Right on the beach, lovely staff from front desk to the ladies in the spa - very attentive. it is in a good location, with 7/11 nearby and many restaurant options. The room was great value, the property was quiet. Food did not take too long when ordered and the breakfast buffet was adequate.

Some requests for bedding and housekeeping were not as followed and had to be chased on a few occasions but nothing major.

Hay algunos detalles en los que se nota falta de inversión en el hotel. Fue un hotel excelente hace unos años pero se ve que ahora ya no es de esa categoría. Aún así la relación calidad precio es muy buena y la situación si no quieres estar en el barullo de Koh Samui es excelente

Liked the layout of the villa, the beachfront access, the cooking class we attended, the fire show on Thursday.

The staff especially the receptionist (girl) was not helpful, the restaurant staff are trying their best but are very disorganized, scattered and you need to keep reminding them of your order. A lot of false advertising. Spa staff are not available at any time you need to inform them at least an hour before and they don’t have the entire menu of services they can only do the aroma massage. They advertised kids club and activities but there is no one there, you can use the room but there are no planned activities I told them you have advertised on the website they checked and came back confirming they don’t do any activities. And the most disappointing was when we checked out they kept us waiting to check for a missing slipper, I informed them that room service took it last night and didn’t replace them, still kept on searching, and then found it and said it’s all ok now you can go. We have paid 100k baht during our stay, keeping us waiting for a missed slipper was a very cheap move. And in terms of facilities what you see in the pictures is what you get, it’s a small boutique hotel the shared pool is small, the private pool in our villa was too cold and dirty we couldn’t use it.

Le confort de l hôtel (plage, piscine, bar, salle de sport…), l emplacement (plage superbe et calme), le personnel très agréable et aux petits soins, service de ménage exceptionnel. Notre chambre vue sur mer était magnifique, grande et la literie de très bonne qualité. Le petit dej est très bien (à la carte en plus du buffet). L hôtel est à échelle humaine. À scooter tout reste à proximité (location juste en face). Service jusque l aéroport.

Sehr schickes Resort. Wir hatten eine Pool-Suite, die sehr geräumig war. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und die Zimmer sehr sauber. Das gesamte Personal hat eine Auszeichnung verdient…Super!!!

Es gab nichts auszusetzen. Es ist etwas abgelegen, aber das wussten wir schon bei der Buchung.

Peaceful location, lovely staff, great room size, easy travel to Bophut especially if you rent a car. Pool lovely - I came with my 10 and 12 year old.

I’m allergic to gluten and there were very limited options food wise but it was ok - I was able to eat !

Beachfront, quiet and calm.

The SEVERE lack of attention to detail. No phone in room 2051 yet a memo detailing resort facilities and instructions for guests to call numbers for various services etc - exactly how does one to make that call without a phone, I know no sorcery like that??? Our room 2051 cones with a private pool, yet for a full week they continuously neglect to provide pool towels. It seems they simply cannot comprehend the notion that pool towels and bath towels ought to be separately provided. Room’s coffee machine and kettle can hardly be used because there was no sockets near where they were placed, so you either haul those two appliances across to share the television’s socket, or bring them into the bathroom for the socket. Way to make coffee in the bathroom woohoo!!!! Bed mattress felt saggy, old, and already had permanent impressions / craters under the weight of god know how many guests slept before us. Partner and I woke up to sore backs and necks for a week. It’s honestly not a 5 star resort, tor at least room 2051 is certainly not five stars. Terribly disappointing.

This beachfront property is what dreams are made of. The staff is phenomenal, the rooms were spacious, and the food onsite was delicious!

That we couldn’t stay longer… no fault of theirs, of course, we just should have planned ahead better to enjoy more time there.

Ich hab mich vor der Reise kurz von den negativen Bewertung auf Booking beeinflussen lassen und bin doch mit ein bisschen „Angst“ im Hotel angekommen. Wie sich nach kürzester Zeit herausstellte - völlig unbegründet! Der Eingangsbereich des Hotels ist wunderschön, offen und dürfte neu renoviert worden sein. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist einfach hervorragend und äußerst lieb. Man wird stets mit einem Lächeln begrüßt. Auch vom Security, welcher jede Nacht im Hotel herumschwirrt!! Das Personal im Restaurant ist sehr herzlich und wirklich bemüht. Hier möchte ich vor allem Chai und Mahel erwähnen! Wenn Sie die Beiden kennenlernen werden sie wissen was ich meine. Sie sind unglaublich interessiert an ihren Gästen und versuchen - ohne zu übertreiben - jeden Wunsch von den Augen abzulesen. Chai hat meinem Mann täglich Tipps gegeben um welche Uhrzeit und an welchem Standort er fischen soll (mein Mann ist leidenschaftlicher Fischer und hatte sogar seine Reise-Angel im Urlaub mit 😄) Er beobachtete ihn fast täglich beim Fischen und freute sich mit ihm über jeden Fang! In der Früh wenn ich zum Frühstück kam stand Mahel schon bei der Kaffeemaschine und bereitete mir/uns einen hervorragenden Kaffee vor. Ich musste nichts sagen, nein, diese Frau macht das, weil sie es liebt für ihre Gäste da zu sein! Das Frühstück ist mehr als ausreichend! Spiegelei, Rührei etc. wird auf Bestellung frisch zubereitet, frisches Obst, Joghurt usw. (Auch Wurst - welche man jedoch nicht mit einem europäischen Standard vergleichen sollte) Wir hatten für unseren zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt ein Zimmer mit Pool. Unser Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und es gab frische Handtücher. Der Strand beim Hotel ist wunderschön, äußerst ruhig und man konnte jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Ja, das Hotel ist nicht mitten auf einer Einkaufsstraße und der nächste Supermarkt ist doch einige Gehminuten entfernt - falls man sich kein Moped oder Auto mieten möchte. Für uns war die Lage also perfekt.

Das unsere Bettwäsche in den 2 Wochen Aufenthalt nicht gewechselt wurde. Man benutzt täglich Bodylotion/Aftersun weshalb es toll wäre nach mindestens 5-7 Tage die Bettwäsche zu tauschen.

The beachfront location on Bang Po was beautiful and very peaceful, with lovely sea views and great sunsets. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The pool and beachfront area were great places to relax, and overall it had a calm, laid-back atmosphere that made it easy to unwind.

While the hotel is listed as a 5-star property, it felt closer to a very good 4-star experience in terms of facilities and overall finish. Everything was good, but it didn’t quite have the luxury feel you might expect from a true 5-star resort. The area is also quite quiet, so you may need transport if you want more dining or nightlife options.

We had a wonderful stay with our baby. The staff was incredible. Every single staff member were like family to us, and it broke our hearts when we had to say goodbye after our stay. The area is quiet with a few local restaurants and an incredible cafe (88 artisan bread) close by. Every day started walking out of the breakfast just a few steps down to the beach and five minutes walk to the nearest cafe. Just an incredible experience! The staff went above and beyond in making sure we had everything we needed, they even gave us toys! They also have a nice air conditionined playroom which our baby loved. The breakfast and restaurant is less than 10 meters from the beach and it was a magical experience to eat listening to the calm waves. The hotel has a driver which could take us to various destinations. They even had an infant car seat which was great.

We could hear some noise from the road from our room, but it wasn't a problem for sleeping. The rest of the hotel area was quiet and we could not hear any noise.

Tolle kleine Anlage (genau was wir wollen) mit super freundlichem Personal und einen tollen Frühstücksbereich im Freien, der den täglichen Blick aufs Meer einfach nur geniesen lässt. Die Anlage als auch die Zimmer werden täglich sauber gehalten und alle Mitarbeiter:innen sind stets bemüht ihr Bestes zu geben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Leider hatten wir in unserer Deluxe Suite immer wieder mit unangenehmen Abfluss gerüchen zu kämpfen, die zwar schnell immer wieder behandelt wurden, eine entgültige Lösung war aber leider nicht dabei. Generell ist die Anlage leider bereits in die Jahre gekommen, das sich immer wieder an verschiedenen Stellen bemerkbar macht.

Wir haben uns insgesamt leider nicht sehr wohlgefühlt und waren mit unserem Aufenthalt nicht wirklich zufrieden. Die Zimmer wurden nicht gründlich gereinigt. Die Mülleimer wurden teilweise nicht geleert und einmal fehlten sogar frische Handtücher. Zudem war der Duschvorhang viel zu kurz, sodass beim Duschen regelmäßig das komplette Badezimmer unter Wasser stand. Auch Hausschuhe oder eine Strandtasche, wie man es in dieser Kategorie erwarten würde, haben wir nicht erhalten. Die Ausstattung ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Die Fernseher sollten dringend gegen moderne Smart-TVs ausgetauscht werden. Ohne thailändische Sprachkenntnisse ist das Fernsehangebot praktisch nicht nutzbar. Am Pool wurde nicht darauf geachtet, dass Liegen mit Handtüchern dauerhaft reserviert wurden, was sehr störend war. Das Frühstück war leider nichts Besonderes, sehr eintönig und zudem war das Geschirr teilweise nicht sauber. Die Lage ist ebenfalls eher ungünstig, wenn man keinen Roller oder Mietwagen hat. Man muss recht weit laufen, um in die Stadt oder zu Restaurants zu gelangen. Auch das Internet funktionierte nicht zuverlässig. Wir mussten zwei bis drei Tage warten, bis wir ein mobiles WiFi-Pocket erhalten haben. Insgesamt entspricht das Hotel leider nicht unseren Erwartungen.

Restaurant verhältnismäßig teuer Zimmer sehr hellhörig! Ein unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter im Restaurant hat neben den Preisen dazu beigetragen dass wir dort nicht gerne gegessen haben. Ziemlich abgeschieden von Restaurants.und 7-11 Beide Schlafzimmer konnten leider nicht richtig abgedunkelt werden! Es gibt einen Fitnessraum in dem sich jedoch maximal 2 Personen aufhalten können.

Jestli někdo napsal tomuto hotelu negativní recenzi, udělal to jistě proto, aby utajil tenhle ráj na Ko Samui. Nádherný resort, s úžasnou obsluhou, a výbornými průběžnými akcemi jako jsou lekce vaření, happy hour, Christmas dinner atd. Nelze popsat způsob jak se personál o vás stará. Všichni jsou úžasní jako jsou A, AA, Sak, Ja, Filmmy, Om a další… Součástí resortu je úžasná restaurace a spa Vara, kde vám poskytnou super služby masáží, kosmetiky apod. zejména pro ženy. Ceny pro turistu nejsou vysoké. Jedná se 5* resort, který splňuje svou kvalitu. Osobně celá rodina dáváme 10 plus a výše❤️

L’emplacement est exceptionnel, et l’équipe sur place, d’une gentillesse rare. Notre villa était tout simplement parfaite : elle répondait à toutes nos attentes pour une semaine de détente. Les petits déjeuners, variés et généreux, ont été un vrai plaisir chaque matin. Un conseil : ne manquez pas le tour en kayak au coucher de soleil, c’est magique ! Enfin, le spa et les massages nous ont offert une relaxation totale. Une adresse à recommander sans hésitation !

Seul petit conseil pour rendre l’expérience encore plus mémorable : proposer davantage de plats thaïs à la carte du restaurant pour compléter l'offre :)

Nice beach and very quiet area. Food was great in the restaurant. The hotel is quite old and the wear and tear is visable. I guess this was a prime hotel 10 years ago.

Breakfast. We had sewage coming up in our toilet... one of the rooms smelled mold.

Everything is perfect, - staff are very kind - joy welcoming - give cold tawel and welcome juice - one free transportation - house keeping & room service very good - there is activity in the resort - quite place for chilling - location direct on the beach - very clean place

Geweldig resort wat niet super groot is maar met een lekker zwembad en direct aan het strand. De familie kamer is echt geweldig, kinderen hadden zo hun eigen kamer in ons appartement. Ook is het personeel echt super behulpzaam.

Dieses Hotel ist ganz besonders schön und ruhig gelegen. Es besticht durch Flair und Stil. Die Mitarbeitenden erfüllen den Gästen alle Wünsche mit echter Herzlichkeit. Ich kann diesen wunderschönen Platz wärmstens empfehlen.

Everything was perfect, from the check-in process, accommodation, and services provided to the excellent staff. We would like to thank the reception team, the pool bar staff, as well as the housekeeping team for their care and helpfulness. The hotel’s location is ideal for a relaxing holiday, and the staff always went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

There is nothing in particular we would like to point out. At most, we would like to inform other guests that some parts of the hotel, especially the villas, are currently undergoing renovation. It did not bother us, but for some guests it might affect the overall comfort of their holiday.

La literie, très confortable!! La piscine est pas mal aussi et le restaurant de l' hôtel était assez bien aussi.

La fouille de mes affaires(valise et sac a dos) dans ma chambre par une personne( personnel ou ouvrier du chantier travaux de l' hôtel) ainsi que du vol d' une partie de mon argent en espèces qui était dans ma valise(90E sur les 100E et 2500 bath sur les 4500 bath) que j'avais!! Et l' hôtel fessait des travaux dans certaines chambre ainsi que du ravalement sur plusieurs bâtiments, donc du bruit au sein de l' hôtel de 09h30 à 17h30 environ!!

Nikt nie uprzedził nas, że 80% powierzchni hotelu, w trakcie naszego pobytu będzie remontowana. Od rana młot pneumatyczny, szlifierka i kurz. Ci, którzy rezerwowali po nas zostali uprzedzeni a cena była znacznie obniżona. Próbowano załagodzić sprawę bezpłatnymi drinkami i masażem. Po ulewnym deszczu zaczął przeciekać sufit. Ostatecznie przenieśliśmy się do innego hotelu a za niewykorzystane dni zwrócono środki. Do dzisiaj nie usłyszałem słowa "przepraszam"ani rekompensaty za 2 dni niewygody.

Bylismy w listopadzie za grosze. Naprawdę stosunek jakości do ceny niesamowity. Bardzo mila obsługa.

Na Samui Bolt jest drogi. Mało jezdzi tuk tuków. Ale 50 zł za taksówkę też idzie przeżyć.

Tout car c’était parfait

Schöne kleine Anlage, aber unser Zimmer war nicht ganz sauber, weshalb wir nur 2 nachte geblieben sind. Die Mitarbeiter vom Hotel waren aber extrem freundlich, haben alles versucht und sind uns sehr entgegengekommen. Wir können somit sagen, dass wir das Hotel trotzdem empfehlen können.

Das Zimmer war nicht ganz sauber.

Our stay at The Sea was wonderful. All of the staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The three ladies who we would see at breakfast, Ja, Om and Filmmy, were outstanding and always greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The restaurant for the hotel is also right next to the beach with fabulous views of neighbouring islands. As it was low season the hotel was very quiet which was great for us. The breakfast included with our stay had a great selection and was all freshly prepared for us as we ordered. We had lunch and dinner once during our stay at the hotel and the Thai food was lovely and really good value for money. The location of the hotel was perfect for us and we were able to get to the places we wanted to visit easily. It is a 10-15 minute Grab journey to Fisherman’s Village and the same in the opposite direction to Nathon beach where you can see the sunset. Any excursions we booked included pick up from this hotel too. The room we had was a plunge pool room and the pictures did not do the pool justice as it was a lot bigger than expected. The room was a great size for two of us and the bathroom area was huge. Whilst it is a little dated and tired in places they are renovating the hotel in stages so this will change but also did not impact on our stay. Renovations were taking place during our stay but did not disrupt any part of it. The hotel communicated that the renovations were taking place in advance and offered us a free cocktail each day and 25% off food and non-alcoholic drinks. I also celebrated a birthday whilst staying at The Sea and I was gifted a card, flowers and a wonderful celebration at breakfast which included singing happy birthday and a small cake with candles, a lovely gesture. Great service, great value for money, great location and wonderful staff and we would definitely stay here again.

Getting a little tired in places in the rooms but renovations are happening and this in no way impacted our stay and I would still return.

Our stay at The Sea Koh Samui Resort was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt surrounded by warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. The resort itself is breathtaking – a perfect combination of beachfront beauty, peaceful atmosphere, and well-designed, spacious rooms that allowed us to relax and enjoy every moment. What made our experience truly stand out, however, was the people. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Sak and Mr. A for their professionalism and kindness, as well as to Ms. Om and Ms. Wut from the bar, whose friendly smiles, warm attitude, and wonderful service brought a special charm to every evening. Their personal touch turned each visit to the bar into a highlight of our stay. Thanks to this amazing team, we felt more like cherished guests than visitors. It is rare to find such a genuine level of hospitality, and it made our time at The Sea even more memorable.

La camera, la tranquillità del resort e della spiaggia, lo staff sempre gentile e sorridente. Per il nostro viaggio di nozze abbiamo scelto una camera con idromassaggio e piscina privata ed era bellissima. Di fronte al ristorante del resort c'è una spiaggia tranquilla con qualche ombrellone e sdraio (quando siamo stati noi erano sempre mezzi liberi), il mare era bellissimo e alla fine nei giorni in cui non avevamo escursioni prenotate siamo rimasti lì senza sentire la necessità di vedere altre spiagge dell'isola. Anche il ristorante interno è molto buono, sogno ancora la marmellata al cocco che c'era al buffet della colazione. Insomma è stata una settimana indimenticabile ❤️

Der Strand ist sauber und sehr schön. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind zwar fußläufig erreichbar, aber man braucht ca. 30 Minuten. Das Hotel ist sauber und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Allerdings ist das Hotel schon sehr abgewohnt. Möbel haben deutliche Gebrauchsspuren, Liegen am Strand müssen dringend erneuert werden. Klimaanlage teils laut und oft unangenehmer Geruch aus der Lüftung
