Ottimo servizio di cortesia. Menzione speciale per il ristorante che è sempre un punto fermo per la qualità del cibo oltre alla cortesia e professionalità del personale di sala.

Il rimpianto, ogni volte che soggiorno qui è che rimango troppo poco. Sono potuto restare una sola notte.

Pour nous c'était un point de chute après une étape de 800km. L'endroit étais bien situé. Pas trop loin de la sortie d'autoroute.

Pour le repas du soir peut mieux faire .j'avais choisi un suprême de poulet avec légumes grillé. Cela manquait d'une sauce. Dommage.

Mir wurde beim checkout 320Euro abgebucht mit begründung wegen Kaution. Heisst musste zweimal volle Preis zahlen. Die Dame an Reception war mega unfreundlich.

Mooi verzorgd hotel. We waren op doorreis en hebben er 1 overnachting gehad. Medewerkers waren zeer vriendelijk. Goed bed en badkamer. Ruime parkeerplaatsen. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Restautant was naar onze mening ‘n beetje prijzig maar wel lekker gegeten. Ontbijt was ook uitgebreid, al miste is er wel wat meer assortiment brood(jes). Maar dat is normaal in Italie

Weinig op aan te merken. De ligging was niet ideaal. Je moest de hele drukke stad door om er te komen.

O hotel é lindo, muito confortável e acolhedor. O nosso quarto era enorme, impecavelmente limpo, com uma cama muito grande e extremamente confortável. Votaremos com muito gosto!

Das Parken ist unkompliziert und das Hotel verfügt über eine gute Infrastruktur. Wenn man nicht will, muss man es nicht verlassen, um sich zu verköstigen oder zu vergnügen.

Das Personal war nicht freundlich. Die Behandlung an der Rezeption gleicht einem Besuch auf einer Behörde. Kein Lächeln. Ausweiskontrolle. Zimmerschlüssel. Fertig.

Das Frühstück war ok wir bekamen jeden Morgen unsere Spiegeleier die wir aber extra bestellen mussten sonst war die Auswahl gross genug, guter Kaffee, Lindt Schokolade für die Croissants lecker. Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr gross aber bequem. Die Lage war für uns perfekt Ausflugziele waren der Como See, Lago Maggiore und 3 Tage Monza Formel 1.

Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr sehr gut. Es hatte eine sehr grosse Auswahl. Schönes Hotel, tolles Gym, schöner Pool und riesiges Bett.

Die Zimmer sind ein bisschen alt, aber qualitativ hochwertig.

Komfortowe pokoje, czystość i bardzo wysoki poziom obsługi. Hotel nastawiony bardzo pozytywnie na klienta, pozwolono nam skorzystać z basenu po wymeldowaniu. Śniadania bardzo dobre i urozmaicone, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

Lokalizacja. Hotel położony trochę na uboczu. Na lotnisko dojazd komunikacją zajmuje około 1 godziny. Polecam przyjazd samochodem - bardzo duży parking przy hotelu.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend bei jeglichen Anliegen. Das Zimmer war sauber, hatte eine gute Größe für 2 Pers. + Hund und hatte genügend Stauraum. Das Essen (Frühstück in Buffetform und Abendessen aus der Karte) war sehr gut. Praktisch ist der günstige Getränke-/Snackautomat. Es gibt genug Parkplätze, teils kostenpflichtig.

Beim Frühstücksbuffet gibt es unglaublich gutes frisches Brot, was leider nicht mehr nachgefüllt wird, wenn man zu spät kommt. Frühstückszeit bis 9.30 Uhr ist etwas knapp bemessen. Eine Lüftung im Badezimmer wäre gut.

Pokoje bardzo duże przestronne w pokoju typu deluxe mieliśmy wannę i prysznic oraz mały Ane Kuchenny oczywiście bez wyposażenia. Śniadania były bardzo dobre Kawka była Pyszna tak jak świeże Crossanty. Basen posiadał bardzo różnorodne masażery oczywiście był czysty i zadbany. plusem jest siłownia dzięki której przez szybę można obserwować basen obok znajduje się również urządzenie do zimnej wody w której można korzystać oraz bardzo wygodną łazienka. Hotel posiada również trzy windy co jest bardzo wygodne jeśli akurat w hotelu przebywa więcej gości

Jedyny minus to brak naleśników do śniadania co dzieci oczywiście zawsze wybierają.

Das Zimmer war sauber und wir hatten einen schönen Balkon zur Poolseite. Sehr praktisch war der kostenlose Parkplatz. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und in Ordnung. Besonders gut hat uns das Abendessen à la carte geschmeckt – die Speisen waren sehr lecker.

Leider mussten wir beim Abendessen recht lange auf den Hauptgang warten und erhielten diesen erst gegen 21:00 Uhr, was für uns etwas spät war. Enttäuschend fanden wir zudem, dass an der Rezeption kein Deutsch gesprochen wurde. Aufgrund der Nähe zur Schweizer Grenze und bei einem 4-Sterne-Hotel hätten wir dies erwartet.

Il materasso troppo duro nonostante gli interventi per risolvere la situazione. Senza avere a disposizione dei topper o altre tipologie di materassi la situazione non poteva essere risolta. Il ristorante è aperto solo per la cena e il bar non supplisce adeguatamente alla mancanza del ristorante.

Servizio al ristorante. Posso capire che ci possano esserci dei disservizi, per esempio, lunga attesa tra una portata ed una altra senza comunicarci il motivo. Ho dovuto minacciare di lasciare il tavolo se non avessi ricevuto quello che avevo ordinato, sia io che mia moglie nei prossimi cinque minuti.

Lorsque j'ai réservé deux chambres de luxe je croyais que le petit déjeuner était compris, nous avons payé plus de 400 euros, j'ai remarqué sur le site Booking.com qu'il y avait toujours des chambres moins chères avec petit déjeuner compris le soir même de notre arrivée...

We waren hier voor een korte trip voor op door reis. We zijn hier 4 nachten geweest. Accomodatie is netjes en alles ruim. We hebben vanuit hier Comomeer en Lago Maggiore meer verkend met Vespa scooter. Vanaf hotel was 30 minuten wandelen naar station daar zijn we met de trein naar Milaan geweest.

Onze batterij van de kluis was leeg. Ze zouden de batterij komen vervangen maar die zelfde avond kwam er niemand. Een dag later ook nog gevraagd en helaas ook niemand geweest.

Die direkte Umgebung fanden wir nicht so ansprechend und fußläufig ist es zur Innenstadt doch recht weit. Besonders schade fanden wir allerdings das der Pool trotz hochsommerlicher Temperaturen noch nicht geöffnet war, da dieser der ausschlaggebende Grund für die Buchung dieses Hotels war (leider bei Buchung nicht ersichtlich oder übersehen)

The UNA Hotel is my go-to hotel whenever I travel to Varese for business, and for good reason. In my personal experience, the staff are always friendly and welcoming. There is ample parking available both in front of the hotel and in the underground garage. The location is particularly convenient for those arriving via Switzerland, with easy access from the main routes. The city center is within reasonable walking distance, making it ideal for an evening stroll after a long day at work. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection and has everything you need to start the day. The rooms are comfortable, well maintained, and the beds ensure a restful night's sleep. Overall, a reliable and highly recommended hotel for business travelers visiting the Varese area.

There are very few restaurants within close walking distance of the hotel. Some of the in-room technology can be a little unreliable. I have had to replace my room key on several occasions, even though I did not keep it near my mobile phone. In a few rooms, the air conditioning could not be adjusted by the guest, which was slightly inconvenient. And on a lighter note: the billiard table could use an upgrade. With pockets that small, potting a ball feels almost impossible! 😉

The bed is comfortable, the room is well designed. There is a lot of elevators, the staff is nice and smiling. There are a lot of parking spots near the entrance. The dinner was very delicious.

The swimming pool is too small, there were problems with the ceiling at the reception and there was a big hole in it that rain water came through.

Quiet hotel with comfortable rooms, very good breakfast, parking and outstanding service. We needed information and assistance from the reception on a few cases, some of which were a medical emergency, which were provided promptly, effectively, with great professionalism and genuine care. Mathias and Valentina in particular were extremely helpful and made us feel completely secure. This, combined with the comfort of our room, fully confirmed our choice to stay at this hotel. Additionally, the location is an excellent base for trips to Northern Italy and Switzerland.

Czas oczekiwania na posiłek, mało opcji wege na śniadanie - dodam że obiadokolację pycha. Do przystanku autobusowego w sumie nie daleko ale komunikacja w mieście nie najlepsza. Jeśli masz samochód to jest to świetna baza wypadowa nad jeziora. Woda w basenie bardzo zimna.

Fijn hotel met lekker zwembad en prima ontbijt. Kamers zijn prima en bed is hard, maar okay.

De lobby is beetje sfeerloos. De gratis parkeerplaats voor het hotel is snel vol en de beste optie is dan de betaalde parkeergarage die een beetje onveilig oogt (leeg, donker, regenplassen en bouwafval).

Modern, tágas szoba, fürdőszoba és erkély. Felszereltsége maximális kényelmet szolgál. Mélygarázs nagyon kényelmes és hasznos volt.

A reggeli választéka mindig ugyanaz volt és csak 9:30 óráig vehető igénybe az étteremben, utána 10:30-ig csak szobaszervíz lehetséges. A két kávégép kevésnek bizonyult, nagy volt a várakozási idő. A medencénél kevés a napozóágy és a medence is lehetne nagyobb.

Wir hatten ein sehr großes Zimmer mit viel Platz für 3 Personen. Der Pool war sauber und die Liegen waren im Schatten sowie Sonne nutzbar. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig.

Die Lage fanden wir nicht ganz optimal.

Oui bel établissement. Chambres spacieuses et très propres. Vue sur l’hippodrome.

Tout était bien. Beaucoup aimé le personnel du restaurant bien agréable et très professionnel un homme et une femme extra. Sourire et sens de l’humour et du service. Bravo à eux pour assurer à deux le service de toute la salle.

Accueil chaleureux et efficace, extrême propreté partout, climatisation réglée parfaitement (ni trop froid, ni trop chaud, c'est rare). Merci au barman très professionnel et sympathique. La piscine, simple mais tellement rafraîchissante. Les lits taille XXL !

A part l'emplacement un peu excentré mais nous le savions (accès à de nombreux arrêts de bus à moins de 10mn à pied), rien.

same breakfast for 8 days with very limited options to combine. only same scramble eggs, same type of standard cheese, same sweets, same 3 vegetables, same ... i missed some olives for example, some local cheese and pasteries - which are very good in Italy. 2 days in the row, no toillet paper refill - had to go to reception. they sent someone quickly, but first time the paper was low quality and smelly not at 4* level - mentioning this because we paid over 150 Euro / night .. and it is not normal.

Ci è piaciuto tutto, unica pecca che essendo ferragosto presenti troppi ospiti per il personale presente. E quindi spesso sia al bar che al ristorante si è percepita questa mancanza. Bravi comunque i ragazzi che anche sotto personale sono riusciti a far quadrare tutto.

L'Hotel è decisamente ottimo nel complesso.

Essedo arrivati da Roma in treno, ho chiesto il modo migliore per raggiungere l'hotel, mi è stato risposto il taxi. Assenti in stazione, ho chiamato il numero sul cartello, dopo tre quarti d'ora di inutile attesa ho chiesto di venirci a prendere pagando il servizio naturalmente. Ma l'hotel non ci ha dato nessuna assistenza. Abbiamo tentato con i mezzi pubblici mal consigliati e siamo arrivati ad un km di distanza dall'hotel, abbiamo proseguito a piedi con una temperatura di 38 gradi. L'hotel è in una posizione abbastanza isolata, mi sarei aspettato un servizio navetta per i clienti che vengono col treno, speie se è una famiglia con bambini e bagagli.

Apsolutno sve mi se svidjelo, naime bila sam u nekim hotelima s 5 zvjezdica koji nisu ni blizu ovome hotelu koji ima 4 zvjezdice, ali kao da ima 5.

Sehr gute Lage als Ausgangspunkt für die Fahrt an den Lago di Lugano oder Lago di Como oder Mailand. Liegt etwas abseits am Rand der Stadt an einer alten Pferderennbahn. War aber mal ne schöne neue Erfahrung. Im großen und ganzen sehr sauber.

Naja, das Frühstück hätte etwas besser sein können, aber es war grundsätzlich fast alles vorhanden. Am Anfang gab es noch richtiges Brot, den Rest der Woche nur noch Toastbrot oder kleine Mini Brötchen, Aber alles in allem ok. Ach....Frühstück nur bis 9:30! :) Parkplatz auch ausgelastet manche Tage!

Stanza spaziosa dotata di un bel balconcino. La piscina è quel di più che rende piacevole il soggiorno. Buono il panino da gustare in camera. La posizione dell'albergo è buona per chi come noi ama esplorare i dintorni. Si può raggiungere anche il centro con una passeggiata non troppo lunga.

Purtroppo in dieci giorni la stanza è stata spazzata un paio di volte, refill dei prodotti per il bagno non pervenuto. La responsabile delle stanze carina è gentile ma da parte di alcuni degli addetti alle pulizie e rifornimenti manca attenzione.

Excellent breakfast of which we initially thought we had to pay this as an extra (maybe we should have??) Clean rooms; Kids liked the swimming pool very much, although in reality it is really small... Possibility to dine in the hotel and go to the bar in the evening, although prices are "big hotel like". The airconditioning worked quite well, which was really nice as we were there in a very warm week. One really nice thing: There is a horse racing track (Ippodrome) just at the side of the hotel in which they hold races every Tuesday and Saturday night. My horse riding loving daughters really liked it, and you can even bet on the horses!

It is not a big issue...but the bottom of the pool is blueish white, and also the stairs, walls and some walls in the middle in the pool are white. I almost bruised my head while swimming because there was a white wall just below the water line in the middle of the pool! Maybe it's just me but it would be nice if this was indicated with a different colour...

Wir haben in dem Hotel auf der Heimreise zwischen Übernachtet. Auf den Fotos machte es einen guten Eindruck der auch bei der Ankunft nicht getäuscht wurde. Leider wurde meinem Wunsch nach einem Zimmer in der unteren Etage nicht nachgegangen was für mich schwierig war durch Höhenangst und Aufzug Phobie. Wir landeten im obersten Stock. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, groß,unglaublich sauber und wir hatten den Luxus von 2 Badezimmern.( Ob das notwendig ist oder nicht)der Balkon war toll wenn auch durch die Höhe nicht so nutzbar für mich. Freundliche Mitarbeiter bei der Ankunft sowie auch beim Frühstück das wirklich super ist. Es ist alles da was das Herz begehrt und sobald etwas leer wird wird sofort aufgefüllt. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Pool der einen guten Eindruck machte allerdings konnten wir ihn nicht mehr nutzen da er nur bis 20 Uhr geöffnet ist. Alles in allem ein schönes Hotel. Für eine Nacht war es in Ordnung für einen längeren Urlaub würde es für uns nicht in Frage kommen

Die Matratzen sind leider sehr hart und die Kissen ziemlich flach was den Liegekomfort für uns deutlich senkte. Allerdings muss man fairerweise sagen das die Gäste unterschiedlich sind und ein Hotel es nicht jedem Recht machen kann. Außerhalb auf dem Balkon war ein Technikraum haben wir gesehen. Leider hörte man ständig von dort aus ein surren das draußen Recht lästig war. Obwohl der Aufzug nicht neben unserem Zimmer lag konnten wir hören wenn dieser hoch und runter fuhr und das auch nachts mehrfach. Daher ziehe ich einen Punkt ab weil das schon sehr nervtötend war.

Reservamos um quarto com opção de cama de criança extra e recebemos um quarto normal sem a cama. Pois nossa filha teve que dormir no nosso meio. Para um hotel de 4 estrelas a comida podia ser bem melhor. Nao teve nada de 4 estrelas no jantar. As empregadas de mesa foram muito atenciosas com minha mulher que está gravida e tentaram arranjar soluçao para ela jantar algo. CERTAMENTE VOLTAREMOS UM DIA. NAO FOI MAU MAS TAMBÉM NAO FOI ESPECIAL

Der Oberkellner im Restaurant ist sehr arrogant und überhaupt nicht freundlich. Er fühlt sich als Chef über alle und behandelt seine Mitarbeiter nicht gut. Auch zu uns als Gast war er nicht freundlich.
