Very peaceful environment, away from the hustle and bustle .A real gem to retreat to .The staff was great especially the general manager .

This was a very comfortable place for a getaway on Mount Abu, oozing with atmosphere and history and impeccable service. Ideally situated for visiting the astonishing Dilwara Jain Temples and walking in the wildlife sanctuary.
A truly luxurious hotel with huge beautifully furnished suites, extensive grounds and beautiful staff.
A little away from the town, but it’s meant for relaxing with family and friends. Which it is perfect for.
Great location and the staff are very courteous.

Nature, rooms, food, helping staff, location, jungle, bar, garden.
Mirrors are there only in washrooms. To get ready a mirror inside the room is very much necessary. Actually a full mirror must be there atleast in the doorside. To get ready in washroom is uncomfortable. Only full mirror in those side rooms are lacking. Else, Bikaner palace is best.
A great hotel on Mount Abu, with lots of character and history. Palatial well furnished and well appointed rooms.
Nothing not to like. Friendly, helpful and attentive staff.
Beautiful, old world charm
The property is beautiful and atmospheric. The suite was enormous and comfortable.
Despite the wonderful staff, the breakfast was poor.
Spacious, beautiful, and peaceful grounds.
Great staff and amazing hospitality.
They expect us to park our cars at our risk which not fair.
Amazing hotel with great views and peaceful surroundings. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming; especially the dining room team. Breakfast selection was small but fresh and delicious.
Only feedback is that as international travelers, we were hoping for more of an Indian selection of alcoholic drinks. Most of the choices were international brands. Stock up on Indian beverages and be proud to serve local brands!
The size of the room was great, good location too but room needs bit of a care and upgrades eg:- beds and curtains and overall cleaning and maintenance.
Bed/ windows and curtains need maintenance.
Location was very good.
We did not have wifi in our room. They kept saying it is getting fixed but was never fixed.
Great historical buildings and grounds that were all excellently maintained. Huge room with comfy bed and soft pillows. Excellent service from everyone we had the pleasure of meeting.
Nothing negative to say. It's quite pricey but felt like value for money.
Stunning architecture, beautiful grounds, quiet and peaceful, views of the mountains. Very kind staff.

Fabulous atmosphere in this art deco style Maharajah’s house at Mt Abu.
Nothing! It was excellent!

The size of the room was grand, it was very nice to have the extra space. We really enjoyed staying at this Heritage Hotel with beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The staff were very good at organizing a driver for us. Restaurant food was very good and tasty. Breakfast buffet had good varieties.
Our last night had music right through the night and very hard to sleep:(
Bikaner House is a beautiful haven in the hills. The restored palace offers a perfect way to chill out and relax.
It was all great.
Excellent property with a great view. We got upgraded to the suite too, which was great.
Slow service. Also had some loud neighbours doing karaoke until 23:00.
Fabulous, quiet location; a sea of calm amongst the chaotic mayhem of India. The staff were amazing and the hotel something from a different age.
Nothing
The ambience and surrounding was lovely. The property was well maintained. With vast lawn and beautiful building.
The food was tasty but I felt its little overpriced.
Excellent location, convenient for all the sights of Mount Abu but slightly apart so totally quiet. Lovely garden. Elegant drawing room and spacious suite. Friendly helpful staff
Nothing but bathroom could do with a bit of updating and would have enjoyed a swimming pool
The location and ambience
The washroom drainage had some issue

Invaders 😄.... troop of monkeys...
location was awesome
facilities are not enough as per property, located in outskirts with limited connectivity to public transport. washroom and room were smelling with furniture, can add some room freshener to keep it in good vibe. electricity kept disconnecting. booked mountain view option but didnt get one on arrival, felt cheated
Clean, well maintained heritage venue situated on an easily accessible road, away from the crowds.
Limited food menu, some maintenance issues…..hot water coming out of cold water faucet, not attended to even after pointing it out. Took 3 days of requesting until staff finally put a second hand towel in the bathroom, surprised not to see a conditioner in the amenities. And it was most annoying to hold up the toilet seat by hand when using the toilet seat, so as not to wet it. It would not stay upright on its own, would keep falling!!
a heritage property. the best place in my Abu

Beautiful location and historic building. Very pleasant outside area overlooking hills.
Bar fridge was turned off when I arrived with mould on the inside. No cold water. Temperature of shower not regulated. Very noisy outside room. Breakfast could have more options and variety
everthingh except breakfast menu
breakfast menu is too short.
Beautiful, sprawling, spacious grounds and so was the room! Less ostentatious than most typical Rajasthani palaces, yet tastefully laid out property. Can really relax and unwind in understated splendor here. The room is comfortable, with huge windows and bigger beds. Lots of sunshine. Heater & AC is available. Washroom with bathtub is big, good and clean. Great water pressure and hot water . Staff is very polite, attentive and helpful. There is a tennis court as well as a baskteball hoop.
Wifi could be a lot better but then again this is the place to disconnect. Restaurant is good , food tastes good but menu is a little limited. If you go in a large group, request the buffet its very good.
Perfect location - in walking distance from Dilwara temples - secluded from all the noise typical in India Spacious room
Food was quite mediocre Did not respond to questions sent as messages via Booking
Everything. special the traditional Rajastani music at the bar.
the property is gorgeous! The hotel sits on an expansive grounds that are well maintained and superb. The hotel is a former palace of Maharaja or Bikaner. The main house has kept the look and feel of the old palace. We had a deluxe room in the main house on second floor. The room was very specious and had two large separate sitting areas. The bathroom was big with separate dressing area. it had an antique claw footed bath tub with shower.!! The hotel staff was very courteous and efficient. They made us feel like royalty. The restaurant is also very good. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner here. They prepare the food items fresh so order your food ahead of time if you dont want to wait. We had the best Dal Bati here on our last day. The hotel is very near to the Delwara Jain Temples (walking distance). It is a bit far away from center of the town (which also makes it quiet and peaceful) Overall, this is THE place to stay in Mt Abu. You wont be disappointed
the hotel has a lot of character of an palace. The rooms are specious and comfortable. The grounds are very nice
A very well maintained and beautiful heritage property with very well trained and courteous staff. we enjoyed our stay at the King Suit which was one of the largest suits I have stayed in during my travels. It is the best hotel property in Mount Abu.
The overall rustic feel, food ,location and courteous staff
The rooms (we had 2 suites booked) were room 2 and 4, not side by side
Location, friendly staff and cleanliness
Food menu
it is an actual maharaja’s former summer palace ,massive grounds, well kept gardens etc.very peaceful ,really away from the hustle and bustle ,you would not think that you were in India .Great staff
this is not a complaint rather an observation and suggestion, mostly I guess the guests would be Indians but it would be great if management would give the staff an opportunity or encourage to expand their English vocabulary a bit more as most spoke very little English for such a grand place .
Fabulous historical stay, massive rooms and a great location. Food is of a good standard.
everything..from service, quality of food, hospitality of the staff….one of the best stays we had anywhere anytime
lovely property. palatial feel
