I always love staying at this place. Always clean, nearby and staff always helpful. Mr. Sultan at the reception always greets us and ensure for our comfort stay. Good selection of nice breakfast including continental and Arabic. We would love to come back again soon.

الاستقبال سئ جدا بالاخص مسؤولة الاستقبال طلب غرفة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة فقط واحدة بالدور الاول هل يعقل الفندق لا يوجد به غرفة واحدة !!! الازعاج طول اليوم حتي الساعة 2 فجرا لم استطع النوم الافطار حسب الايميل المرسل 65 ريال بالفندق طلب 95 ريال الرد ان معلومات بوكينج قديمة لم تحدث !!! لا يوجد مصداقية لدي التطبيق والفندق

The furnitures, the cabinets of the kitchen and the bathrooms are very old, and need to be renewed

تخفيض بنسبة 50٪ على البوفية عند عرض بوفيه مفتوح خاص لمن يكونون يقيمون في الفندق

La proximité du haram , Personnel très agréable

J’ai voyagé seule ,et on m’a donné une chambre communicante où il y avait des gens très bruyants !! Ma seule condition était de ne pas avoir de bruit !!

المعاملة ممتازة من جميع العاملين في الفندق خاصة موظفة الاستقبال بشرى وموظف الاستعلامات محمد علي. نظافة الفندق عالية جدًا، الإقامة مريحة، كل شيء كان فوق التوقعات سيكون هو خيارنا الأول في المرات القادمة إن شاء الله.

I liked the proximity to the Masjid Nabwi. They provided joining rooms for my family and the staff were helpful.

There was building work going, which disrupted my sleep throught my time there...I didnt sleep once properly. The Hotel markets itself as 5 star...however the hotel is very outdated..with fixtures and fittings moving and electrical wires exposed. As the noise wasnt really something the hotel could control...the rooms state is something the hotel can control....will not be staying again, as for the money there is better hotels around.

الفندق متواضع مقارنة بالسعر حجزنا يومين بالإفطار ف العيد يوم العيد الفطار متنوع و جودة جيدة جدا تاني يوم بوفيه الفطار سئ جدا الطعام حار جدا كل الأطباق الأطفال ما عرفوا يأكلوا تقريبا صنفين او تلاتة لا اكثر رغم ان قيمة اليوم الأول و التأني نفس المبلغ اكتر من ألف ريال

اول شي موظفين الفندق متعاونين ومحترمين وخدومين واخصص بالشكر الاخ فراس والأخ محمد علي وكل البنات الموجودات فالاستقبال وخدمة تنظيف الغرف الاكل نظيف وجميل الغرفه كانت نظيفه جدااااا ومريحه ومافي اي ازعاج الفندق قريب جدااا من الحرم المكي شكرا جزيلا وان شاء الله ماراح تكون آخر مره دايما معاكم

قرب الفندق من الحرم المكي جميع الاحتياجات متواجدة بالساحه من محلات بيع السلع الثمر الاكل واهم شي عند اي زبون النظافه وموظفين المكان

النظافه مرتب الاستقبال رائعين العمال متعاونين

الافطار متنوع ولكن يحتاج لمزيد من التنوع بالذات الحلويات يعتبر بعيد عن الحرم خصوصا باب النساء يحتاج تمشي مسافه وتقطع سكة سيارات عشان توصل للحرم مواقف السيارات بفلوس ب50 ريال اليوم يفترض مجانيه للنزلاء

The rooms and suites desperately need updating as the furniture, decoration and the bathrooms are aged and not nice anymore, practically and astatically. Relatively expensive!

Unfortunately the toilets where smelling like sewers , and also there was construction and it was very noisy all day , and the carpet was not clean at all , it smells like cigarettes all though it's a non smoking area

Herşey mükemmel. Resepsiyondan kat görevlisine kadar herkes çok ilgili. Günlük gönderilen meyve tabakları çok nazikçe. Her gün odalar temizleniyor. Odalar çok geniş ve ferah yemekler lezzetli kahvaltı çok iyi ve lezzetli. Yataklar ve yastıklar çok ama çok rahat. Bütün yorgunluğunuzu alıyor. Diş temizleme banyo setleri sabun ve şampuanlar ve sayamadığım bir çok olanaklar bu otelde mevcut KESINLIKLE HERKESE TAVSIYE EDERIM ŞAHİD hanıma da özellikle çok teşekkür ederim Medine’den sonra Mekke’ye geçip uçağımız Medine’den olduğu için tekrar dönüş yapacağız bu sebepten fazla eşyalarımızı Mekke’ye götürüp getirmemek için 3 günlük emanete aldılar. Daha önce hiç görmediğim bir hizmet. Hamdolsun daha önce Medine’yi defalarca ziyarete geldim. Bu otel Medine’de kaldığım en iyi ilk iki otelden birisi.

Fiyat performans olarak biraz yüksek.

The place is amazing! Two minutes walk to Haram. The staff is what makes this place the best hotel in Madinah. Welcoming, helpful, easy check Inn, and staff at the restaurant excellent, house keeping wow. Finally the amazing breakfast and dinner with variety even though it's low season. This will be hotel of choice every time I come to madina.

I hated myself for staying only 2 night's because we had a booking for makkah next.

Absolutely perfect stay from start to finish. The hotel, the facilities, and the overall hospitality were exceptional nothing left to be desired. A special mention to Khadija and the reception team for their warm welcome and outstanding service. Their attentiveness made the experience truly memorable. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back!
