Værelserne er nedslidte. Den første nat skulle vi sove i et værelse, der lugtede af kloak og skimmel. De havde først et værelse uden lugt den næste dag. De kompenserede med et værelse med Havudsigt. Det var selvfølgelig fint, men den første nat var forfærdelig.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at! The location, the views from the pool, the variety of pools, the food and drinks, the included breakfast, the events they hosted, and the friendly staff and clean rooms. Perfect!!

I don’t have much complaints, the staff were so helpful and made our life easy there. Felt very taken care of.

La colazione era molto varia, il personale quasi sempre gentile. Durante il mio soggiorno ho avuto un’intossicazione alimentare e nell’hotel tutti si sono preoccupati di come stessi e resi disponibili per aiutarmi. Insomma, servizio davvero top. Mi è piaciuto molto anche la parte di attività extra, il concierge era disponibile a spiegare e aiutare durante la scelta, servizio davvero veloce e funzionante. La posizione è davvero ottimale, ci si trova a circa 10/15 minuti dalla zona portuale da dove partono tutte le attività

Il bagno era un po’ sporco, il davanzale della finestra e la vasca sottostante avevano degli escrementi di animali (geco o insetti). La doccia ha ancora le vecchie tende che ti si appiccicano addosso mentre ti lavi

Absolutely loved this resort, it could easily be a 5 star place. The location of the pool and the beach together is brilliant. Walking distance to the Irish bar is a plus, definitely worth a visit for their food. Food in resort was lovely.

Die Lage direkt am Strand war super. Schöner Pool und gepflegte Anlage. Zimmer waren sauber.

Das Hotel ist definitiv schon in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück könnte abwechslungsreicher sein.

The location was great. not far from the harbour. The hotel is right on the beachfront. The pool was lovely. The beach was quiet and clean.

The staff were kind and helpful. From the beach bar you can see really beautiful sunsets! The beach is quite big and long. The location is good too!

The resort itself needs a bit of refurbishment, furniture and amenities are quite dated. In one of the room we stayed in the flush of the toilet didnt have much pressure but we managed. Cleaning was fine, but could be better. All together. For the price and location is good, in particular if you use the resort as a Base and move around the island.

Wonderful location and great gardens and pool area.

The hotel was a bit dated and would benefit from a little refresh.

Gute Lage direkt am Strand, aber in die Jahre gekommen…Personal freundlich, Frühstück und Restaurant mäßig…vom Preis- Leistungsverhältnis nicht zu empfehlen. Da gibt es bessere Resorts daneben.

Az elhelyezkedése szuper, csodás parton fekszik. Maga a hotel, a közösségi részek és a kert is szép. A reggeli is megfelelő.

A szoba tisztasága, illetve a szobában lévő poharak/bögrék koszosak voltak.

Perfekt läge vid stranden, södra delen av Long Beach. Låga byggnader och bra poolområde. Städade varje dag med byte av handdukar. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Rekommenderas att bo här!

Ganska slitet hotell med div defekter. Men renovering kommer göras delvis till nästa säsong. ACn var hög ljudnivå på, svårt att sova. Frukostbuffén var lite få valmöjligheter men funkade för oss.

Right on the beach, great staff, good food reasonably priced for the location. Towels provided for sunbeds. Neat to other restaurants and cafes

Despite a notice on reception saying “Please do not reserve sunbeds” when we went at 9am there was many reserved without anyone sitting on them until two hours later! One couple turned up at 3pm in the afternoon. Despite asking the staff to sort this they didn’t do anything

Lokalita super, všude kousek 7elevn, restaurace supr ceny, pláž luxusní čistá, moře čisté a na koupaní ideální, bazén plavecký cca 18 m. Jako už máme Thajsko docela prošlápnuté ale sem se budem určitě vracet.

This is a very beautiful, well-maintained resort. Stunning sunsets, a fantastic, clean sea and pool. The reception staff is superb; they reliably organize literally everything you could wish for. The rooms are clean and spacious. We would love to come back.

Our third time here Such friendly staff, will go the extra mile to please. Pool is wonderful and fabulous setting on Long beach. Good restaurants and Apex Divers Centre near by. Nice quiet stay with fair breakfast included. Rooms cleaned and new towels every day. Great value for money Reception staff great you with a lovely smile every time you walk past

Lage am Strand. Die zugehörige Massage Hütte war super. Die Zimmer waren sauber mit großzügigem Balkon. Alles in allem top Preis Leistungs Verhältnis.

Wunderschöne Strandlage und Außenanlage. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wenig Auswahl beim Frühstück und sehr eintönig. Das Zimmer ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und teils verschmutzt (Spiegel war beim einchecken schon fleckig / Fugen waren teils verschimmelt). Wir hatten ein Standard Doppelzimmer.

L’emplacement et toutes les facilités étaient parfaites .Superbe piscine et bord de mer bien entretenus.

L’atmosphère du bar et le restaurant du bar manquait d’ambiance et de chaleur humaine.

Incrediblly beautiful location right on the beach. Very comfortable room with terrace overlooking the garden. Great to have the option of breakfast at the hotel in the morning too. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed in a villa, lovely big room but dated. Bedside lamp had rust marks on the lampshade, also the shower rose needed replacing as it had a splayed water stream. Wifi also poor. Spend some money and it could be 5 star.

Lack or no service in the beach/pool area. Super heavy sunbeds, umbrella base, absolutely no one to help with or to be seen. Breakfast is very poor. It's very obvious they're counting every cent in everything, and saving in all possible occasions and ser.vices.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstücksbuffet hatte reichlich Auswahl. Der Pool direkt am Strand war super, das Zimmer war recht groß.

Überall sind Haare des Personals aufgetaucht. Im Kissenbezug, unter dem Leintuch, in der Decke. Als ich mein Handtuch nach dem Duschen öffnete saß ein Käfer drin. Im Bett und am Boden krabbelten lauter kleine Tierchen. Abgestaubt wurde auch länger nicht.

I loved the location, south of Long Beach meant certainly a tranquil spot, but in the middle of anything I needed. Being a female solo travel it was a great location if you wanted to socialize or I wanted to stay by myself! Pretty good breakfast and a nice restaurant on the see side if you didn’t want to go anywhere, but I was out every night cause the next door resorts had nice restaurants too some with good bar some with good live music! I saw every night the most beautiful sunsets with my book and my cocktail. The beach is perfect for swimming or walking! I had the longest walk at any time of the day!The stuff super nice and helpful.My room very big and comfortable with safety box and kettle

El acceso al hotel es precario, la carretera en malas condiciones, se están realizando obras en las inmediaciones y está lleno de material de construcción. Hay mucho ruido de maquinaria y generadores constantemente. Aunque el acceso a la playa desde el hotel es excelente, en la playa apenas hay servicios

Jest cicho, spokojnie, nie ma wrzeszczących podpitych osób. Personel bardzo miły, spokojny, ale sprawnie wszystko załatwi jeśli coś potrzeba. Dobry basen z brodzikiem tuż przy morzu, leżaki do opalania przy basenie, czyste ręczniki na plażę, w pokojach są też parasole w razie deszczu.

Łóżko troszeczkę za twarde, na śniadaniu troche brakowalo serów, ale pobyt był wspaniały.

Tolle Lage direkt am Strand und bis zur Straße mit Restaurants nur ein kurzes Stück zu gehen.

Veraltete Ausstattung, die in allen Bereichen dringend modernisiert werden müsste. Alles wirkt dunkel und schwer. Unser Zimmer roch muffig und schimmelig, da half auch kein lüften. Auf meine diesbezügliche Beschwerde wurde empfohlen, einfach die Verandatür geöffnet zu halten. Badezimmer aufgrund der alten Ausstattung nicht mehr akzeptabel. Flatteriger Duschvorhang mit Stockflecken. Richtig sauber war es auch nicht, Flecken am Spiegel. Liegen und Dusche am Pool rostig, alte verschmutze Auflagen.

Velmi pěkný hotel hned u pláže, s vlastním bazénem. Pláž u hotelu je čistá, krásná procházka podél moře. Snídaně byli každý den stejné, ale i tak si člověk vybral. Pokoj byl s výhledem do zahrady, klidné místo. Personál velmi milý a nápomocný.

Staff where friendly, location on the beach is nice however location itself is far away from a more central area.

Room was dirty and cleaning didn’t really help, they barely took our trash, we had to bring it out a few times. They didnt change bed sheets once even though we were there 7 days. Room was so damp and humid, mold everywhere, even some of our stuff got moldy and we had to disregard. Breakfast was same everyday except for the change between waffles and pancakes which usually kids ate rather than adults. We couldnt wait to leave this place. It needs total revamping.

Pas beaucoup d’amabilité pour le personnel du restaurant alors qu’on est habitué en Thaïlande d’avoir en permanence des sourires. Dommage.

La ubicación es muy buena. El hotel tiene salida directa a la playa. nuestra habitación tenía vistas directas al mar lo que hace la experiencia mucho mas agradable.

La limpieza no era buena, podrían cambiar la ducha por una más moderna. A la habitación de al lado se le calló todo el cielorraso de yeso suspendido del balcón, nos pegamos un buen susto! El hotel en general necesita mantenimiento (se quedó en el tiempo). El desayuno podría mejorar.

Hotel très bien situé en front de mer. Piscine avec vue sur la plage très agréable. Nous séjournions dans les "villas" juste à côté de la piscine, c'était parfait.
