Ariha Hotel

The location was excellent for my meeting venue The breakfast wasn't bad

Would prefer they had bottled water

Parfait

Hotel propre Personnel gentil

In generale ci è piaciuto tutto.

Friendly staff, suitable parking, and well‑maintained and clean rooms.

Breakfast is very poor Nose in the first level

Nada

Near the Masjid so no excuse to miss Jamat prayers.

Noisy.not clean.uncomfortable beds.poor toilets and shower facilities.staff not welcoming.

J'ai aimé tout

J'apprécie tout

I stayed at this hotel only a couple of hours because my flight was going early morning next day and I drove from Nableus rented car and I wanted to relax before flying back home because my trip would take the whole day then so I wanted to relax before, of course. But even those short time I experienced the hotel as very nice, the room was comfortable. Hotel staff very nice and helpful. WiFi worked very good. And bathroom was good also.

Staff, cleanliness, location, price.

Some change needed in breakfast offerings every 2-3 days.

Nothing

Everything, it was the worse experience I have ever had

I was pleasantly surprised with the night staff . I got in at 3am didn't have dinar are me and my credit card wouldn't swipe. Evan then they discounted my room because it was a very short night for me. The place was very clean. Im a clean freak. The staff were over the top helpful all the way. I would recommend this to anyone. The HOTEL is centrally lo located and walking distance to many beautiful places. Great food just around the corner. Everything was convenient.

Pillows too high

Very clean place ,very helpful staff

Nothing

Ras

Posizione a metà strada fra il centro e aeroporto. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Camera senza pretese, colazione accettabile. Parcheggio sotterraneo all'hotel: perfetto!

Non ho particolari commenti da aggiungere.

L'accueil et le cadre

Rien du tout

the breakfast choices were appalling as business traveller.

it is very outdated and needs a major revamp.

I liked leaving

I didnt like the whole place no rooms available staff was rude i better not be charged.

Clean and nice bathroom. Breakfast was delicious too

Staff were great, very helpful, breakfast was good, location was near enough to eat and in a not too busy area. Parking was good, neighborhood was quiet. Came back to stay for a second night during our trip.

Room could do with some refurbishment.

Close to my place of work

G

It was full. They did not have my booking. So the manager walked me to another hotel.

very rude and unprofessional front desk staff, I'm referring to the lady wearing traditional headscarf (hijab). she is the rudest front desk I have ever seen in my life. and she is the regular staff here. I went to front desk to ask a very general and simple question about my reservation while she was on the phone. she saw me and she continued to chat on the phone. I waited for her for 3 minutes for her to hung up. she immediately showed me black face as if I was interrupting her chatting. no greeting or whatever. she literally just stared at me. I asked her 3 questions, in less than 1 min. then she went back to making calls, totally ignoring me, made me stand in front of her.. this is how they treat their guests. I have never seen such rude front desk in any hotel around the world.

The place is quite comfortable and clean, and the staff exceptionally kind

I apreciate the staff and how they work to keep tourists more comfortable, i also liked the food wich was in good quality.

Pleasant service. Nice view from the window. Strategically good location. Delicious breakfast. A good place to rest. Sincere recommendation.
