we had 4 rooms. in one of them the curtains did not cover the window, and we got up very early at sunrise - not as we planned. the check-in process was s-l-o-w, although we have pre-reserved all rooms, and at 1am (no one besides us), it took more than 30min to complete the payment itself and get the room keys. frustrating.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Great location. Was close to the event we went to. Staff where great, very welcoming. Our room was really nice but the bathroom was not properly cleaned. Found a pair of knickers on the bathroom door when we arrived. We were three in one room, I sleped out a camper bed that was not very comfterbale. We did enjoey our stay. It was exaclly what we needed for our one night stay.

השירות בקבלה, פקידה בשם לנה התקשרה לחדר וטלפונים שלנו כמה וכמה פעמים והעירה אותנו מהשינה ביום שישי בשעה 23 בלילה! כדי להסדיר את התשלום! אמרה שזה הזמן היחיד עכשיו כי היא יוצאת מהמשמרת. הגעתי לקבלה מהמיטה עם פיג׳מה ביום שישי בשעה 23 בלילה למרות שהיה חדר נוסף ששולם וגם סכום כל החדר הזה כולל אשראי לפיקדון! התנהל ויכוח מאוד לא נעים ולא עינייני בדלפק הקבלה באמצע הלילה, בלי שום היגיון או סיבה

Garbage truck, cleaning truck, etc. You need to do something about this because guests are going to stay in your hotel to have rest. 2. I cannot understand why in a hotel, the pool and the sauna are only open two days a week.

Reviewed May 10, 2026המלון עובד במתכונת מצומצמת בגלל התקופה והמצב. הרגשנו שמחה וגאוה לעזור לעסק מקומי בפרנסתו ושמחנו שהלכנו למקום פשוט וצנוע זה, ולא לאחד המלונות הגדולים והמפונפנים. אמנם שם אולי היינו מתארחים בנוחות טובה יותר, אבל מאוד שמחנו שהכסף שלנו הלך למלון ענבר
היה לנו קר בלילה והמזגן היה רק על קירור. הביאו לנו תנור קטן ודיי מצ'וקמק, אבל עשה את העבודה. המקלחת היתה מאוד פשוטה ובסיסית, אבל הכל היה נעים ונקי ולא הפריע לנו

Shower handle - cheap and awful. Very old closed (yet fully functional). Disposable cups - not nice at all. "yes" company's old system - not smart at all - in the TV. I hope they find resources to improve all of the above, soon.

ריח רע במלון, בריכה שעובדת רק בשישי שבת! וגם היא שונה מאד מהתמונות, יותר בריכה טיפולית מאשר בריכה של בית מלון. ארוחת בוקר עד תשע! כאילו אנחנו בטירונות בצבא ולא בחופשה.

לצערי בחדר לא ההיתה מכונת קפה אלא קומקום וכוסות קרטון עם שקיות קטנות של קפה, לקחתי חדר שהיה במחיר יקר יותר ולשתות ב2 כוסות קרטון, זה לא מתאים למלון , גם בחדר האוכל כוסות קרטון, בקשתי מהעובד שם ומצא לנו זוג ספלים ישנים.

Reviewed Oct 13, 2025מלון נחמד לטיולים באזור. ממוקם קרוב למרכז העיר. יש חנייה ללא עלות מול ( לא הופיע וחנינו פניו- חבל) הצוות היה מקסים. החדר נחמד. יש בריכה וחדר כושר.
החדר היה בסיסי, אין וילונות שעושים חושך בחדר ובבוקר אור חזק. המחיר יחסית לתמורה יקר מאוד.
