I feel check in should be earlier than 3 pm . That’s very late.

Le matériel un peu vétuste et la climatisation fonctionnait mal avec beaucoup de bruit sur les 3 chambres réservées impossible de changer la température…Le fait de facturer les sacs pour linge sale. C’est la première fois que je rencontre celà dans un 4*…

The location will be hard to beat. Bang in the center. Car park under the building. Only a 50m walk Straight into the centrum . The breakfast was good and hot!!

The hotel is older, nothing sparkling and the shower room was well worn, however all working.

Veldig fine rom og bra beliggenhet. God frokostbuffet og gode drinker i lobbybaren. Veldig fine treningsfasiliteter.

Bassengområdet var veldig dårlig, ikke spesielt innbydende med lite og slitne møbler. Langt ig gå til nærmeste toalett osv. Omtrent ingen dekke for sol eller om det skulle begynne å regne. Dette kunne enkelt vært gjort mye bedre til svært liten kostnad. Bruker du ikke bassenget så betyr dette ingenting, for resten av hotellet er helt på topp.

Das Hotel Centara in Udon Thani überzeugt durch seine zentrale Lage und die direkte Anbindung an die nahegelegene Mall. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten, komfortabel eingerichtet und entsprechen einem guten Standard. Auch das Frühstück hat einen positiven Eindruck hinterlassen: Die Auswahl ist vielseitig und die Speisen waren schmackhaft. Insgesamt bietet das Hotel eine angenehme Atmosphäre und eignet sich gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

Great stay at Centara Udon! The location right next to Central Udon Mall is unbeatable. The receptionist staff were professional and courteous. Although the hotel is a bit older, the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast is good as well. Excellent value for money—would stay again!

Trying to get parking was horrible. No valet to assist. Also we arrived at 3pm which is check in time but our room wasn't ready until nearly 4pm.

The location was ideal and the rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with some good choices.

I liked the large room and comfortable beds. I got a great night's sleep. The wi-fi signal was strong, and the shower water pressure was perfect. The staff were helpful and welcoming. The location is excellent, in the centre of Udon Thani next to the mall.

I would have liked more Western options on the breakfast menu. Parking could be improved; I was blocked in by another car and had to call reception.

I stay at this hotel roughly every three months, so this review reflects my experience over multiple stays rather than a one-off visit. There are some positives. The check-in staff were friendly, professional, and efficient, and breakfast is excellent, with a good selection and attentive service. Unfortunately, almost everything else is disappointing. The check-out process was a shambles. The receptionist had to reissue my invoice four times because they couldn’t correctly enter my company’s name, despite me writing it down clearly. This is basic administration and should not be difficult for a hotel of this standard. The reservations department is consistently slow to respond, and the service is inefficient. Despite being a regular guest, they never seem to remember my usual room preferences—or perhaps they simply choose not to. Every booking feels like starting from scratch. What disappoints me most is the pricing. Instead of rewarding loyal customers, my room rate seems to increase almost every time I return. Most hotels value repeat business and offer returning guests better rates. Centara appears to do the opposite. The bar is also overpriced. Charging THB 700 for an average glass of Martell cognac is difficult to justify. Even the welcome drink is disappointing, with only non-alcoholic options available. If this hotel were in Bangkok, where there is real competition, I would almost certainly stay elsewhere. The only reason I continue to use it is the lack of comparable alternatives in Udon Thani. Overall, this hotel has the potential to be much better, but it seems to rely on its market position rather than delivering the level of service loyal guests deserve. I cannot recommend it. :::writing

Fantastic 2 night stay! Friendly snd professional staff, plus secure keycard access. The bed was huge and super comfortable for a geat sleep. Delicious, high-quality international breakfast with excellent team service. Convenient located right next to to Central mall-easy to travel, shop and enjoy local food!

The location next to the Central Mall. The staf is super friendly. The gym and swimming pool were nice.

The hotel is nice but little bit over prized. The breakfast was not interesting for foreigners. They dont know what they like to eat. For Thais the breakfast was good and tasty.

Het zwembad is een absolute tegenvaller. Op z'n diepst is het ongeveer 80 cm en voor mij ontoereikend om rustig te zwemmen en/of relaxed in te verblijven.

It was so beautiful and clean! The breakfast each day was AMAZING!!!

It was a little farther from town than we expected and there was a wait for the taxi which we had to call specialty since there are no taxis in front of the hotel. But that also makes it a more private and safe location too. The taxis will come when the front desk calls them. There is just about a 15 minute wait. So call in advance for a taxi to be arrived at your designated time and then walk down from your room to meet them.

Upon checkout, my mother was accused of drinking a sprite soda, which she denied and only drank from the complementary glass bottled of water. My mother does not drink Sprite and does not like Sprite. The housekeeper took longer than five minutes to send over a picture of a sprite soda on a table. We have money to pay for the soda. It is not about the cost, but the dishonesty from the housekeeper and the accusation that was made. The front desk girl said she’ll give us the money back. We told her to keep it, it’s not much to us. We have stayed at Centara numerous times in the past for work/ leisure and had good services from the hotel establishment. But this time, the dishonesty from the housekeeper will make us consider not staying here again. Please record a video or take a photo of the refrigerator and the beverages and snacks before check out as proof so that the housekeeper doesn’t steal then accuse guests so they can pay for it. If the housekeeper is dishonest, please check your belongings and luggage before checkout also.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Centara Udon. Les chambres sont belles et impeccablement propres, et le petit déjeuner est complet, avec un large choix pour satisfaire toutes les envies. Le service est correct et attentif ; un petit souci avec des draps un peu humides à notre arrivée a d'ailleurs été résolu très rapidement dès notre demande, ce qui montre le sérieux du personnel. La douche est très agréable et parfaitement entretenue. La piscine, bien que plus petite qu'attendu, s'inscrit dans un cadre agréable et reposant. Enfin, la proximité immédiate avec le centre commercial Central Plaza est un vrai plus, idéale pour les courses, les repas ou simplement se promener. Un hôtel que nous recommandons pour un séjour confortable à Udon Thani.

Nydelig suite. Enorm stor og god planløsning. Super frokost med stort utvalg. Flott spa avdeling og bassengområde. Veldig hyggelig personale som gjorde sitt beste hele tiden. Behagelig med utsjekk kl 12.00.

Noise…day and night. During day noise comes from outside.. people walk past room. And during day and night Noise comes from open and shut off water pressure between room to room (squeezing water circulation)

Love the breakfast. Lots of local food!

I liked the comfort of our room, as well as the location next to the mall and across the street from great massages. It is in walking distance to parks, which was a bonus. Breakfast was good, as well. We really liked the fitness center as it had a good variety of machines, as well as a yoga room.

The pool is very aged and not a pretty site at all.
