We were gonna play ping-pong, but they charge to rent the ping-pong paddles. For what you’re paying a night I thought this was ridiculous. In addition, the washing machines for clothing didn’t have the automatic detergent filler like most other places in Japan. Our window was filthy. The air-conditioning did not work in the elevators. They were super hot.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026This hotel is located next to the lake and has great lake view from the room. In addition, they offer buffet with various local foods.
I stayed at 5th floor and has trees in front of the windows. Those trees made it difficult to enjoy the full view of the lake. There is nothing around the hotel. If you wanna enjoy exploring shops or restaurants around the hotel, this hotel might not be your choice.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026近くで満天の星空と雲海をみることができ、思わず声が出ました。途中野生の鹿やウサギもいました。 目の前が湖畔で朝ゆっくり散策できました。 朝食で牛乳の飲み比べがおもしろかった。レストランも解放感がありました。 部屋が広くゆっくりできました。 お風呂も気持ちよかった。 スタッフのかたが丁寧でした。
よる大浴場のボディソープがほぼ空。朝も空で夜間補充がされていないようでした。 浴場のトイルは水びだしで凄い気持ち悪かった。ウォーターサーバーがありましたが使用後のカップがゴミ箱からあふれていました。こまめにお掃除がはいると気持ちよく使えるかとおもいました。

Apart from the lake there is nothing nearby - no shops, restaurants or activities. The rooms are dated and not particularly comfortable. Hotel restaurant was too expensive to use - we didn’t want a big buffet, but that was the only option.

נראה לי שזה המלון היחיד באזור. עדיף לדאוג לאוכל לארוחת ערב. אין מסעדות פתוחות בשעות הערב והעלות שהארוחה במלון מאוד יקרה.

Das Personal war unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit. Man muss sein Gepäck selbst auf seine Zimmer bringen. Der Minimarkt im Gebäude ist veraltet und verkauft keinerlei frische Produkte, die Bäckerei ist geschlossen und es gibt nur eine Mirkowelle für alle Gäste im Haus. Der Onsen war nur ein sento weil die Leitung angeblich beschädigt war. Wir würden erst kurz vorher sauber informiert. In den Zimmern war es nicht sauber, der Teppich hatte Flecken und die Betten waren durchgelegen. Für den gaming Bereich muss man teuer Tischtennisschläger ausleihen und die Automaten sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen z.B. Mario Kart von der N64. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen sind sehr teuer dafür, dass man an den Ort gebunden ist. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist 20min entfernt.

Le buffet n'est pas terrible, surtout le soir, c'est très cher pour la qualité et le choix. Le petit déjeuner est moyen (buffet).

No welcome drink in the fridge. Something I had hoped in view of its grand design. The Onsen was rather ordinary.
