Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Good parking for our motorcycle. Breakfast was good. Close to the river and the old town. Had a pool. Rooms nice and quiet
Felt a little soulless in the public areas. The lounge seemed a bit dark and the restaurant really bright. The pool area was nice, but felt a bit tucked out of the way and the grass had got a little long. The area with the water feature looked a bit tired.

El lugar merece mucho la pena, es silencioso, tranquilo, se come muy bien, el trato es muy agradable. Tiene una piscina estupenda que queda un poco oculta, así que no te pueden ver desde fuera ni desde la propia entrada del parador.

El desayuno está bien, pero se queda un poco corto. Podrían cambiar el tomate para untar por tomate natural, los churros "artesanos" son bastante malos, y muchos más detalles que podrían mejorar.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026De kamer was ruim, licht en schoon. Het hotel ligt op korte loopafstand van het prachtige oude vestingdorpje Puebla de Sanabria.
Het hotel is ruim en schoon, maar ook ietwat saai. In tegenstelling tot wat de site vermeldde, was het niet toegestaan om het zwembad te gebruiken. Het was bijna pijnlijk om het heerlijk koele zwembad wel te kunnen zien, maar er geen gebruik van te mogen maken. Ook het restaurant was sfeerloos. In het dorpje zijn echter een paar gezellige eetgelegenheden.

No recuerdo su nombre, pero la chica de recepción muy amable, la llamé muy nerviosa por un golpe que sufrió mi peque y en seguida me subió hielos y todo lo necesario para hacer una cura. Gracias! También almorzamos y cenamos allí y tanto la atención por los camareros como la comida, un diez.
No puedo decir nada que no me gustara porque para mí gusto, todo excelente.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Hotel confortable, grands espaces communs, beaucoup de salons divers, grande chambre, vastes rangements et salle de bain agréable. Bon petit déjeuner varié. Personnel aimable. Une quinzaine de minutes de marche (avec 231 marches!) vous amènent au pied du chateau.
La climatisation excessive et difficile à régler, le caractère froid de la décoration et surtout le fait que nous avions réservé cet hôtel pour sa piscine alors qu'elle n'était pas ouverte. Les dates d'ouverture devraient être indiquées lors de la réservation.
