Das Frühstück ist gut, aber ein wenig im Stil überholt, verpackte Angebote und es könnte schöner angerichtet sein. Grundsätzlich aber gut … der Service versteht sich gut und man hat den Eindruck, wir, die Gäste sind der Grund für die Lachsalven in der Küche … etwas befremdlich! Schade ☹️

Väldigt bra frukost med vänlig frukostpersonal. I receptionen var det blandat mellan både vänlig och sur personal. Hotellet är lite slitet men mycket rent på rummet. För oss var rummet med frukost mycket prisvärt och även läget mycket bra. Nära gångavstånd till centrum och järnvägsstation.

Hotel w świetnym miejscu, prawie przy samym dworcu i blisko do centrum. Cicho i spokojnie. Polecam to miejsce.

Zentrale Lage, verkehrstechnisch sehr gut erreichbar, komfortables 3-Bettzimmer mit Einzelbetten; Parkmöglichkeit beim Hotel in einer Parkgarage (€ 25,00); Für eine Nacht (Zwischenstopp) war das Quartier perfekt.

Alles hat den Erwartungen entsprochen.

Ontbijt is zwak zoals vaak in Italië Veel niet verse dingen, fruitsalade uit blik, slecht brood, en veel zoetigheden...voor middenklasse hotel voor 1 nacht voor een lage prijs net oké, maar indien ik voor vakantie er verschillende nachten zou verblijven, dan zou ik dit hotel niet kiezen

La ubicación estaba bien

Habitaciones bastante anticuadas y poco acordes, en mi opinión, con un hotel de 4 estrellas. Durante mi estancia desaparecieron mis AirPods de la habitación. Los busqué exhaustivamente tanto en la habitación como en mi equipaje y posteriormente pude comprobar mediante la aplicación “Buscar” que aparecían localizados en un pueblo cercano al hotel. Comuniqué inmediatamente lo sucedido al establecimiento. Aunque el hotel afirma haber realizado diversas comprobaciones, mis AirPods no han aparecido y no he recibido ninguna solución. Además, en su última respuesta a mi reclamación, la dirección consideró oportuno advertirme de que el delito de difamación está perseguido en Italia. Me parece una respuesta especialmente desafortunada ante una clienta que se ha limitado a comunicar la desaparición de sus pertenencias y las localizaciones que posteriormente mostraba la aplicación “Buscar”. Una experiencia muy desagradable que, lamentablemente, condicionó por completo mi estancia.

Wir sind auf Fahrradreise. Unsere Räder waren sicher intern untergestellt. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Das Personal war freundlich und kompetent. Das Frühstück war gut. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Da localização. Hotel já é antigo, mas cuidado e confortável.

El hotel en sí es un hotel que antiguamente era precioso y seguramente lujoso. Ahora tiene un aire bohemio y me gusta sin embargo tema de colchón y almohadas es algo que no es tan costoso y hay que cambiarlo ya que las que tienen son muy viejas e incómodas.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived at 9am and they let us keep our luggage there as we explored the town of Treviso. When we returned around 1pm they had our room ready.

Расположение удобное, пять минут до вокзала жд. Персонал очень дружелюбный и приветливый. Номер чистый, с большим балконом. Есть кондиционер, что было очень кстати.

Бар в номере уже был кем то использован. И оставили пустые бутылки. Было бы неплохо если отель мог добавить чек лист, что вообще находится в мини баре. Ну и чтоб горничные проверяли его после предыдущих гостей.

Lokalizacja hotelu bardzo dobra, kilka minut na piechotę od pociągu jak i przystanku autobusowego, niedaleko również do historycznego centum w Treviso. Śniadania mało urozmaicone ale każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

Klimatyzacja tylko w jednym pomieszczeniu i brak możliwości regulacji, ale była i trochę chłodziła.

Good location,, quiet hotel with helpful front desk staff.

Shower was hand held - which I'm accustomed to in Europe, in a tub. All good, the challenge was directing the spray so I didn't flood the floor. It took getting used to but definitely this hotel is a good value.

Posizione eccezionale vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e al centro. Camera singola spaziosa e pulitissima oltre che silenziosa. Letto comodo e bagno spazioso. Colazione abbondante e personale gentilissimo. Ottimo soggiorno.

It was central to historical Treviso. The breakfast was amazing.

Couple of things were broken and the shower was hard to get in and out. Minor issues for us.

The internet photos do not match the actual hotel. I found the age of this deteriorating establishment the most disappointing as it should not be as dilapidated as it is. It sits in the city center, a great location with very few amenities worth mentioning. No shampoo, actual paper not tissue for bathroom use, no pool, ac regulated, poor front desk staff that seem more abused than used. Breakfast was the saddest. No expresso but request for capachino was “mix coffe and milk” by staff. It’s rediculously outdated and unpleasant. Feels like a 70’s slum relic. TOTALLY disappointing.

Excellent value for money, very helpful staff, clean amd well equipped rooms, great breakfasts (starting already at 7am, unlike in many other places).. and of course a perfect location (few minutes walk from the train station, the bus station and the old town).

Adorei este hotel. Localização estratégica entre a estação de trem e o centro histórico. Hotel tradicional muito acolhedor. Ótimo café da manhã.

The fact that it is in an excellent location, with plenty of parking available (although paid) nearby and quick access on foot to the city centre.

Breakfast had few options and lots of processed food; the shower cubicle let the water run out, so the bathroom ended up looking like a swimming pool.

Excellent location, in the center of the beautiful city of Treviso. Walking distance to all attractions. Nice, clean room with closet, ample work surface, aircondition and minibar. Comfortable beds. Nice bathroom. Very good breakfast offering a variety of good quality options. Polite staff. We woud stay again.

The light at the entrance to the room comes on automatically (via a sensor), so if someone goes to the bathroom at night, they’re bound to wake the other person up There’s no parking in the hoterl (which is essential, given its location). Quite expensive, especially if you’re travelling by car and have to pay for the parking. The interior is a bit old-fashioned, but that doesn’t really matter.

La limpieza, el desayuno estaba bien.

La ducha de la habitación que me dieron perdió agua cuando me duché, la chica aunque amable, limpió así no más, y si bien, me cambiaron de habitación, fue en última instancia. El aire acondicionado era medio complicado el funcionamiento y no tiraba tanto frío. Se escuchaban ruidos de agua, no sé si de las otras habitaciones. El señor de la recepción no era muy simpático.

The photos were not real, room and furniture very old, the bathroom not so clean and overall location not so good.

El hotel es muy familiar y agradable y está a un paso del centro. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y tranquilas y el personal es muy amable.

The breakfast was good by European standards.

If you are coming from any country where air con means that you are really getting cool/cold air, this hotel is not for you in the summer months. I had booked 2 rooms. 1 double and 1 triple. The double room air con was cool enough to allow for moderate comfort for sleeping if you are not a warm person. The triple room was a joke. There is a 1 small air con for a room that was longish with 2 sections. I bed is in the first 1/4 of the room which had a air con unit. The other 2 beds took up the other 3/4 of the long room had no air con unit. The air from the only unit in the small section of room with 1 bed was at best blowing air that was 25 degree celcius. There was no way that the 2 other people sleepling in the 3/4 of the room was going to be cool down in any way. The corridoor of the hotel was cooler than the room. I had to go to the front desk to explain that it was impossible for the other 2 people to sleep that night. They were gracious enough to provide me with another double room which had better air con. I suspect that the a/c unit in room 314 was broken. That said, I had to leave 1 son in that room. We managed to close the door to the 3/4 of the room so that the broken a/c unit would only cool 1/4 of the room. Even then, my son said that it was luke warm the whole night and he had at least 10 mosquito bites from the mosquitoes in the room. Overall I would not recommend this hotel if you are not from other parts of Europe where lukewarm air con is the standard. It would be miserable for a summer night to sleep if you from U.S or developed part of Asia where air con is a standard.

Hotel in centro, old style ed elegante. Grazie alla loro reception aperta 24/24 sono riuscita a raggiugere la destinazione alle 3 del mattino dopo un volo dirottato e in ritardo. Staff gentilissimo.

La colazione. Non so perché le colazioni in Italia, paese con la cucina migliore al mondo, siano così poco di qualità. Prodotti industriali confezionati, anziché le meraviglie del cibo del territorio. Per fortuna, c’erano le uova, ma avrei gradito qualche formaggio tipico o qualsiasi cosa che mi trasmettesse cura nella scelta degli ingredienti.

It's a walking distance to train station and the surrounding is quiet.

Several factors: towels smell like they came out of a factory, Wi-Fi too slow, fridge not working well (drinks not getting cold even after putting at max.) & hot water from the shower is not stable (gets cold and hot)7

Very good location, near the station. Amazing interior, looks kind of from an old movie, especially bar. Rooms are clean, comfortable bed, mini bar, AC, balcony.

Balkon, lokalizacja i obsługa zasługuje na duży plus. Blisko do dworca kolejowego skąd można dojechać do wielu ciekawych miejsc.

Mały pokój, w którym jest jedna mini szafa z wieszakami. Nie ma gdzie schować ubrań, ani za bardzo gdzie położyć walizek. W pokoju jest czajnik, ale nie ma szklanek tylko dwa papierowe kubki. Tak więc nie było możliwości zaprzenia kawy czy herbaty. Brak chociażby małej butelki wody w pokoju co jest dziwne skoro hotel jest 4-gwiazdkowy. No niestety ten hotel powinien mieć tylko 2 gwiazdki. Jedzenie na śniadanie z małym wyborem. Dopiero w ostatni dzień była jajecznica z normalnych jajek.

La lumière automatique dans le sas d'entrée de la chambre qui se déclenchait tout seul à tout moment y compris dans la nuit. L'absence totale d'insonorisation entre les chambres et le couloir. Difficile de bien dormir dans ces conditions. Un établissement propre un personnel très agréable mais un établissement qui semble être figé dans une époque passée.
