Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Perfekt um abzuschalten. Das ganze Hotel und alle Zimmer waren stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns immer wohlgefühlt. Und was uns am Besten gefallen hat: Das Essen. ❤️

Wenn man was zum Meckern finden muss dann waren die Matratzen etwas zu weich. Aber das ist subjektiv und jeder mag es anders. Was wir etwas störend fanden waren die permanenten "Fotoshootings" am Pool. Auch wenn wir das Gefühl hatten, dass darauf geachtet wird keine anderen Gäste zu fotografieren, konnte man sich nicht in Gänze fallen lassen, weil immer irgendwo eine Kamera war. Mein Tipp wäre Fotos am Pool oder Gemeinschaftsflächen nur an den Randzeiten zu erlauben.

Das Hotel ist ein wahrer Traum und eine der besten Anlagen, in denen wir jemals waren. Die Lage direkt am ruhigen, menschenleeren Strand, das sehr aufmerksame Personal und die komfortabel eingerichteten Zimmer findet man sicher in Vietnam so nicht allzu oft.

Die Lage und das Ambiente des Hotels hat sich auch bei Influencern herumgesprochen, die vor allem Nachmittags und Abends Fotos am Pool und Strand machen. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts, aber wer sich davon in seiner Ruhe gestört fühlt, sollte das vorher wissen.

Die Lage ist der Hammer. Personal an der Rezeption, Restaurant Service, Beach-/Poolboys, sowie die Kollegen, die die Anlage sauber halten immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Man hat nicht das Gefühl, die Leute sind freundlich, weil sie bezahlt werden, sondern sie sind natürlich freundlich. Das ist nicht überall so üblich. Zimmer super wertig und alles sauber! Lage am Strand mit Infinity Pool unschlagbar. A La carte Frühstück war der Hammer. Wir haben jeden Morgen 2h alles super frisch gegessen - 1a! Glaube aber, dass es Buffet gibt, wenn Anlage voller ist - bei uns war es sehr leer. Ps. Wir waren mit Baby da - hat alles super geklappt.

Essenskarte für Abendessen besonders für Vegetarier könnte origineller sein.

Отель оставил приятное впечатление, расположен в тихом уединенном месте, на пляже практически никого не бывает (пляж у отеля чистый, но если идти вправо или влево, будет немного мусора, как впрочем везде во Вьетнаме), отдыхающие размещаются у бассейна, их тоже немного, бассейн классный, приятная вода без запаха хлорки. С людьми в отеле пересекаешься только на завтраке или ужине (кстати еда отличного качества, не зря у отеля звезда мишлен), территория большая, номера в домиках просторные с хорошим дизайном и планировкой. Хороший спа, массажи, есть сауна с хамамом, если нравится йога, рекомендую сходить, тренер Trần Trang замечательная, после ее утренних занятий чувствуешь себя свежо и бодро. В отеле можно брать велосипеды, но рядом ничего нет, кроме маяка, можно доехать до кафе на берегу и вас свозят до маяка на моторной лодке за небольшие деньги. Хороший отель.

Единственное за что поставил не 10, это то что при расчете наличными начинают придираться к купюрам долларов, рассматривали как под микроскопом, отбраковали несколько купюр, якобы «потертые», несколько испортили впечатление, так что если приезжаете с наличкой, берите только новые свеже-отпечатанные купюры:)

Facilities, room, view, staff all great

This was one of the finest hotels I have ever experienced. Everything, from the accommodations to the stay itself, was of the highest standard. I would not hesitate to say that Azerai operates at the level of Amanoi. If you are looking for a wonderful vacation, delicious food, a serene and pristine environment, and the chance to enjoy beautiful views of the sea and the hotel's own architecture, then Azerai is your choice. Julian Moore and his team are doing an outstanding job. Thank you!

Prachtig rustgevend resort. De kamers zijn heel comfortabel en mooi ingericht. Ontbijt is heerlijk. Massage in de spa was een ontspannende ervaring. Personeel is zeer service gericht en heel zorgzaam en vriendelijk. De manager Julian Moore is op een prettige manier aanwezig en je merkt dat zijn manier van leidinggeven doorwerkt in het hele service concept.

Absolut atemberaubende Anlage! Alles ist so stilvoll und wunderschön. Der Pool ist toll, das Personal ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Massagen im Spa sind die besten, die wir seit langem hatten! Das Essen ist köstlich! Wir waren 3 Nächte hier und das war viel zu kurz!

Der vom Hotel angebotene Transfer soll 3.900.000 Dong kosten. Über einen Kontakt in Saigon haben wir für die Fahrten (mit privatem Fahrer) jeweils nur 2.200.000 Dong gezahlt. Diesen doch sehr beachtlichen Unterschied im Preis finde ich nicht in Ordnung. Die Bungalows haben teilweise eine Zwischentür zur Unterkunft nebenan. Eine Nacht hatten wir leider sehr laute Nachbarn. Es ist dann u.U. etwas zu hellhörig.

Azerai Ke Ga Bay is, quite simply, a serene masterpiece. Architecturally minimalist yet aesthetically stunning, the resort evokes an effortless elegance. The quality of hospitality is exceptional—staff are warm, attentive, and display a level of service discipline that speaks of both training and heart. The food is outstanding, with every meal thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. The pool is a welcome luxury, and the entire property exudes peace. The beach itself is wide and endless—ideal for long contemplative walks. Head north and you’ll encounter a curious, humble local village; head south and you may walk for hours, uninterrupted, in pure solitude.

The sea can be a touch chilly, but this is a minor quibble in an otherwise flawless experience.

We fell in love with Azerai Ke Ga Bay the moment we arrived. This place is so beautiful. Delicate interiors and decorations, dreamy tropical surroundings. The lush green gardens, majestic old trees, and serene surroundings creates an atmosphere of deep relaxation. Breathhtaking ocean views, and stunning white sand beach. There are several stunning pools to choose from, we loved them so much. The food is another highlight: fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented every single time. A great gym well-equipped, with everything you need for a good workout, and the yoga shalas with with views to the ocean was so perfect. Every member of the staff was so smiling, Warm and attentive. So super amazing service. Azerai Ke Ga Bay exceeded all expectations – we would love to go back. I highly recommend Azerai Ke Ga Bay.

I like the pool villa since I want a private pool surrounded by a high wall so nobody can see us inside our villa. Not many resorts have covered villas; most are very open. Also love the design of the entire place, simple and pleasant to the eye. Food is great and very fresh.

The system for television is very outdated, no Netflix, no Browser, so I cannot watch anything with it. Many people don't watch regular channels anymore, so you should change/update your TV system to make it more friendly. Also, the fact that there is limited transportation around the resort is kinda bummer.

아주 오랜만에 재방문한 리조트였는데, 처음 방문했을때보다 전체적으로 리노베이션이 된듯한 느낌. 음식의 Quality가 첫방문때 수준보다는 약간 덜한 듯합니다. 투숙객이 생각보다 없어서 조용하게 휴식하기 좋습니다.

Stunning beach, spacious rooms, excellent service

Wow what a hotel. Located next to a lovely beach in a quiet location. We had a fantastic villa with its own plunge pool. The staff were amazing super friendly and helpful. This was the last hotel we stayed in our trip and it was the perfect place to unwind and relax. From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed everything was perfect. We were very sad to leave here.

A great place to relax for a few days at the end of a tour. The hotel is well located in a peaceful location on the beach with very chic architecture. The food was excellent with local and western choices. The staff provided friendly and attentive service.

Fantastic hotel set in lush, well kept tropical gardens with multiple swimming pools. Excellent, spacious room (we had no.38) and service was top notch. The pool by the beach was our favourite and great ocean view too. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice including local Vietnamese. We ate dinner in the restaurants both nights and tried the Vietnamese food which was good - suggest the hotel adds a few more local options for dinner too! Julian, the General Manager, gave us a very warm welcome and very friendly throughout our stay as were all staff. Definitely stay again!

The whole place is magical. It's so peaceful and relaxing. The food offering - breakfast, lunch and dinner - is superb and my gluten allergy was so carefully looked after. The team are so hard-working and warm and friendly and attentive. The setting is so beautiful. We spent 10 wonderful days there and have missed it so much. One of the best holidays I've ever had.

The staff in the restaurant is so rude.. I went in to watch afternoon tea, just to watch, not to eat, and received a very tactless answer from the staff, asking to change clothes to serve afternoon tea... so Azerai only serves customers who wear fancy clothes, not regular customers.. please everyone avoid this resort, don't go!!!!!!

We were lucky to stay here in a quiet period between Christmas and the Lunar New Year. We were greeted by the Aussie General Manager of the resort, Julian, on arrival. The resort in a beachfront location next to a fishing village. The resort is beautiful! We travelled with an adult daughter so had 2 very comfortable connecting villas. The spa treatments and food are excellent, as are the staff.

En deilig plass å slappe av i Vietnam. Veldig skjermet og privat, med gode fasiliteter og alltid god plass. Fire av fem stjerner siden badet hadde to sluk med problemer (badekar og dusj), som gjentok seg hele uken, fremfor å bli fikset skikkelig. De ansatte er flinke, men trenger litt mer opplæring, og det er ikke deres feil. Alle ansatte, fra gartnere til servitører er veldig høflige og serviceinnstilte. Utnytt mulighetene på plassen; gå langs stranden uten å bli plaget av andre, slapp av ved bassenget uten å bekymre deg for at noen har tatt solsengen din før frokost.

Very comfortable room & facilities. They gave me special birthday cake & offer cookies, snack all free. They offer me a room with a pool at back door (3 bungalows share 1 pool) great to enjoy like private pool villa.

The gyms small & breakfast/ dinner not as good as high level of 5 stars hotel.

Highly recommend this resort. Great food and service. Tranquil and quiet location. The room/villa is very well maintained, good water pressure, nice amenities, private and beautifully designed. General Manager Julian Moore is the best GM ever. He is always around to make sure everything is excellent.

A tranquil and quiet setting so spacious and a calm lovely ambience that surrounds the outdoor terraces and gardens.. so luxurious Love the tour to nearby Ke Ga Cape and Lighthouse, fishing village and dragonfruit farm… guided by ms Hang and also met the Dragronfruit farm owner mr Tuan.. so friendly and he treated me to dragonfruit and Vietnamese tea and loads of stories on his plantation.. The spa here is so good; love it.. tried the Azerai Wave Massage.. Love the beach, the rooms and food; excellent and so charming🥰

We had the most wonderful, memorial stay at the Azerai Ke Ga Bay. A beautiful resort that has a very calming feel. We stayed in pool villa 57, it was a spacious, bright room which was immaculate. We were very well looked after from start to finish by the really lovely attentive staff and the General Manager Julian. We loved all the food especially the fresh fish of the day, it was so delicious! The main large stunning swimming pool is right next to a long sandy beach with sensational views of the sea and Ke Ga. We would highly recommend Azerai Ke Ga Bay, it was truly lovely.

The hotel is very nice and has an amazing beach front pool. The staff are lovely and super helpful. The food is very nice and the manager makes everyone feel welcomed.

The location isn’t great, there is absolutely nothing to do. While the hotel is new and the rooms are very nice, when you look closer it looks like the building work was rushed and not done to high quality.

The property is beautiful if you just want to relax and do nothing. The layout and design is lovely. The food was nice but the menu is very limited and with no other options outside the hotel after 2 days felt needed more choice. The Vietnamese food is much better than the western options. Breakfast very nice and afternoon tea a nice touch.

However for kids very limited- the kids club is just a room with a few old toys in it and no staff in there. Some of the water sports equipment needs replacing such as the catamaran where the sail is ripped. Same with pool table- the ques all need new tips as old. Would be good to have some fixed activities at certain times that the kids could join even if it was just something like an organised beach volleyball game. However the karaoke from the village is very loud- the manager did offer to move us rooms which was appreciated but the layout of alternative room would not have suited our family. No options for other things to do close to the hotel so very much a place to stay put once arrive and therefore why hotel needs more variety re food and activities.

The room is very spacious, and the infinity swimming pool has one of the best view to the lighthouse. There were plenty of choices for breakfast. The staffs were very friendly and helpful.

This is my third time stayed in this lovely hotel. The first time was 11 yrs ago, and last time was 7 yrs ago. I came back because it was the most relaxing, quiet and beautiful resort in VN, and it’s still a lovely resort after these years. Some changed if compared to years ago, but the changes for better. I really missed and wishing the row of coconut trees along the beach in front of the hotel’s beach still there. I later learned that due to the storms hitting the beach badly and it knocked down all the coconut trees. I think, the management should bring back those trees. The staffs have new faces but all are wonderful. The foods are great. Julian Moore the new manager came around in the morning to say hello the guests was very nice gestures. The room is nice and spacious. The main swimming pool expanded in size, so it’s larger now. And few smaller swimming pools scattering around the resorts were still like brand new ! I will definitely be back whenever I’m in KeGa for sure.

A beautiful resort located on the beach with an infinity pool right on the beach. Lush green grounds and wonderful people. The rooms are light and spacious (ours had a private pool. Wonderful food in the restaurant and delightful staff, especially Tu, the restaurant manager.

Due to strong winds, we cut short our stay at the Six Senses Hotel Con Dao after just one night and, based on our positive experiences at the Azerai Can Tho Hotel, we booked the Azerai Ke Ga Bay, which belongs to the same group. Six nights in a pool villa cost us less than one night at the Six Senses. The resort is very spacious with a beautiful architecture. The pool villa is comfortable and well-appointed. Breakfast and dinner was excellent with a wide selection of local and international dished. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and are always going the extra mile. The various pools are generous in size. The beach is wide and relatively gently sloping, though not very well-maintained. We felt very comfortable during the six days and will be back when traveling again to Vietnam.

Everything was perfect. The personnel was very good, great hospitality like in Azerai La Residence. Very good.

The area around the hotel, especially the beach, is not very clean. This is very unfortunate, as it detracts from the great location. Also, there are hardly any other restaurants in the nearby village, so you are almost limited to eating in the hotel. However, this becomes very monotonous in the long run. But at least the hotel is trying to remedy this.

We have just returned from a blissful, 5 day break in Azerai Ke Ga Bay. We travelled as a family of 2 adults with 3 children (9 - 15 years old) and we were nervous before our arrival that the resort would not be family friendly - how wrong we were. Given its substantial size and variety of different areas, the resort caters well for both couples, and families alike, and we all had the most amazing time. We were equally worried that the kids would get bored, but no chance of that!! Whilst the surrounding areas are not very pretty, the resort itself is gorgeous and set on a beautiful view with never-ending views - once we had arrived and settled in, we did not leave the resort for the full 5 days of our stay, and nor did we feel the need to leave the resort - why would you when you are in such a beautiful environment!! The food is fantastic (albiet the menu is a little bit limited) and the staff were great and very accommodating. The resort has a new GM (Julian) who is extremely amiable and has some wonderful ideas for how to take Azerai Ke Ga Bay to the next level. Only 2 very minor points I would cite for improvement, but neither of which impacted our experience: 1. The turn-down service was not very professional / thorough. Literally just plonking a chocolate on your pillow and turning down your sheets (rather than giving the room a quick once over and dimming the lights etc.) 2. The resort could do a better job of advertising the facilities and experiences it offers it guests - there is a huge variety of water-sports available for example, but these are not obvious to guests. We only discovered these on our last day, by which time it was too late to take advantage of them. Otherwise, no complaints whatsoever! I would rate Azerai Ke Ga Bay on the same level as Aman / Six Senses / Four Seasons, but without the prices! We loved it and will definitely be back!

This 5 star resort has everything it promises. Fantastic location, weather the best. The staff was helpful beyond belief. Rooms including the bedding was as good as can be. Food some of the best on our trip. My favorite server was a young girl who was 4 months pregnant with a baby girl.

The staff was excellent! They were very professional and catered for all our needs, food was great and location is just stunning! We’ve seen quite some hotels and where some just say they are high-end this place really delivers. If you are considering going? Hesitate no longer, this is a great stay if you want to relax and enjoy the beach!
