Das reichhaltige Frühstück ist unglaublich vielfältig und sehr lecker! Es fehlt an nichts.

Einige bauliche Details waren mängelhaft. Bei uns klemmte die Badezimmer Tür, die Balkontür. Schade für diesen doch so hohen Preis. Dies würde ich ansonsten nicht erwähnen, da ich dies in den südlichen Ländern gewohnt bin.

O pessoal extremamente simpático, educado e sempre muito prestável. O Hotel proporciona todas as comodidades aos clientes e dificilmente se pode exigir mais. A limpeza de todas as partes do hotel é de salientar pela positiva.

Maginifique hôtel. Notre fille de 4 ans a adoré et c'est beaucoup amusée. La qualité du service est digne d'un 5 étoiles, nous reviendrons.

Das Hotel ist einmalig! So ein freundlicher Empfang, sei es bei Ankuft, beim Frühstück oder am Strand bei der Handtuchausgabe, einfach ALLE sind darauf bedacht, einem einen schönen Tag zu bereiten. Die Zimmer sind top, es fehlt an nichts. Am Strand gibt es Liegen, Handtücher und ein kleines Wasser pro Person

Das Frühstück ist überragend gut! Das Personal ist grösstenteils überdurchschnittlich freundlich. Man fühlt sich sehr sehr wohl. Der Kids Club ist toll, vor allem die Herzlichkeit der Mitarbeiterinnen und das Angebot: es wird Kreatives angeboten und es ist alles so entspannt gewesen. Zum Strand gibt es einen Shuttle (Beach Tuk Tuk). Dieser Service macht einen großen Unterschied, da das Hotel nicht direkt am Meer liegt. Man kann einen schönen Spaziergang zum Strand machen. Oder eben das Tuk Tuk nehmen :-) so cool! Die Damen, die das Zimmer sauber machen, erledigen einen super Job! Die Anlage ist sehr schön grün!

Für uns persönlich stimmte das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis im Restaurant nicht. Geschmäcker sind aber bekanntlich verschieden :-) Teilweise Baulärm, es wird drumherum viel neu errichtet.

I think everything was done to try and make everyone comfortable As an English person I sometimes found the menu difficult to navigate although the waiters tried but that may have been just me

We had an amazing stay at Octant Praia Verde. The meals, location of the property, cleanliness, service and friendliness of the staff was all superb. A special thank you to Flavio, Susana and Sofia for their kindness and amazing hospitality at the bar and the breakfast area. We’ll be back for sure!

Octant Praia Verde excels in customer experience, all of the staff are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble, the hotel is very modern and comfortable, the food was excellent. We’re looking forward to the new rooms opening for a return trip.

The pool was always full of children and difficult for adults to use for a decent swim, we understand there will be an adult’s only pool in the new extension.

Pequeno almoço bastante completo, o Restaurante à Terra muito bom, o restaurante da piscina é bom mas tem poucas opções. A localização para o pessoal que vem do Norte é um bocado longe, mas o ambiente de lá é incrivel.

O hotel no Geral é Bastante bom, mas penso que para o tipo de Hotel que é, a Piscina é um pouco pequena.

Absolutely fantastic experience! We were so happy to spend these vacations with Octant. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, the arranged experiences were excellent (special thanks to Vita Natura association that supported our birdwatching and did a chameleon walk with us). The quality of service was simply magnificent: all the details were taken care of, the facilities were clean and comfortable, and the restraurant even provided me with a birthday cake. The beach area was clean, not crowded, with comfortable sunbeds -- I wholeheartedly would come again and recommend anyone to stay here.

The hotel is beautifully designed inside and out, and set amongst pine trees. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, the women at the kid's club are lovely and my children wanted to go there all the time (you don't have to book which is great), and it's a nice walk to the beach down a path by a stream (but they offer tuk tuk rides if you prefer). The Eastern Algarve is unspoilt and absolutely beautiful.

The family rooms have a sofa bed for the kids which isn't comfortable and if they were any older it wouldn't have been an option. Understandably, due to all the greenery in the outside spaces, the mosquitos are bad and we were bitten a lot every night. The mosquitos there don't buzz so we couldn't find them and our repellant had no effect. The staff said they are much worse in the summer months. The food and drink prices in the hotel are absurd - 13 euros for an ice lolly says it all. They also add a 23 euro charge for room service which I have never known a hotel to do before. The meal times were tricky for me with two young children as lunch ends at 5:30 and dinner starts at 7pm, and our normal dinner time is between these times.

Pequeno almoço excecional. Tive pena de não poder ficar mais tempo, para provar um pouco de tudo. Eu, que nem sou propriamente apreciadora de bolos, não resisti a provar um bolo caseiro que me fez lembrar os que a minha mãe fazia. A simpatia de toda a equipa, de todos os funcionários, todos sem exceção. Senti-me tratada como uma princesa. O miminho no quarto no dia do nosso aniversário de casamento. A surpresa que fizeram ao meu marido, com um pequenino bolo no dia do seu aniversário.

Personeel van zowel receptie als restaurants als kidsclub super aardig en attent! Overal wordt aan gedacht en meer. Allerlei extra’s die je zelf niet eens had kunnen bedenken maar je verblijf net even dat extra geven, zeker ook voor de kindjes. Fantastische plek om te verblijven met kids, zonder dat het een typisch ‘kids-hotel’ wordt. Ons zoontje was niet weg te slaan uit de kids club terwijl hij daar normaal gesproken niet zo van houdt of er niet naar toe durft. Ook zonder kinderen een prachtige plek. Goed restaurant, alles mooi, netjes en verzorgd. Alle benodigde voorzieningen aanwezig.

Kleine details: bed iets te hard naar onze smaak en we waren iets minder enthousiast over het aanbod van eten bij het restaurant bij het zwembad. Ook zou een verwarmd zwembad ideaal.

The hotel was great but the difference was made by the staff! They are helpful, polite and discreet. Breakfast was brilliant and the restaurant had a great variety of fish and meat dishes. All following the Portuguese tradition with the chef’s twist. The hotel is walking distance from the beach.

The fact that we could not stay longer

Absolutely beautiful hotel with very nice rooms. Amazing location. Lovely staff. Close to the stunning beach. We loved everything about this hotel and plan to return.

Staff were excellent and so kind to our kids, they really went all out for the kids. Lots of added extras that made the stay great- evening drinks and stories for the kids for example. Kids club activities were fun and the kids loved them.

Kids club rooms/areas could do with an upgrade to encourage kids to enjoy without the activities. Pool area was so nice but water very cold for off season. More casual area for lunch/kid type food would be a great addition

We’ve stayed at this hotel a few times but this was our first stay since it became Octant. It continues to be one of our favorite places for relaxation in a high quality environment. Everyone is extremely kind and friendly. Highly recommend.

We really loved everything. We would just love for the pool to be heated although we understand the addition, currently underway, will include a heated indoor pool, which will give guests an additional pool choice.

Unglaublich freundliches Service, diesen Level haben wir noch nirgendwo erlebt; hervorragende und geschmacklich mutige Küche mit klaren portugiesischen Wurzeln; Zimmer gut schallisoliert; toller Ausblick aufs Meer (3. Etage)

Die Speisen werden oft lauwarm/kalt serviert - das ist schade bei der Qualität des Essens und könnte schnell und einfach verbessert werden (vorgewärmte Teller und funktionsfähige Wärmebrücken); hier muss man sich auf viele Kinder einstellen - wir waren mehrere Tage das einzige Paar im Restaurant; im hinteren Teil des Restaurants ist es wirklich kalt (wir waren in Dezember da).

The attention to clients was exceptional, from the very first minute until we left the property. the staff that deserve a special mention for going above and beyond, is Eugenio and Yolanda, congratulations to the Octant group on such magnificent staff. We will definitely return soon! The restaurant food is also exceptional, breakfast, lunch and dinner - neither one dissapointed!

Das Frühstück war ausgesprochen gut und vielfältig. Für uns war es sehr wichtig ein Buffett zu haben.

TOP Pinien Hotel - wir kommen wieder. Vor allem, weil wir en Apt/Studio mit Kochnische hatten
