Hotel was central to all amenities. Walking distance to train station and mall.

There could’ve been more food options at breakfast.

はじめて横須賀に宿泊しました。 最近は無愛想な接客を受けることが多くなって残念に思うことがあるのですが、ここのホテルのスタッフさんたちはとてもみなさん接客に適していて素敵でした！ なにより笑顔！！ニコニコしながら話されるとやはりこちらも気分がよく、晴れやかなこころになって幸せになりますね。 お部屋もとても掃除が行き届いていて清潔感があり過ごしやすかったです。 横柄なお客様も大変多いと思いますがこれからも負けずに頑張ってくださいね。 また来年の同じ頃に利用させていただこうと思います。 お世話になりました。

朝食がとても美味しかった。ホテルの窓から見える景色が良かった。

The room was spacious and clean and my 3 week stay was very comfortable. Located conveniently to public transportation, excellent shopping and restaurants, Mercure is excellent value.

ライブ会場と同じ施設と言う事で雨に打たれずホテルに帰れた。

ホテルのフロントに周辺の施設の割引券が置かれていて、それを見て港めぐりに行きましたが期限が切れていたので施設で割引が取り消された。

Sehr kleines Zimmer, ich hatte kaum Platz den Koffer offen hinzulegen.

朝食が美味しかった。 エコに配慮されていた。 アメニティも環境に優しいものだった。

大浴場が欲しい。 冷蔵庫の音が気になった。

老朽化が少し目についた。 シャワーの勢いをもう少し強めにして欲しい。

チェックイン時にシステム障害により待たされ、フロントの方のマスターキーで入室した。自分のカードキーを受け取ったのは数時間後だった。

宿泊料金の割りに部屋が広くて快適

あえて言えば、シャワーの水圧が弱いこと

掃除が中途半端だった。タオル交換忘れ、水の瓶は回収されたのに、栓を回収されてないなど。

アメニティーが使いづらかった 私は自分で持参しましたが 女性向けのアメニティーもあるとうれしいです。 換気が悪かった。

お部屋の窓から海がちょこっと見えた。 窓が大きくて明るかった。

冷蔵庫が小さく、なかなか冷えない。 一晩寝て、ようやく飲み物が冷えてた感じ。 エアコンもあまり効かず、操作の仕方が分かりづらい。夕方エアコンをつけて、効いてきたのは夜くらい。 棚や引き出しの立て付けがよくなかった。

フリーでアップグレードしてくださって広くて快適でした^ - ^

真ん中の大きな電気を消そうとすると、全ての照明が切れてしまう 就寝時に部分的に小さく照明が使えるとより快適

チェックインもチェックアウトも、ホテルの方が対応してくれて、安心感がありました。ベイビューを指定したので、外の景色は、朝昼晩と、楽しめました。朝ごはんも評判どおり、良かったです。特に、お味噌、ハッシュポテト、コーヒーは、美味しかったです。

バスタブのお湯が、ビックリするくらい抜けにくく、心配になりました。 また、お隣の声や泣き声などよく聞こえて残念でした。

対応してくださったフロントの女性の対応は素晴らしかったです。 朝食も満足です。

部屋のにおいが無理でした。 冷蔵庫のミネラルウォーターはペットボトルにして欲しい。

This hotel has a great location, maybe a minute away from the train station, right at the end of Dobuita Street and just over the road from a shopping mall. The staff were very professional, I think all of them spoke English when I was checking in and out, but in Yokosuka that's not unusual. Many have said that the hotel's decor is dated and on staying here I know exactly what they mean; I looked it up and it was last refurbished in 2009, so it is looking a bit dated at this point. Back then it would have been an exceptional hotel, today it's still a nice hotel for sure but it is in need of a refurb. The outside of the building is beautiful and stands out in the skyline. My room had a great view into the bay, and I could see the US naval base and the Japan naval base out of my window. If you're into ships and so on the rooms with the view would be great. There's a couple of restaurants, though I only visited the one that does breakfast. Some of the seats again have the great view over the bay. This area is less dated than the rest of the hotel and a really nice location to eat breakfast, very bright and open because of the tall windows and high ceiling. As mentioned, the location couldn't be any better really, it is at one end of Dobuita Street and everything you'd want to see if very close by. I paid a little more for this hotel than most hotels I've been staying in lately, as mentioned in the past it would have absolutely been worth it. As it is, it's crying out for a refurbishment and so it's possibly a little overpriced, but not massively so and it's still a very nice hotel, it could just be so much better. If you can get it for a comparable price to other hotels, absolutely take it because the location, staff and so on are great, but hopefully they'll update the hotel soon.

As mentioned, the room I had was looking a little tired and really needs an overhaul, as do some other parts of the hotel which are showing their age. Not in the sense it was dirty, but just "lived in", for example the desk was worn from use, and the small cupboard where the fridge was looked a bit "dank", and just the general look and decor (the built-in clock and room control panel next to the bed looks very ancient at this point). Also, the air conditioning was weak, with an old thermostat thing on the wall and old looking push buttons in the bed controls to turn it on. There was a note explaining that the air con was centrally controlled, and it was barely a breeze even on full power. Definitely a system from a previous era, but it worked well enough to keep the room cooler than outside at least, just not the nice blast you get in newer hotels.

スタッフの方が親切で気持ちよかったです。立地位置と高さも申し分なく、また利用したいです。今回は二回目でした。

駅近　眺め良い　綺麗

施設が古い　エアコンなど　火曜にダブルベッドで二人で素泊まり一人7000円　安くなくまぁ、普通。

Proximity to the base. The bonus was the proximity to a mall with the food court. Staff was professional, friendly, and helpful!

Internet could have been better. I had to teach classes remotely and the course was interrupted because of the spotty internet.

エッグベネディクトの卵がとても赤く味が濃かった。ホテル等の宿泊では通常食べることはしないのですが、名物のカレー食べ比べができ、また、自分で作るオープンサンドやハンバーガーなどいずれも大変美味しかった。 海軍羊羹もずっしりとまた味わいが良く、お土産用に購入して帰りました。 レストランから見れる眺望が良く、軍港や猿島も間近で観れた。部屋も広くゆったりできました。 駅近なのもよかったです。

湯沸しポットの周辺や置いてあるコップの周りに細かいゴミがあったのが残念でした。

朝食は質が上がりました。とても良い。

今回電車線路側の部屋で、電車の発着がうるさかった。もしかしたら窓が壊れていて隙間があったのか？ 更にもう一つの出来事は、枕元に時代から置き去りにされたような目覚まし時計が置いてあり、時間が6時間以上遅れていた。それだけなら気にしないが、なぜか真夜中に目覚ましが鳴り出した。もしや外国人客が祖国の時間に設定してある時間に目覚ましが鳴るようにしていたのか、ともかく大変迷惑だった。

My family and I loved the location of this hotel as it was close walking distance to Coaska Mall, the konbinis, Shioiri Station & Yokosuka Naval Base. The amenities were highly appreciated & used, especially the coin laundry; total life saver as I didn't have to worry about doing laundry coming home. The staff were really helpful & friendly. We will definitely stay again when we visit our second home.

The only thing I wish was different, was the view from our room. But, that was totally my fault when I booked the room.

申し込んだ部屋より、広い部屋を準備してもらった。いつものごとく、朝食のバイキングはおいしかった。

駐車場に通じるエレベーターが動かずに、それを知らなかったので大きなスーツケースをもって地下2階から登っていくのは大変だった。

By far the best hotel I've stayed at in Yokosuka... Next to Shioiri Station, opposite Coaska Shops, comfortable rooms and great breakfast with views of Fuji-San if it's clear enough...

駅から近かったこと。ダブルベッドだったので、部屋が少し広かった。

隣の部屋の話し声が、よく聞こえた。グラスを使おうと思ったら、ほこりみたいな物が沢山ついていた。

Bathroom didn’t suit the modern suite

ベイビューを予約しましたが、ロケーションがとても良く、2週間後の予約を即時入れました。バスルームとは別に、室内にドライヤーとヘアアイロンが用意されていて、身軽に行けるのが嬉しいです。

ずっとではないですが、隣の部屋の物音が少し気になりました。

静かで熟睡出来ました。設備はやや古いですが清潔でした。

ロケーション最高😃でした。軍港めぐり、何度も、行ってますが、初めて見る軍艦もあって本当ありがとう。 って思います。部屋からの眺め最高でした。

朝食で案内されたテーブル、軍艦が少ししか見えず残念だった。山、建物しか見えずがっかり😞。 もっと早くいけば良いロケーションだったかな？

Everything was great. Very close to the station. Beds are on the smaller side and room is small but that's Japan, so no complaints there.

As a non-smoke, I got a smokers room. One smelled the smoke everywhere.

今回2度目。利用させて頂きました。 前回、海が見えないお部屋だったため、 海が見えたらいいなあ。と、メッセージ送りましたが、 プラン変更すれば、海見れると、教えて頂きましたが、 プラン変更してなくて、当日を迎えました。 お部屋から、海&息子の船が見られて、とても感動しました。本当にありがとうございます。お気遣いありがたいです。そして、朝食がめちゃくちゃ美味しくて楽しみの一つです。 また、ぜひ利用させていただきます。

Equipements parfaits et nombreux c'est rare d'avoir autant de produits d'hygiène.Le personnel est souriant et serviable bravo!Hôtel calme, pas de bruits gênants à l'interieur ni exterieur.Vue mer. Très bon buffet de petit dejeuner , du choix, de la qualité et belle salle.
