Die abgeschiedenen Lage, es war schwierig, wirklich Dinge zu unternehmen ohne Roller.

We loved our stay at Palm Galleria and hope to be back soon. The staff were lovely, the rooms are big and spacious and we loved the pool. We also really liked the area and the restaurants in that street. You shoudl know though that it isnt close to the other main tourist areas whic are about 15 min away. that was fine for us and actually what we were looking for.

Very peaceful when out of season. Close to good surfing beaches. Special mention to Tu who looked after us and was enjoyable to talk to during our stay . Room was both clean and comfortable

Die Unterkunft ist im Grünen gelegen und generell sehr ruhig. Man bekommt weder vom Personal, noch von anderen Gästen etwas mit. Man kann also problemlos auch mal ausschlafen.

Die Unterkunft ist etwas abgelegen und man kommt nur mit Taxi oder einem Roller irgendwo hin. Allerdings ist der Strand in Laufnähe, und ein kleiner Supermarkt ebenso. Da das Essen im Hotel lecker und preiswert ist muss man eigentlich auch gar nicht groß irgendwo hinfahren.

L.hotel est très bien.special pour tout le personnel qui est vraiment extraordinaire.

La chambre est grande, le lit est confortable, la piscine quand le toboggan glisse correctement, le petit déjeuner est super et la tranquillité du lieu. Le personnel a eu l'amabilité d'envoyer les affaires que nous avons oubliés à Bangkok.

Wir kommen jedes Jahr und sind sehr zufrieden. Man braucht allerdings einen Motorrroller oder ein Auto. Gibt es aber auch vor Ort zu leihen.

Wir waren schon mehrmals in diesem Hotel und kommen gerne immer wieder. Das Hotel liegt zentral zwischen zwei Stränden. Den Memories Beach kann man in zehn Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Dort kann man Baden, Surfen oder Beach-Volleyball spielen. An der Thai Memories Beach Bar bekommt man etwas zu trinken und zum Essen zu einem günstigen Preis. Bitte die Gezeiten beachten. Zum White Sande Beach gibt es einen täglichen Shuttle Service vom Hotel zur Coconut Beach Bar. Hier kann man Baden und den Tag genießen, oder einen langen Strandspaziergang machen. Am Strand entlang gibt es viele kleine Thai-Restaurants wo man eine Pause einlegen kann. Das Hotel hat einen großen Pool und einen gut gepflegten Tropischen Garten. Im Restaurant kann man gut und Preisgünstig essen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr und reichhaltig. Die Zimmer sind Standartmäßig eingerichtet und sauber. Der freundliche Room-Service kommt täglich. Wer gerne auswärts Essen gehen möchte findet in der Nähe des Hotels mehre Restaurants. Hier verbringt man einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub.

Roomy room, quiet, good aircon. Nice clean large pool. Breakfast is just okay - they have eggs if you ask.

The parking lot is a swamp in the rain. Not much to do around the immediate area.

Uncrowned, cheap and close to surfing beach and fishing harbour. Just a short drive away.

The property is old, it’s past it prime. But still very comfortable and clean.

I liked the layout of the hotel, everything was convienient . Loved the gardens so bright and fraigrent. It was nice and peaceful , no noisy road.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir waren das zweite Mal da. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam, besonders an der Rezeption, aber auch beim Frühstücksbuffet. Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Der Swimmingpool ist sehr groß und sehr gepflegt. Es gibt sogar einen Petanqueplatz, den wir täglich nutzten. Auch konnten wir Fahrräder umsonst ausleihen. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

The pool is beautiful and the surrounding greenery is really calming. The room is really big with a large balcony too. Great desk space.

Die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich unglaublich freundlich. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Am besten hat uns der kostenlose Shuttle Service zum Coconut Beach gefallen,der Traumstrand! Der Shuttle Bus Fahrer war einfach super!

Das Hotel liegt sehr weit von der Hauptstraße an der sich Restaurants und Supermärkte befinden. Hier wäre auch ein Shuttle service super,sonst ist man direkt 400THB in eine Richtung los.

Really spacious and comfortable rooms, that were clean and well maintained. The staff were welcoming, friendly and so helpful. The shuttle to the local beach was very handy. The pool area was great and the slide kept the children happy for hours! Food at the restaurant was really good and breakfast had enough choice.

Nothing to really fault about hotel but location does require transport to a nice beach etc. although a mini mart and some restaurants are close by.

Es war alles perfekt. Frühstück ausreichend an Poolbar gibt's gute Cocktails und kann für wenig Geld gut essen. Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Strand für ausgiebige Strandspaziergänge geeignet, zum relaxen weniger, es gibt keine Liegen. Wird aber täglich Shuttlebus angeboten für naheliegende Strände. Alles Top organisiert. Man kann sich auch Moped ausleihen und die herrliche Gegend erkunden. Wasserfälle, Markt, 7/11 etc alles in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Byliśmy już 3 raz w tym hotelu. Bardzo dobra i pomocna obsluga ,darmowy transport na plażę i powrót, dobre sniadania.

Obok hotelu Palm Galeria stoją ruiny chyba hotelu pamiętające tsunami. W kolo ruin jest stojaca woda i nieprzyjemny zapach.

Хорошее расположение, в шаговой доступности: магазин с нормальными ценами, пляж для встречи закатов (но не для купания), кафешки для ужина. На пляж для купания (coconut beach) есть трансфер или можно дойти пешком если стартовать до жары. Есть велосипеды, 3 часа бесплатно - велы так себе, но вполне достаточно чтобы сгонять до магазина побольше и закупиться винишком/обменять валюту. Мы были в семейном номере. Мебель немного уставшая, в ванной иногда докучал специфический запах. Из плюсов - прекрасный персонал, территория приятная, много птиц. В номере полноценный холодильник, современный тв с ютубом, каждый день убирают и дают воду (но зачем в стекле, хз 😁). Завтраки окей, голодными не останетесь, но высокой кухни не ждите. Бассейн, массаж, бар, весь стандартный набор есть. Пляж для купания (coconut beach) практически без волн, очень тёплая вода, умеренно людей, есть кафешки с приятными ценами и вкусной едой. Из минусов - на дне много ракушек/кораллов, особенно на отливе. На приливе вода может нормально так забирать часть пляжа, до лежаков) Было немного маленьких медуз, которые не жалились и не тревожили. П. С. Континент в основном пенсионеры из скандинавских стран плюс Германия/Франция. Из России было мало людей. Европенсионеры почему-то почти не купаются, просто на лежаках лежат и гуляют вдоль пляжа.

Ну разве что запах в ванной и воду можно в пластике давать - удобнее брать с собой на пляж

The apartments are located in a quiet resort decorated with tropical plants, featuring a swimming pool, restaurant, a small gym, and a room with a few massage beds. Nearby, there are several traditional taverns. The beach in the immediate vicinity is not equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers; however, free transport is provided to Coconut Beach, the best beach in the area. The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is good.

Unfortunately, the rooms require renovation, which does not appear to have been done for quite some time.

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir hatten ein Bienenproblem vor unserem Zimmer. Das Problem wurde sofort gelöst ohne Wartezeit. Sehr ruhig Lage.

Das Bad hätte etwas größer seinen können, war aber kein Problem.

Other reviews have suggested that the Palm is a bit rundown but while it does show a bit of age, we found it to be excellent. Our room was big, comfortable, quiet, and faced out on to a garden with flowers and a pond. The pool is spectacular - large and at a great temperature. The flowers created a pleasant scent every day. The breakfast was very good, with lots of options. There were 4 good local restaurants nearby, as well as a convenience store. There were beaches within walking distance, as well as a shuttle to white sand beach. This will be our base in Khao Lak going forward.

The location can be far out from town. There are taxis, free bicycles, motorbikes, and a shuttle bus, so transportation was available. But we were happy to just be in a pleasant area.

- nice big swimming pool - big rooms - nice that you can get bikes for free so you can bike to the nearby beaches - the location is quite far from everything still you have a couple of very good restaurants like a minute away

- breakfast could be better - location is quite isolated, so if youre looking for a more busy place this is not a place to go to

The breakfast selection was very limited. There was only one chef at the egg station, which forced everyone to stand and wait in line. There was no queue sheet or pre-order system in place; at one point, I counted eight people waiting at once. It felt like a poorly managed breakfast service. Fortunately, the chef was very lovely and friendly. Their great conversation really helped ease the tension of the long wait.

1. Breakfast Variety & Management: The breakfast selection was very limited. Specifically, the egg station was poorly managed; having only one chef for the entire dining room led to long, disorganized queues with no system for taking orders in advance. 2. Bathroom Condition: The bathrooms were outdated and, frankly, very dirty. This was a major disappointment regarding hygiene standards. 3. Resort Landscaping & Maintenance: The landscaping throughout the resort was overgrown and neglected. Upon arrival, the tall grass and unkept grounds made me ask my friend if the place was abandoned or even still in business. I only felt relieved after seeing a staff member, realizing I hadn’t been scammed into booking a closed resort. 4. Value for Money & Overall Experience: I paid 3,100 THB for the room, but the quality and experience were worth less than 1,000 THB. The only saving grace of this stay was the excellent service from the male restaurant staff who cleared our table and the helpful female receptionist at the front desk.

Dejligt sted skønt deluxe værelse med altan, rigtig god pool og bar, samt godt spisested i spise restaurationen . Personalet er mega søde og hjælpsomme. Vi strande her grundet krigen , skulle have fløjet med Qatar Airways den 5.3.26og fik mulighed for at være her længere til en meget fin pris. Manager Sam er super god og et venligt menneske og har et godt personale 🙏🪷

For meget rygning ved poolen hvor der også opholdt sig børn.

Personal ist freundlich und der Empfang war angenehm.

Leider handelt es sich um ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, das dringend einer Renovierung bedarf. Auch das Zimmerkonzept sollte überdacht werden. Ein Zimmer ohne adäquate Möglichkeit zur Unterbringung von Kleidung (es fehlt schlicht ein entsprechender Schrank) entspricht nicht mehr den heutigen (und vermutlich auch nicht den früheren) Ansprüchen von Reisenden, die mehr als nur eine Nacht in einem Hotel verbringen möchten. Zudem sind die Strände in unmittelbarer Nähe eher vermüllt als idyllisch und laden daher nicht wirklich zum Baden ein. Auch wenn das Hotel selbst daran wenig Anteil hat, mindert dies den Gesamteindruck der Umgebung. Wir sind bereits nach einer Nacht wieder abgerist und haben uns eine Alternative gesucht.

Fijn, redelijk kleinschalig verblijf vlakbij het strand. Kamer is heel fijn, met flink balkon. Het zwembad is heerlijk, op sommige momenten wel wat druk. Glijbaan dus ook gezinnen met kinderen :-). Ontbijtbuffet is goed met heerlijke vers bereide omeletjes! Gratis fietsen om naar de 7/11 of white sand beach (aanrader!!!) te fietsen (beide 10-15 min).

L'éloignement du centre : pas de navettes pour la ville. Grosse dépendance par rapport aux taxi à un prix au-dessus de la moyenne et pas de véhicule Grab disponible durant notre séjour.

Хороший отель. Не роскошный и уже не очень новый, но всё аккуратно, чисто, зелено. Бассейн, вкусный завтрак, отзывчивый персонал. Главный плюс - расположение: достаточно уединенное, но не пустынное место, пляжи рядом, людей не много. Рядом есть рестораны и кафе, хотя до центров общественной жизни нужно ехать.

Коктейли в баре оставляют желать лучшего. Зато дешевые!

Wir haben gute Tipps des Personals bekommen. Man kann Fahrräder für kurze Zeit gratis ausleihen.

Lage etwas abseits. Wir hatten gleich das erste Zimmer neben dem Reinigungsraum, wodurch es etwas lauter war. Da wir nur eine Nacht dort waren, war es ok.

Chambres très spacieuses, petits déjeuners copieux et la piscine parfaite.
