Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Hola, casi no estuve en el hotel, por mis actividades laborales, pero cumplio la habitacion con mis necesidades, y realmente son hoteles que acostumbro en cada visita a Monterrey, ahora lamentablemente no pude desayunar en el hotel y no puedo dar una opinion.

El desayuno superó mis expectativas: variado, fresco y con opciones tanto tradicionales como saludables, ideal para comenzar el día con energía. El personal fue atento y siempre dispuesto a ofrecer un servicio cálido y eficiente. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, ya que se encuentra muy cerca del Estadio BBVA, lo que facilita el acceso a eventos deportivos y conciertos sin necesidad de largos traslados. Además, está conectado con avenidas principales, lo que permite moverse con comodidad hacia otras zonas de Monterrey.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026Me gusto la comodidad de las habitaciones, el desayuno muy completo y la alberca climatizada.
La atención de recepción al momento de la llegada me comentaron que el desayuno no estaba incluido, después revisaron y ya me dieron las indicaciones, luego me dieron una habitación que estaba ocupada por otro huésped, intente usar el teléfono del piso para avisar sin tener respuesta y nos toco regresar hasta recepción con las maletas desde el cuarto piso para decirme que se equivocaron en poner el número en la llave.

El clima de la habitación si funciona, pero cuando corta, hace un ruido super fuerte que si nos despertó varias veces durante la noche. Sería lo único a mejorar o arreglar

El trato del la recepcionista las preferencias que tienes con los clientes nos dijeron que no avía habitaciones disponibles que esperamos y llega otro persona y si le dieron habitación que porque eres cliente y yo era por primera ves y creo q está muy mal porque el dinero vale igual y no deberían hacer eso se vieron muy mal la la chica q estaba en recepción desde que llegamos estaba con mal genio nos quedamos porque ya estaba pagada sin nos hubiéramos ido la verdad mal servicio del personal

Reviewed Jan 15, 2025Every employee encounter we had was great and they were very helpful and respectful. The rooms were comfy, but there were a couple of cons with the room. The water pressure in the shower was not the best and the shower handle would come off every time we turned it on and the we couldn’t use the tv because the remote did not want to work. We could get it on (sometimes), but then the other buttons wouldn’t function or we couldn’t turn it off since it was a blank screen. But I think aside from the very few cons we will be staying here for our future MTY trips!

Reviewed Oct 27, 2024The property is in an ideal location for what we needed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and quite clean; I personally enjoyed the feather pillows for sleeping. The only thing that was lacking was the breakfast/breakfast service. You have to order off of a menu and the menu was ok-it just took a while to get our orders. The staff was not very attentive and the second day we were in a hurry as we needed to get the airport and my order came out wrong. My husband finished his breakfast and was waiting on me. When the order finally came out, the eggs were right, but part of the breakfast that was supposed to be on the plate was missing. We had to asked several times just to get a straw and some napkins and coffee. I will say that the food was served hot and wasn't bad-but we were counting on a hearty breakfast and felt a bit let down.

When we finally got to watch it, the streaming was wonky; the movie stopped and streamed every ten minutes. Very frustrating! Also, they promoted an indoor heated pool that was iced cold during our stay. The very reason I chose that hotel in the first place was because of the heated pool.
