Het personeel is heel vriendelijk & de ligging is perfect.

De kwaliteit van het eten vonden we niet top, alsook de wachttijden voor een ei’tje bij het ontbijt waren enorm lang. De kamers zijn proper maar toch wel gedateerd.

Un soggiorno davvero incantevole. La vista sulle Langhe è meravigliosa e regala un’atmosfera di pace e tranquillità. La colazione è ottima, curata e preparata con attenzione, così come ogni dettaglio della struttura. La gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff rendono l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Un luogo speciale, dove ci si sente accolti e coccolati. Ci torneremmo con grande piacere!

The location is fantastic - incredible view. Facilities very good. But the staff are the real key. Nowadays it’s increasingly hard to find places where they do it all right and this is one.

Le restaurant Sunsi au top, cuisine et service, sans parler de la vue incroyable depuis la terrasse. Tout le personnel d'une grande gentillesse et toujours le sourire.

Piscine toujours fermée à 9h45 alors que les horaires l'indiquent ouverte depuis 8h. Manque un espace bar intérieur comme extérieur. Bâtiment et aménagement demanderaient un rafraîchissement pour ce tarif. Pas de piscine extérieure.

The room had a very strange smell! Like a horrible body odour smell! We asked the staff to spray some room fresheners and they did but the smell didn’t go away! I think this is just the general smell in the room they’re going for ! Very strange. They also tried to charge us extra by asking us to pay extra for using the spa facilities on the day of the checkout! As a 5* hotel their attitude was very cheap and not very generous

Posizione pazzesca, vista stupenda, giardino ben curato, nonostante l'erba sintetica forse non sia la soluzione più elegante. Camera spaziosa. Cena al bistrot buona, con personale davvero gentile Il personale in generale gentile e accogliente. Pulizia ottima. Buona la colazione.

In un hotel 5 stelle lusso, con un costo elevato le aspettative sono molto alte. Sicuro non ci si aspetta una camera senza la possibilità di aprire completamente la finestra. L'aperitivo che abbiamo richiesto in giardino, (pagato extra alla tariffa della camera) era davvero scarso, mi aspettavo un'offerta più ampia di patatine e taralli. Al secondo calice di vino non ci è stato portato nemmeno quello. La zona spa piccola, ma pulita e ordinata. Ma L'acqua della piscina era gelida, io non sono riuscita nemmeno ad immergermi. Mi aspettavo di più per una struttura di questo livello e per il prezzo pagato.

La spa e i servizi offerti sono all'altezza di un vero hotel 5 stelle lusso. Abbiamo cenato nel ristorante stellato: cucina eccellente e servizio impeccabile.

L'unica piccola pecca, se proprio vogliamo trovarne una, è che la piscina è al coperto. Durante la stagione estiva si sente un po' la mancanza di una piscina all'aperto, ma è davvero un dettaglio.

Posizione incantevole, servizi e gentilezza del personale.

Struttura molto valida, anche se il rapporto qualità/prezzo è a favore del prezzo: a parer mio, il paese dove è situata, la struttura stessa (design interno e, soprattutto, colori scelti per gli arredi!) e la capienza di piscina e giardino, sottodimensionate ad albergo full) non valgono la spesa.

The outdoor spaces and the views are exceptional. The pool and jacuzzi are great. And the staff and the service are wonderful. The breakfast spread and food in general is pretty delicious too.

We loved our stay, the rooms are spacious but somehow the interiors inside the hotel felt a little lacking. But I guess that’s a design choice. We would recommend staying in the hotel to friends in any case.

Фотографии при бронировании не соответствуют действительности. Ресепшен ответил, что номер который на фотографии сейчас занят. На завтраке мало еды, у фруктов множество мух, ингредиенты не пополняются, было много пустых блюдц, которые не пополнились даже к нашему уходу. Вопросы к подушкам, не очень хорошо спалось. Никто не помогал с вещами, не встречал когда мы приехали, холодное приветствие.

Il Boscareto is a beautiful resort located in the heart of Langhe, in Serralunga d’Alba. Stunning views of vineyards, towns, and, in the distance, the Alps. We had a junior suite - very roomy - with a spacious, two sink bathroom, shower and steam, and a huge private patio. Very nice, understated elegance. Excellent spa facility and restaurant. We had dinner twice at Il Sunsi Bistrot. They also served a very nice and full breakfast daily at the Bistrot. They also have a three star Michelin restaurant that we did not visit. Il Boscareto’s staff could not have possibly been more helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way to assure that our stay was excellent, particularly Eduardo in Il Sunsi Bistrot and Sara at the front desk. They went way beyond expectations to help us enjoy our stay at Il Boscareto. What a lovely, beautiful, and well run resort and spa!

La struttura si trova a Serra lunga che è una delle zone più importanti nella produzione di vino delle Langhe, e più precisamente a Boscareto( come il nome dell’hotel) questo permette di avere una vista fantastica sulle colline piemontesi. L’hotel è pulitissimo e gestito divinamente, lo staff è sempre sorridente e disponibile, avere il parcheggio sotto l’hotel rende la vista ancora più gradevole perché non si vedono mai auto nel paesaggio. Abbiamo avuto un upgrade gratuito appena arrivati e lo abbiamo gradito molto, la camera ( una junior suite con terrazza) aveva una vista bellissima sui vigneti, la camera è moderna e non manca nulla, vengono offerti una bottiglia di vino della loro cantina, e dolciumi della zona. Viene regala anche una bag per la spa. ( cambierei solo i prodotti del bagno perché a noi non ci sono piaciuti né profumazione né lo stile ma questo è soggettivo). I servizi in hotel sono infiniti, noi abbiamo usufruito della piscina e dei massaggi che sono fatti con professionalità e competenza( così rilassante che mi sono addormentato subito). Il bistrot presente ha piatti di qualità ma purtroppo il menù è limitato per noi vegetariani. E il ristorante tre stelle Michelin è gestito benissimo e lo chef Mammoliti è stato bravissimo a creare un menù degustazione vegetariano accurato e molto saporito. Mi ritengo molto soddisfatto e ci torneremo di sìcuro.

The price

Spa and restaurant were really amazing, and service was great too. And all the staff is super friendly to dogs, we even got some welcome cards and snack for the dogs and their own "cuccia" to sleep in.

The room. We were 3 people and 2 dogs, so we were given a room with 2 bathrooms, 1 double bed and 1 single bed, which is great, but our room had no option to open the windows and let air in, essential when the room is so crowded. And there was not a lot of light coming in and basically no view of the outside.

Siamo rimasti molto sorpresi che le camere non fossero insonorizzate. Purtroppo siamo stati svegliati bruscamente la mattina preso dal suono dei trattori che lavoravano nelle piante di vite che circondano tutto l’hotel, inoltre la nostra stanza si trovava proprio sopra al buffet della colazione e di conseguenza si sentivano anche rumori degli altri ospiti e dello staff… in particolare di un cameriere con la voce particolarmente alta. La piscina era bellissima ma l’acqua era troppo fredda per fare il bagno

Servizio impeccabile, location fantastica immersa nelle vigne, molto gradevole anche la Spa. Da fare assolutamente l’esperienza al ristorante Rei Natura di Chef Mammoliti, il vero plus del soggiorno

Arredi della camera non così moderni e che spesso presentano ammaccature o comunque dettagli di usura. Da un 5 stelle di questo livello mi aspetto che invece sia impeccabile

Aussergewöhnlich in jeglicher Hinsicht. Wunderschöne Lage, ausserordentlich freundliches Personal, sehr Hunde-freundlich! Das Essen im Bistro ist sehr gut und auch das Frühstückbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen wieder.

Mancava una piscina all’aperto e un campo da tennis

Perfekte Aussicht, Frühstück war sehr gut, Zimmer war top ( wir haben ein Upgrade erhalten, was wir sehr geschätzt haben) Die Wellnesszone war ebenfalls sehr schön. Unser Hund war sehr willkommen und durfte sogar mit ins Restaurant.

Schade ist, dass die Bar geschlossen war. Eine schöne Hotelbar mit Pianomusik gehört unserer Meinung nach im Luxussegment dazu.

Grande albergo con i servizi di una grande struttura. Pulizia top, stanza molto grande con una vetrata magnifica sulle colline. Una delle più belle spa che io abbia avuto il piacere di frequentare; bravissima Margherita che mi ha fatto uno splendido massaggio. Buona la colazione, un po’ caro il bistrot, soprattutto i vini.Tutto il personale molto gentile e sorridente
