Soggiorno davvero piacevole in una struttura bellissima e molto tranquilla. Camera spaziosa, bella piscina e ottima accoglienza. Un ringraziamento particolare al sig. Abdelghani per la sua gentilezza, disponibilità e per averci fatto sentire davvero benvenuti. Una bellissima esperienza alle porte del deserto.

Nous avons séjourné au Palais du Désert à Erfoud, à une période de l’année où les températures peuvent atteindre environ 45 °C. L’hôtel était presque désert, c’est le cas de le dire, puisque nous avons eu la chance de l’avoir quasiment pour nous seuls, hormis quelques motards arrivés dans la soirée. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons reçu un accueil particulièrement chaleureux de la part du directeur. Très présent et attentionné, il a immédiatement pris le temps de nous conseiller sur notre parcours et de veiller à notre bien-être tout au long du séjour. L’établissement compte environ 45 chambres, réparties dans de petits îlots, ce qui lui donne l’allure d’un grand cocon à l’architecture typique de la région. L’hôtel n’est pas récent, mais il bénéficie progressivement de travaux de rénovation, preuve que la direction reste attentive à son entretien et à son amélioration. La piscine, située au fond de l’établissement, est très agréable, entourée de jolis transats. Avec la chaleur intense, nous avons particulièrement apprécié de pouvoir nous y rafraîchir une bonne partie de la journée, même si l’eau était naturellement très chaude. Nous avons également déjeuné dans une jolie salle climatisée, ce qui était particulièrement appréciable. Le repas était très bon et le moment très agréable. Le dîner proposait des tarifs corrects, avec également une carte des vins disponible. Le petit déjeuner était quant à lui très copieux. En résumé, le Palais du Désert est une adresse typique, confortable et chaleureuse, avec une équipe attentive et un directeur particulièrement impliqué. Une belle étape à Erfoud que nous recommandons sans hésiter.

L'hôtel se situe aux abords de la ville d'Erfoud. Le personnel est très sympathique, souriant, et animé de la volonté de vous satisfaire pour vous faire passer un très bon séjour. Le parking est surveillé. Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien équipées et climatisées, dotées d'une très bonne literie. Le bar et le restaurant sont très agréables. Le petit-déjeûner est pantagruélique, vous en avez pour la journée! A noter: la piscine est très agréable, prenez vos maillots.

Lovely place to stay, there were all the comforts: restaurant, pool, a nice and clean room, parking!! The stuff was super kind, they waited for us longer than usual since we had a problem with our car! Recommended!

Peu de fréquentation, hôtel qui a besoin d'être modernisé et repas moyen pour un prix assez élevé.

Ontvangst door locatie manager was prima, overig personeel was niet echt toegankelijk. De locatie is op zich prima en ligt ook goed, net buiten het centrum. De kamer was prima, maar ook niet meer dan een hotelkamer; niet de kwaliteit die de uitstraling van het hele hotelcomplex doet verwachten. Het buitenterrein is ruim opgezet, schoon en goed onderhouden. De beide zwembaden liggen er mooi bij, hoewel de kussens op de ligbedden wel aan vervanging toe zijn.

Het hotel had heel weinig gasten, waardoor (vakantie)sfeer ontbrak. Het diner - wij waren de enigen - is matig en in dat kader relatief duur; het ontbijt was uitgebreid, maar niet bijzonder en ook hier waren wij natuurlijk één van de weinigen. De tweede avond bij Friends in Rissani gegeten, een aanrader! Verwacht geen luxe restaurant, Friends is super eenvoudig, authentiek Marokkaans, maar bijzonder toegankelijk en klantvriendelijk.

Goede service, Welkomst thee met koekjes. Luxe ruime kamers met een bad. Zwembad en een uitgebreid ontbijt met heerlijke koffie. Schoon en netjes. Aanrader!

Eine wunderschöne Anlage – nicht günstig, aber wirklich sehr schön. Wir haben ein Upgrade auf eine Suite bekommen, da wir die einzigen Gäste waren und das Zimmer war sehr, sehr groß und schön. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Eine riesige Auswahl mit frischem Obst, Kuchen, Croissants, Baguette, etc. – wirklich schön.

Tolle Anlage , komfortable und mit einem Serviceteam welches immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend ist, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Schöne Zimmer, eine gute Küche, welche sich um 2 Restaurants kümmert. Überragend Frühstücksbuffet. Und Platz zum sicheren parken für Auto und Motorrad

Quiet and away from the dusty downtown area. Beautiful pools, and lovely grounds, and the rooms are large and comfortable.

The shower and tub were not entirely successful as either a tub, or shower.

La quiétude de l'endroit. Une véritable Oasis au milieu du désert. Le personnel est charmant et à l'écoute. Le Directeur est aux petits soins pour ses résidents. Je recommande vivement ce petit coin de paradis digne des mille et une nuits.

Tout est juste parfait. Le personnel et Monsieur le Directeur sont très accueillants et sympathiques. Très réactifs à nos demandes. La suite est très propre. Au niveau du restaurant le buffet est exceptionnel, on s’est régalés. On recommande vivement le Palais du désert, l’hôtel est digne de son nom.

Mon séjour a été parfait, de l'accueil à la chambre, tout était impeccable. Accueil chaleureux, personnel était très attentionné et surtout l'accompagnement de Monsieur Abdelghani le directeur de l'hôtel. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

De rust! Let op. Wij waren wel in het laagseizoen (eind juli). We waren de enigste gasten en werden ook als een koninklijk gezin behandeld. Super mooie kamer met uitzicht op het kleinere zwembad. Een groene tuin met dadelpalmen en olijven. Portier bij de ingang 👍🏻.

Our travel firm, Desert Day Tours, recommended and planned a magnificent tour of Morocco, which included our stay at Palais du Désert a few days ago. Everything about the trip was flawless! Among the numerous excellent accommodations selected by the agency, this one really stood out for its allure, cosiness, and tranquil setting in the Sahara desert. Beautiful, roomy, and full of character, the palace is designed in the riad style. The service was first-rate and the staff was kind. The entire Desert Day Tours trip was amazing; it was meticulously planned, packed with unusual events, and exuded genuine Moroccan warmth. Every step of the way, we felt cared for. Both the tour and the stay at Palais du Désert are highly recommended!

Great hotel , staff were very kind and friendly . Specially Abdessamad in the restaurant. Drinks with alcohol are a little different at what we are used to.

The Manager Abdelghani confirmed our stay and welcomed us warmly. The property is lovely and the service terrific! Beautiful pool and landscaped grounds. Abdessamad was very professional in the restaurant and dining room. Wonderful manners and professional staff!

We visited during early July and there was no one else even on the property. Even though we were the only ones there, we were treated like royalty. The staff was very professional and kind.

all the staff were very friendly and helpful. 30 min after our booking, we got welcome message from the manager Mr. Abdelghani, who did welcome us personally and did try to organize dinner as we arrived around midnight. Breakfast is very good as the food in the hotel restaurant. Good internet connection We had junior suite, nice, clean and comfortable The hotel location is good, close to several nice places and about 1h drive to the Airport.

This is a surprisingly large Hotel in Erfoud… the design is Classical Arabic architecture which suits the area perfectly… it is an ideal place to relax and chill after a desert trip… the rooms are huge and very well arranged. It was very quiet throughout our stay, probably due to the season… The breakfast and dinner were excellent and some of the best food we have tasted in Morocco. A special thank you to Abdelghani( manager) and Abdu Samar ( waiter) who did everything possible to ensure we had a great experience

It was my birthday and the hotel staff was all wonderful in making my stay at this hotel very special. The room was very spacious and comfortable. It was nicely located just by the desert. We had dinner and the food was great, with a surprise birthday cake prepared for me, which was so heartwarming. I highly recommend this hotel.

Because there’s always wind blowing if we opened the window we had some sand coming in.

Incredible friendly and professional service from the manager Mr Abdelghani and his excellent team. We had a lovely stay here recuperating after a night in the desert. So nice to have an actual bath, not just a shower. A fabulous buffet for dinner with very courteous service from all the wait staff. The hotel itself is lovely, with good use of pretty lighting in the evening and nice plants.

The towel rail in the bathroom was loose and needs repair.

The room was a nice size and comfortable. The bathroom was nice as well and included amenities commensurate with a luxury hotel, including an actual bidet.

Aside from the room, there was a lot left to be desired for a luxury hotel stay. The staff were fine. The room was not made up during the day even after we hung the sign on the door for cleaning service and asked the front desk to have the room cleaned as we left for the day. Dinner and breakfast were not great and expensive. The restaurant manager was nice but bullied us into keeping an overpriced can of coke on the bill after we told him we didn't want it and didn't touch it during dinner because "the manager had left for the night". Upon checkout, the hotel manager presented me with the bill which included charges for the hotel and breakfast which had been prepaid through booking.com. When I mentioned that the room and breakfast had already been paid with the reservation, the manager insisted that booking provided them with the billing info but it hadn't been done so I had to show my statement to get him to remove the charges from the final bill.

The Hotel manager and all other employes made us feel very comfortable and at home. All wishes were fulfilled and the Hamam was incredibly relaxing. We will come again!

The hotel is amazing. Very beautiful, well decorated and easy to find. The room they gave us was more than we were expecting. The bathroom was great, clean and we slept very well. We ate dinner and breakfast, the food was very delicious and fresh! The best of the best was the service and staff of the hotel. All of them were very kind and helpful. A special thank you to Abdessamad who served us in the restaurant :) This is the place to go on your way to the Sahara desert, I recommend it to 100%

The staff were super nice and welcoming. The guide that took us to the Sahara was very friendly and explained to us everything we wanted to know. Everyone was super nice. Lots of options for breakfast if you eat dairy products. A bit harder as a vegan but still had options!
