The electric sockets are all in the wrong places. You caanot sit in an armchair or on the bed and charge your phone at the same time.

Llegamos ya casi para dormir y salimos temprano, sin desayunar, pero había una coca, un dulce en la habitación como obsequio. Y la atención del personal, siempre exquisita.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026No desayunamos. No podemos opinar. Lo mejor de todo el baño. El salón estaba muy bien un gran sofá y diferentes sillones. La cama estupenda, las sábanas de una finura extrema, muy agradables aunque por una parte estaba salida( la sabana) y tenía un agujero.
En el techo encima de la cama había unos tablones rajados y mal pintados . Eso dejo mucho que desear. La cafetera no fuimos capaces de que funcionara.

Das Frühstück war ein Fiasko. Wurst hat such schon gewellt und was eingetrocknet und dee Käse hat das Fett schon ausgeschwitzt. Das Spiegelei war lauwarm und htte wohl sxhon längere Zeit in der Küche gestanden. Beim Abendessen eurde die Klimaanlage eingeschaltet, diie einen solcheh Krach gemacht hat, dass eine Gespräch beeinträchtigt wurde. Das Badezimmee entspricht auch nicht mehr dem heuzigen Standard

Man kann den Turm besichtigen, aber das Personal müsste einen darauf aufmerksam machen, dass dies nur zu bestimmten Zeiten geht, und einen nicht dort hoch laufen lassen und dann sagen ja es geht jetzt nicht mehr, obwohl man vorher gefragt hat.

The air conditioner sounded horrible like parts flying around. Turning it off didn’t help. Finally around 11 pm we went to reception to tell what was happening. They said it was the sound of the central air con and nothing could be done until the general system shut down at midnight. The next morning we complained and the receptionist was indifferent. No apology. Implied that we were too sensitive to noise. We were in room 211. I got the distinct impression they didn’t care to fix it

Il Ristorante con servizio da 4 stelle ottimo il menù con le specialità della Galizia. Per me i Parador sono una sicurezza non deludono mai.
Al mio arrivo la receptionist non ha fornito molte informazioni ho dovuto chiedere io , quando arriva un ospite solitamente lo si accoglie dando tutte le informazioni.

We asked at reception about the time for dinner then sat in the lobby for 45 minutes until the restaurant opened then we were told we needed a reservation and to go to the lobby. The lobby then told us to wait until 9 pm and after a day on the Camino we needed to eat and rest so went to a local restaurant.

Der Service ist mehr als stark verbesserungswürdig. Der Check-in hat fast 15 Minuten gedauert, weil der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption die Anmeldung bei jedem Anruf unterbrochen hat - unhöflich dem Gast gegenüber und einem Haus dieser Kategorie nicht adäquat! Ein Frühstück ab 07.30 Uhr ist nicht möglich gewesen, da einer Reisegruppe von "Day-Pack-5-km-Pilgern" zu diesem Zeitpunkt Vorrang eingeräumt wurde; einer Bitte, da eine Strecke von fast 30 km am nächsten Tag auf dem Camino del Norte Anstand, für ein frühes Frühstück wurde nicht nachgekommen. Stattdessen wurde ein Lunch-Paket angeboten - hier fehlen einem die Worte! Der Frühstücksraum war am nächsten Morgen zur besagten Zeit nur zu 70% belegt; der Zutritt wurde trotzdem verwehrt.

Reviewed May 21, 2026Das Frühstück war sehr gut, war aber auch teuer. Der Komfort war gut, nicht hellhörig. Das Hotel hat ein Restaurant und eine Bar, was sehr angenehm war.
Die auf der Getränkekarte angebotenen Getränke waren nicht immer vorhanden. Die erfolgte Abbuchung von booking wurde nicht zugeordnet und wir mussten den Aufenthalt erst einmal doppelt bezahlen. Jetzt hoffen wir, dass wir den Betrag zurück erhalten.
