with pastries that are so fresh, you will question others you may eat. The place may look a little tired but honestly I'd stay here again. There are lots of eating options within a 10 min walk. Now like a lot of places in Italy, if you get placed higher up, there are steps and no elevators but they are happy to help with your luggage which we appreciated and there were bottles of water for us to use which again.. Small gesture but much appreciated as we went when it was incredibly hot. I wouldn't hesitate to book this place. Also thank you for nice fluffy pillows.

Honestly everything was great - I wouldn't have minded an iron and ironing board for me to use but this is minor. I could have asked as well but didn't.

Lorenzo and his family made our stay more than magical. Every breakfast prepared with love, every conversation an insight into their culture and their passion. The villa is gorgeous and authentic, with a fabulous pool and garden. A close walk to the main village, with charming restaurants, salons, and all you need.

While the bathrooms were very clean, they could use an update (which is happening next year!)

Tout était parfait !

Our room was incredibly clean, charming and authentic. Oversized rooms with plenty of floor space, which was important for us with a lot of luggage. The bed was very very comfortable and the bathroom had all the amenities you need. The Villa is situated on a perfect block of land with a massive pool, plenty of space to lay by the pool or sit down with a bottle of wine and soak up spectacular sunset views of vineyards. Our breakfast was included and I am usually not one to eat breakfast in the morning but this was very special. Every morning the small group of guests gather at the garden where there is a small area with tables and chairs to sit and enjoy their incredible view while they serve you a beautiful breakfast. Every morning is something different with home made sweets, eggs made to order and a plethora of other breakfast options to have. We were excited to eat every morning and it was a great was to start the day. I would highly recommend for anyone to stay. The villa is situated a short walk to the main town square where you can enjoy some shopping at the boutique stores or a meal at several of the local restaurants. Food is perfect. Most importantly the family and staff who work there are all incredibly friendly and hospitable. We miss them already! We cannot wait to go back :)

Best breakfast I’ve ever had at an Italian B+B. Lorenzo and Alessandra are passionate food people and each day they made something different and delicious. The pool was gorgeous and relaxing.

Perfection in Chianti region! I can’t say enough good things about our stay at Villa Il Fedino! This family owned bed and breakfast left us with so many beautiful memories. The property is immaculate. The location was exactly what we imagined for a stay in the Italian countryside. Lorenzo’s cooking class is an absolute must do during your stay!

Everything about this property is just superb, the location, the views from the garden and the room, the onsite parking, the breakfast, and most importantly our host Lorenzo who is very helpful, and goes the extra mile to ensure that our stay is memorable. This is a beautiful place in San casciano .. the views are breathtaking. It is originally a family home and they turned it to this beautiful bed and breakfast . Our host Lorenzo was just Amazing, so welcoming and went out of his way to recommend places around florence and tuscany .. the breakfast was the beat we have had in italy. I would definitely come back again .. ❤️❤️

אחוזה עתיקה ומשוחזרת. הריהוט והכלים והאביזרים משוחזרים ויפים, גן יפה מקיף את הבית שממוקם ברחוב שקט לא רחוק מהמרכז התיירותי, ובמרחק נסיעה קצרה מפירנצה. המארח לורנצו שף במקצועו הגיש יחד עם אימו ארוחות בוקר לתפארת. ערך הסבר מקיף על עיירות טוסקנה, ההגעה אליהן והחניה בהן. סייע בהזמנת כרטיסים לאופיצי. דאג לכל צרכינו. החניה במתחם נוחה.

The property was absolutely beautiful, truly a dream and very peaceful. Lorenzo and his parents were the sweetest and made our stay extra special for our honey moon. Wish we could’ve stayed longer but will definitely be coming back!

What a wonderful stay from the warm and classically Italian welcome, the host and his family are clearly so passionate about the place, which is beautiful and the village which is very genuine. Great for access to Florence or just to see some proper Italy! We had such a lovely time in what is quintessentially Italian hospitality, the family really make the stay - and the breakfast is phenomenal!!

De ontvangst was hartelijk. Iedereen was professioneel én informeel vriendelijk: een fijne combinatie. Het ontbijt was fenomenaal (en ik ben normaliter geen ontbijter!). En we kregen fijne tips voor restaurants in de buurt en een mooie tocht door de Chianti-streek.

Eigenlijk niets. Of misschien de trappen, maar dat is afhankelijk van je kamer.

Et virkelig hyggeligt boutique hotel med meget store og komfortable værelser. Absolut behageligt at være i rum som er klimatisk gode uden aircondition er nødvendig at tænde. Morgenmaden var fantastisk dejlig og varierende med friske varer, lokale produkter og kyndigt tilberedt af familiens søn, som også arrangerer kokke/madlavnings ophold på stedet. God og let parkering på stedet og gåafstand til ca 10 restauranter i byen af god kvalitet både til frokost og aftensmad. Absolut et anbefalelsesværdigt sted at bruge som udgangspunkt for besøg til Toscana og Firenze.

Desværre kom vi dagen før poolen åbnede for sæsonen. Så poolen åbner 1. maj. Den så ellers lækker ud og med 26 grader kunne en nordbo sagtens bruge en tur i vandet 😁

Si gode a pieno l’ospitalità familiare tutta italiana, ma in particolare della storica famiglia della Villa Il Fedino, i fantastici Lorenzo ( il figlio), Alessandra (la madre), Amedeo (il padre) e tutto lo staff di Villa Il Fedino. We had an unforgettable stay at Villa Il Fedino and we hope to stay here again in the future! Lorenzo and his family were so warm and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was incredible and the beautiful garden and facilities created the perfect setting to relax and unwind. One of the highlights of our whole trip to Italy was the cooking class here with Lorenzo. We sampled delicious olive oils, cheeses and wines and learned how to make fresh pasta, which we got to enjoy on the terrace in the sun with a bottle of wine. We highly recommend that anyone staying here books the cooking class as it’s an experience not to be missed!

Окремо хочу відмітити гостинність гасподарів, це надзвичайно світлі і добрі люди, які своєю хорошою енергетикою наповнюють цю віллу і роблять ваше перебування максимально комфортним. А ще сніданки, це окреме дякую !!!! Смачні, ситні і свіжі! Випічку для вас готть зранку і її аромат наповнює всю віллу…. Ти прокидаєшся під спів пиашок і цей чудовий аромат випічки свіжого хліба!!!! Дякую дуже 🙏❤️ я повернусь❤️

The owners are very kindhearted people that genuinely care about you and your comfort. They showed pride in what they do and of their property. We were basically spending a few days at the end of our trip to unwind and relax. This was the perfect spot to do so. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left it was an absolute pleasure. The room was spacious, spotless, comfortable and difficult to leave to continue traveling. The breakfast was the best we have experienced in a month of traveling Italy , so amazing , so delicious. Hugs on departure made this a very special stay and I can't recommend it enough. Aloha to them and all the best from us!!!

Excellent service. Lorenzo helped in all aspects in our plans around the area and during our stay. For anyone appreciating great breakfast, this is the place for you. There's few nice restaurants in the village. Surroundig villages and towns are easy access by car.

The only tiny item was that no coffee in the room. Only tee with kettle was available. That's about it.

I felt so welcome from the minute I walked into the property. The property was stunning and so well located. Lorenzo gave us information on local restaurants and things to do. The most gracious hosts I have ever experienced.

Ottima colazione, ricca di alimenti salati e dolci con assaggio anche della propria produzione di olio. Servizio molto cortese e disponibilità massima nell'offrire quanto eventualmente non presente nel buffet. Ha una posizione molto bella che permette di godere dalla finestra della stanza dove abbiamo soggiornato una bellissima veduta sul paesaggio delle colline senesi, ma nello stesso tempo è inserita nella parte centrale di San Casciano val di Pesa ed è utilissimo il proprio parcheggio disponibile per i clienti della villa Il fedino.

Pre il periodo che abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura non c'è stato nulla di non positivo ed è da segnalare la massima cortesia della famiglia che è la proprietaria della struttura stessa nell'illustrare sia la storia interessantissima della villa Il Fedino che anche le caratteristiche di San Casciano in val di Pesa e dell'area del Chianti.

Badkamer compleet maar geen ruimte voor toiletartikelen. Een gezamenlijke binnenruimte zou gezellig zijn. Wat meer buitenverlichting en mogelijkheid om wat te nuttigen in de avond met medebewoners.

Lorenzo, Alessandra, Chiara and team were amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our family holiday was incredible. Highly recommend this lovely Villa and definitely do the cooking class with Lorenzo, & Chiara, was the highlight of our trip!

We stayed 3 nights at Villa Il Fedino. Lorenzo and Alessandra were wonderful hosts and so helpful with recommendations of restaurants and things to do in the area. The daily breakfasts were a highlight. The room was clean and spacious, and the property is centrally located and walking distance to the town centre which had everything you could need.

Charmerende historisk familiejet villa. Utrolig venlig og personlig betjening. Ligger fredfyldt i en lille by tæt på Firenze.

Det virkede umiddelbart lidt gammeldags som krævede lidt tilmelding. Men alt virkede perfekt og var super rent. Vil være dejligt om sommeren når det er varmt, da der er en pool og man kan sidde på terrassen til morgenmad.
