Despite the disappointing accommodation, I would like to acknowledge that the massage and spa services were excellent. The staff were professional, friendly, and provided a relaxing experience. It was one of the few positive aspects of my stay and reflected a much higher standard of service than the condition of the hotel itself.

The room was in a very poor condition and appeared old and poorly maintained. The bathroom was particularly disappointing, with visible signs of wear and a lack of proper upkeep. The toilet seat was damaged, the bathroom door was almost falling apart, and the overall cleanliness and appearance were well below an acceptable standard. The paint was faded and peeling in places, giving the room a neglected feel. In addition, parts of the lighting system were not working properly, making the room even less comfortable.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, reception and other staff were competent. Catering staff and dining staff were shocking and food was terrible and over priced for the standard of facility. No wonder such large dinning facility was always empty.

THE FOOD WAS TERRIBLE! The staff had no idea!

The bathroom is very old and tired with the shower being in the bath tub. The extractor fan was extremely noise and stopped working. The air conditioning barely worked, to the extent that even through the night it had to be on maximum speed to have any noticeable effect and this was noisy enough to be annoying, but running at anything other than maximum made the room unbearably hot. High temperatures are to be expected in Thailand of course, but if air conditioning is a feature I expect it to be capable of cooling the room to some comfortable level. The large restaurant was empty except for one other table, the food was priced high but was of poor quality overall, not terrible but certainly not what I'd expect for the price.

Nice spacious room in a good location , wide breakfast selection . Great value for money

Facilities, particularly the bathroom was quite dated, could do with a revamp but clean and functional nevertheless

Gym and pool seem neglected. Pretty rough facilities down there. Pool missing tiles and old bar is an eyesore. Very few chairs to sit on and the gym seems forgotten.

ตอนแรกได้ห้องพักที่ยังไม่ทำความสะอาด ทั้งๆที่เราไปตอน 4โมงเย็น แต่พนักงานหน้าเคาน์เตอร์ เปลี่ยนห้องให้ใหม่ ถือว่าการสื่อสาร ผิดพลาด

Camera pulita spaziosa con una vista molto bella della campagna da un finestrone semicircolare che era praticamente la quarta parete della stanza. Letto comodissimo ed enorme. Aria condizionata ottima.

Het ontbijt, zowel oosters als westers. Diner smaakloos. Kamers oud en duidelijk gevalletje slecht onderhouden. Zwembad, in de middag kinderen die zwemles krijgen, ouders die in het water gaan en op deze manier een overvol zwembad. Te vol voor de betalende toeristen.

ขอเตียงคิงไซส์และกดจองเตียงคิงไซส์ พอมาถึงห้องจริงได้เตียงเดี่ยว 2 เตียง มาถึงห้องแอร์กับไฟไม่ติด รอพนักงานมาเกือบ 20 นาที ขอไดร์เป่าผมไปต้องทวง2 รอบถึงเอามาให้ พนักงานบริการไม่พอ ไม่มีความใส่ใจ ไม่มีใจบริการ ไม่คุ้มค่ากับเงินที่จ่ายไป

Privacy and peaceful.

Some areas were not very clean, such as the toilet. The flushing water was yellow/brown, and the waterproof mattress cover had visible stains.

พนักงานส่วนใหญ่ทำงานแค่ตามหน้าที่ไม่มีจิตบริการ แม้ไม่มีอะไรเสียหายแต่ความประทับใจน้อย ยกเว้นพนักงานอาหารเช้าผู้ชายใส่แว่นและแม่บ้านทำสะอาดที่ดีมากๆ

Not a lot to be impressed about.

The hotel is extremely outdated. I’m sure in it’s prime of about 20-30 years ago it was “ The place to stay” but unfortunately it has not been maintained or renovated to a standard that is commonly associated with a 3-4 star property.

Excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable bed

The hotelo has spent a lot improving the TV's in the room but sadly after about 9pm the internet lacks enough bandwidth to service the newly installed Smart TV's. Every night the signal disappeared after about 9pm. More an issue for me as being a foreigner I wanted to watch my English Netflix and YouTube

My room wasn’t clean yet so I have to change a new room

とても広いです。ホテルの門から駐車場まで結構な距離があって広大なことがわかります。駐車場からフロントまで日陰がないところを少し歩きます。 ダブルルームを予約していたのですが、15時にチェックインした時点で空き部屋がないと言われて、ツインになりました。カードキーを受け取って部屋につくと、まだ清掃中でした。清掃員のメイドと話していると、しばらくするとフロントで対応してくれた女性が部屋まで来て、すみません部屋を間違えました、とメイドに謝罪していました。私にではありません。 彼女から私には何の一言もありませんでしたが、メイドは”すみませんでした”と、笑顔で言ってくれました。 メイドの笑顔は素晴らしいです。 部屋はとても広く、清潔で髪の毛１本も落ちていません。タイルではない木製の床板を素足で感じる心地よさとシャワージェルの香りが気に入りました。ダブルサイズではなく小さいベッドになってしまったけれど硬さはちょうど良いです。 ホテルは素晴らしいです。設備が整ったジムと大きなプールが気に入りました。１週間くらい滞在したいです。 朝食はホテルの規模と比較すると種類は少ないですが、ストロベリーヨーグルトとフレンチトーストが気に入りました。フレンチトーストは甘くないので砂糖を付けるともっと美味しくなります。コーヒーは何時間も煮詰めて酸っぱくなったものではなく、コーヒーマシンがあるので淹れたてが飲めます。 リゾートなので子供連れが多く、騒がしいときもありますが、総合的に良いと思います。

Wifiは使い物になりません。施設内にいるときはログインしなくてもずっと繋がっているのは良いです。しかし遅すぎてまともにページが見れません。ピサヌロークには観光地でどんなところがあるのか調べることができません。 デジタルデトックスにはちょうど良いと思います。 あと、朝８時以降はぬるいお湯しかでなかったので熱い風呂に入れませんでした。

das Hotel war von der Anfahrt her gut zu erreichen; gute Parkmöglichkeiten; das ist aber auch wirklich alles, was positiv war !

diese Unterkunft ist ihren Preis nicht wert, die Bilder entsprechen auch nicht der Realität ! das Maisonette Zimmer (teuerste Kategorie) war eine Katastrophe; absolut heruntergewirtschaftet, baufällig, überall dreckig und schmutzig; auf die Toiletten mochte man sich schon gar nicht mehr setzen, vergilbt, versüfft, eingerissen; überall Ungeziefer, welches aus den Abflüssen der Bodenabläufe, den Waschbecken und der Badewanne krabbelt ! offene Elektroinstallation an der Beleuchtung im Bad, eingerissene und herabfallende Fliesen; defekte Wasserhähne, aus denen Metallspäne kommen weil die Perlatoren defekt sind, an den Deckenlüftern in den Bädern keine Abdeckungen, der Dreck fällt aus der Lüftung, wenn man das Licht einschaltet und diese anlaufen... es tropft aus den Deckenauslässen, Lampen fallen fast aus der Decke und sind verrottet... wenn man die Tür des Kleiderschrankes öffnet, hat man diese in der and weil die Scharniere abfallen... Personal reagiert nicht auf Kritik und Wünsche; wenn es nicht schon so spät gewesen wäre, hätten wir uns in der Nacht noch eine andere Unterkunft gesucht; die Übernachtung auf der Rückfahrt im Januar haben wir, obwohl nicht erstattbar, storniert ! nicht nachvollziehbar, wo die positiven Bewertungen für dieses Hotel herkommen... das Frühstück konnte man kaum als Frühstück bewerten, für Asiaten mit Reisvorlieben geeignet, aber für einen Europäer nicht, Toast und "undefinierbare Erdbeermarmelade" ungeniessbar... schade, dass man hier auf Grund der Vorauszahlungen kein Geld mehr zurückverlangen kann, gerade bei einer Stornierung aus solchen Gründen ! Hier sollte Booking.com mehr Verantwortung zeigen !

All the staff were 👍 👌 great on checking in. Excellent service very comfy beds. Everything was spotlessly clean.

-Chambres décrépies -piscine hors d’usage -Clim bruyante -l’eau coulait jaune, était impropre et mal odorante. -Impossible d’avoir de l’eau chaude -Le buffet du petit déjeuner est médiocre.. les plats sont froids et mauvais, les œufs sont servis froids et pas cuits et certains plats on un aspect et une odeur plus que douteuse.

I stay at this hotel often. I like the building in general, it's quite magnificent when you approach it and enter. The breakfast is very nice, and I loved the restaurant. The pool is the best feature of this hotel, it's a really nice pool and pool area. Top tip; if you do come here and the taxi driver doesn't recognise the name of the hotel, just say "Amarin Lagoon" (the old name)

The bedding is still old fashioned, it needs and update But I will stay again

Good facilities, good breakfast

Facilities and workers were amazing. While the buffet was not available everyday, the staff went out of their way to take care of us and feed us well every morning. I was very happy with the gym, being able to get quality push/pull/leg workouts in everyday. The pool is very nice, but we only swam once. The room is very spacious, loved having a microwave and dishes in the room.

Beds were very hard. If the beds were softer, this would be my go to hotel in Phitsanulok. This was my 6th visit in the past year. Hot water was almost non-existent, we had to take cold showers every day. I've stayed at Pattara Resort & spa, Top Land hotel(3x), Pride hotel, and this was my first time at The Imperial.

Keine Dusche. Nur Badewanne. Schwieriger hoher Einstieg

Trotz vieler negativer Kommentare haben wir hier gebucht. Wir können diese Kommentare nicht bestätigen. Die Zimmer (2x Doppelzimmer) waren sehr gross. Klimaanlage (Zentrale Klimaanlage, keine Einzelgeräte) funktionierte einwandfrei und war nicht lauter als vergleichbare Anlagen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war für diese Preisklasse recht gut und umfangreich. Der Pool ist riesig und sah sehr sauber aus. Ausreichend Liegen und Schirme vorhanden, jedoch sind viele Poolgäste von Ausserhalb (nicht alles Hotelgäste). Hat uns aber nicht gestört.

Das Restaurant ist nur schwach besucht und das lässt wohl auch die Qualität nach unten gehen. Die Preise für die erhaltenen Speisen waren zu hoch - und geschmacklich war mehr drin (mein Lachssteak war schon dunkel und sehr trocken - schade bei solchen Produkten).

The hotel quite old. Staff not so friendly and helpful when we came to check in the staff look like don’t want to help us with the suitcase much and on the check out date nobody help us with the suitcase at all!

Hôtel très vieillissany. Peintures craquelées, fenetres impossibles a verrouiller, vitres sales. Massage fermé. Piscine occupée par une école! Et fermée le matin jusque 10h..Suite vetuste, joints de carrelage de bain noircis, douche qui fuit, clim qui grince. Staff qui ne comprend pas l'anglais. Au secours!

Nice swimming pool

Breakfast service I can only describe as embarrassing. Breakfast was to be served from 06.00 to 10.00. When we went for breakfast at 08.30 virtually all the food was gone except for some bread and two very cold fried eggs. When we asked about more food arriving we were told by the only waitress we could find that food would be ready in 10 minutes. After waiting 10 minutes and no food arriving we gave up and went to eat outside at our own cost. We did report this to reception but sadly the lady seemed uninterested
