Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Posizione perfetta se si è consapevoli di dove si sta andando, perché sia nel cuore della via, camera davvero molto carina anche se non grande, piscina raccolta ma bella e curata.
Il personale della reception, visto forse anche il contesto, non è esattamente accogliente. Il contesto dell’ingresso è molto particolare e, pur avendo staff di sicurezza, potrebbe spaventare un po’ all’inizio specialmente chi viaggia in famiglia come noi.

Das 3. Bett ( Beistellbett) war ziemlich hart. Ein Brett war durchzuspüren. Wirklich nur für kleine Kinder, für Teenager Matraze zu dünn.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Struttura centralissima e comoda sia la sera che di giorno. Piscina bella e indispensabile dopo aver girato tutto il giorno con il clima di Bangkok.
Purtroppo essendo così centrale è molto rumorosa perché proprio sotto è pieno di locali e discoteche che suonano fino a tarda notte e non essendo molto insonorizzato si sente tutto. Basta scegliere se si preferisce centralità o tranquillità .

Hotel je v centrální ulici, v nočních hodinách je slyšet hluk a hudba, ale dá se. Měli jsme balkon do dvora, výhled nic extra. Chybí sušák na plavky na balkoně.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Like a haven amongst the busy-ness of Khao San Road. The rooftop pool is a highlight, and we loved having the gym available too. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and there is housekeeping every day if requested. The hotel also provided a baby bed which was super convenient. The location is spot on, right amongst the action but the noise didn't travel to our rooms at the back. We'll definitely be back.

Weet waar je aan begint, slapen midden op Khoa San Road veroorzaakt enorm veel geluidsoverlast. Hier moet je tegen kunnen.

The rooms felt a bit wet and damp. Pool is a bit hard to get to and confusing layouts. Gym was hard to get a chance to use as it’s rented out most of the time and walk in gym goers could come. The only walk in gym around here.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Spacious and comfortable room, good shower, AC was nice and cool! Rooftop pool was a great bonus for this property! The location, if you want to be amidst the action of Khaosan Rd. and easy travel distance to the river ferries to get to Wat Arun and Reclining Buddha, was unbeatable.
If you have a hard time sleeping with noise (from the bars below on the street) bring earplugs or stay in a quieter neighborhood. The windows are not soundproof! Also, sometimes we could smell cannabis in our room coming from the vents. There are pot shops everywhere and some in the same building in the basement that allow smoking.

We left to take a trip to Cambodia and booked for 3 days later but they wouldn't clean our laundry in-between because we weren't residents for the 3 days. Instead our laundry has to stay in our bag at hotel till we return. I can't see why they couldn't take a payment in advance for laundry and put it with our bags ready for collection.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Het zwembad op het dak. Tip: als je uitgecheckt bent en je hebt 's avonds een nachtbus/ trein, kun je hier voor 200 baht de hele dag vertoeven. Krijg je nog een gratis drankje en handdoeken bij( dus geen natte handdoek in de tas).

Le finestre dovrebbero essere insonorizzate visto la posizione, è impossibile dormire con tutto quel baccano, almeno dovrebbero provvedere a farlo. I cuscini dovrebbero lavargli e rifornire il dispenser dei saponi. La bella piscina se la chiudessero alle 22:00 sarebbe più utile, dopo una giornata intensa fuori.

Al llegar habia un cartel que decia que de 11am a 1pm harian obras, pero fue MENTIRA A las 9am ya estaban con taladros, sierras electricas y martillazos….imposible dormir ahi dentro

You will hear everything from the non stop partying of the nearby bars and clubs until 3am. If you are ok with that then that’s the place for you, but if you want to sleep at night, then avoid.

The rooms feel a little old.. there was no hot water in the shower (we called and they sent a tech to fix it at midnight so was fine) no place to sit in the balcony, the elevator is very slow

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Het hotel is heel centraal, de kamers zijn comfortabel en het personeel is heel vriendelijk. Fijn dat als je geen schoonmaak nodig hebt, ze toch water en wc papier bij de deur neerzetten. Het bed is comfortabel en het zwembad op het dak erg fijn!
Door de ligging moet je wel rekening houden met geluidsoverlast. Je hoort de hele nacht muziek. Voor ons voor 2 nachten geen probleem maar voor langere tijd zou ik liever ergens verblijven buiten de drukte.

No se podía dormir . Ya no solo por el ruido exterior , sino que dentro del propio hotel , las habitaciones muy ruidosas , había un grupo de gente joven y nunca les dijeron nada por poner música a las 5 la mañana etc . La verdad que no lo recomiendo . Caro para lo que ofrece.

Im Unterkeller ist ein Geschäft zum Rauchen (hat nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun) - wenn man mit Kindern reist, ist der Gestank nicht so schön.

لايوجد موظفون لحمل الحقائب انت من يجب ان تحمل حقائبك وكل شيي في الدخول او الخروج ، ولايوجد كرسي للجلوس في الغرفة ، ومن ينام مبكرا فهذا الفندق لايصلح له لوجود أصوات عاليه موسيقى وصخب حتى ال 3 فجرا او ال 4

Stanza poco anzi per niente insonorizzata, la notte impossibile dormire con la musica altissima della via. In bagno mancava l'acqua calda, ma non possiamo sapere se avrebbero risolto il problema (sicuramente sì) in quanto non abbiamo avvisato il personale dato che ci saremmo fermati solo una notte.

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026hotel/lodge is well located in Khasosan road with Murphys bar,club and restaurant all with in the complex, there is also a Mc Dondalds and 7/11, weedtopia is in the lower level with around 10 cannabis shops with a smoking area so if you like to have a smoke and relax you don't have to venture far for all your needs. overall nice hotel.
the only issue we had that if you wanted to use a toilet you would either have to go up to your room or pay 10 bart to use the one in the complex, i understand why the toilet has a charge as to the location of hotel and the amount of foot fall there is at night, but at night their is an attendant on duty, one flash of room card and in you could use.

The ONLY bad thing is that mosquitos manage to get in the room all the time and the mosquito curtain on the bed doesnt really help that much. Other than that its a 10/10
