Not applicable. We had a concern about cooling the room when we arrived as it was very hot, but once we were able to get it cooled overnight, it was fine.

Traumhafte und ruhige Lage oberhalb von Granada. Nettes und hilfreiches Personal. Sehr gutes und vielfältiges Frühstück. Wir hatten die Juniorsuite, dort stand ein großes 200x200 cm Bett, sehr bequem. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Zur Alhambra ca. 25 Minuten mit dem Auto, Wanderung zum Cabo de Pesca kurz hinterhalb des Hotels in ca. 1 Std. machbar.

Der Pool war recht kalt. Wahrscheinlich weil er nach Norden zeigt und sich so nicht recht aufheizen kann. War dafür sehr erfrischend.

Señal de wifi. Y por otro lado, se que es algo particular, el olor del gel de manos y ducha no podía aguantarlo, pero tuvo arreglo me compre uno y no pasa nada.

Très bel emplacement avec une vue magnifique, personnel au top avec une belle humanitude, petit déjeuner garni et lieu très calme. Le patron est très disponible et nous a été de bon conseils pour la suite de notre séjour. Sans parler des mascottes de l'hôtel deux magnifiques golden retriever doux à souhait. Nous vous recommandons ce havre de paix sans soucis 😉.

Calme et la vue, le lit king

We really enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The owner and staff were very friendly and welcoming, and there was a genuinely warm and relaxed feeling throughout the property. The dogs were absolutely adorable — unfortunately, we only saw them on our first night, but we loved them! Breakfast was excellent, and the gentleman serving breakfast was a real star. The views from our room were also fantastic.

Unfortunately, the room was a major disappointment, especially considering that we paid €150 per night and had upgraded to what we understood to be one of the nicer rooms. The room clearly needed significant maintenance. It felt like it may have been a beautiful room 15 years ago, but it no longer felt that way. There was calcium buildup and dirt around the shower, paint was peeling from the walls, and overall it did not feel particularly comfortable. The biggest issue, however, was a very strong sewage smell coming from the drain, which made the room extremely unpleasant and significantly affected our stay. For €150 per night, this was especially disappointing, as it was the most we paid for an accommodation during our five-week trip through Spain and, unfortunately, the worst room we experienced.

Tot ha estat fantàstic. L'esmorzar i sopar bonissims, variats i preparats amb molta cura. El personal un 10 per a tots. Amabilitat, simpatía, cuidant tots els detalls per fer-nos estar a gust en tot moment. La casa impecable en quant a neteja i decoració, es preciosa. Les vistes i postes de sol son idíl·liques

Nos encanto el hotel, las vistas son maravillosas, el lugar es precioso, super tranquilo e ideal para descansar.- Celina y Amor nos atendieron maravillosamente, al igual que Pedro.- Realmente un paraiso! Muy bueno el desayuno.-

Ontbijt was prima, lokatie met uitzicht ook. We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen in dit kleinschalige hotel. verblijf met uitzicht op Granada en de bergen was heel mooi! Heel mooi was de courtesy bar, alles op basis van goed vertrouwen. Ontbijt heel prima en goed verzorgd met iedere morgen verse jus d'orange, croissantjes, huisgemaakt yoghurt en nog veel meer.

Helaas wordt er geen lunch geserveerd en kun je dit ook niet ergens zelf regelen en dan opeten in de tuin / terras. Dat was met ons gezin van 6 dus erg onhandig. Hotel is niet echt geschikt voor kleine kinderen, niet in de laatste plaats vanwege het feit dat het gehorig was. Onze kamer was heel mooi met een prachtig uitzicht, alleen als je ging zitten keek je tegen de begroeide balustrade aan. Tevens rook het erg muf in de kamer , het gehele verblijf lang

Everything! The staff was super nice and attentive! The view from our balcony room, pool and cafe area was amazing. We chose to eat dinner in the hotel’s cafe, and each night the food was served promptly, it was fresh and tasty!

A REALLY minor deal, but the small amount of counter space on the vanity in the bathroom.

What a gem. As the wonderful owner said ‘Mi Casa es tu casa’ which wonderfully sums it up! The vibe is v chilled. Traditional but modern touches. Stunning views. Lovely breakfast. Pool to cool down and a garden to relax in - with or without a drink. Perfect to come back to after a day in the city. Or to explore the mountains. All the staff are so smiley and helpful. And work really hard. Thank you!

El ambiente de paz absoluta que han conseguido, una atención exquisita, todo muy limipo y comodo. Fuimos con nuestra mascota y pudimos disfrutar de la estancia juntos, con toda normalidad. Sin duda volveremos!👌

El servicio y el personal

El personal es maravilloso. El desayuno es incluso mejor que el de un hotel de cinco estrellas. La zona exterior, con la piscina y sus pequeños rincones, es increíble. Casi todo es perfecto.

Aunque entiendo que la habitación está preparada para alojar mascotas, podría resultar un poco más acogedora.

La tranquilidad, las vistas a la montaña, el cuidado del detalle, la decoración, la fantástica cocina, el detalloso y delicioso bufete de desayuno, el personal encantador, especialmente el delicado trato de Amor yfrancamente todo fue espectacular .

Great location for Granada, Alhambra and the Sierra Nevada. Superb views from the terrace. Cool escape from heat of Granada. Excellent facilities, easy parking, pool, terrace and sun bed area, honesty bar. Superb, friendly staff - eager to help, make you welcome and your stay comfortable. Comfortable characterful clean rooms. Good breakfast and dinner.

A little more drawer/ shelf space for storage of clothes.

Het vriendelijke ontvangst ook als je pas rond 22 uur aankomt. Ook dan als je wilt kun je bod dineren. Het is net of je thuiskomt in je eigen huis. Elke dag weer. Alles op de menukaart is goed te eten. Wij vonden het nergens lekkerder dan bij Maria in het hotel. Alle dames en Pedro zijn super vriendelijk 🤗 De kamer was schoon, netjes, voortreffelijk uitzicht over Granada en de Siërra Nervada 🙏🏼 Heerlijk bed en veel ruimte in de kamer. Ook fijn dat je altijd beneden op het terras of bij het zwembad kan zitten en een drankje drinken. Tot laat, als het personeel al naar huis is, kun je nog drinken pakken uit de honesty bar.

Café da manhã excelente, com produtos de muita qualidade e variado. Localização privilegiada sobre Granada e as montanhas. Quarto de sonho, com muita luz, vistas e dimensões generosas. Piscina limpa, com vista panorâmica e convidativa.

Hotel El Balcon is located in the Sierra Nevada mountains. Spectacular vista from the pool and dining area. A real family feeling. Staff very pleasant and helpful. This hotel is a must if you are looking for something special.

Ein wirklich schönes kleines Hotel etwas 25min vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Einmalige Aussicht auf Granada. Da es wohl nicht so viele Zimmer gibt, bekommt das ganze einen sehr familiären Charakter und bietet einen perfekten Ausgleich nach einem stressigen und lauten Tag in der Stadt oder der Alhambra. Das Personal sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wenn wir wieder einmal in diese Gegend kommen, würden wir ohne zu zögern gerne nochmal hier zu Gast sein wollen!

Super petit déjeuner (copieux/varié : rien à dire) au bord de la piscine avec vue magnifique. Endroit atypique. Gentillesse de l'hôte

La propreté des extérieurs : c' est un peu en friche sur les côtés de la maison, à l'endroit où se trouvent les transats. Les coussins des mobiliers étaient en piteux état et pas propres - besoin de rafraichissement. Piscine sale, ne donnait pas envie de s'y baigner.

Die Lage des Hotels ist einzigartig. Das Frühstück wurde vom Chef persönlich liebevoll hergerichtet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt . Vielen Dank an dss Personal. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und empfehlen das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiter.

Heerlijke, rustige, overnachting gehad op doorreis naar Granada. Eten/wijn, goed, en goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en de kamer was heerlijk puur en schoon. Heerlijk groot en goed bed. Helaas niet echt de tijd gehad om te relaxen, we kwamen in de avond aan en vertrokken ook de volgende ochtend. Genoten van het overheerlijke ontbijt, top ! De vriendelijkheid van de eigenaar stak er bovenuit, deze voelde erg fijn, en niet te vergeten de gezelligheid van de honden, zó rustig en gezellig aanwezig. Een escape naar absolute rust. De eigenaar heeft ons de volgende dag ook nog eens super geholpen door te communiceren met de locatie waar ik dacht mijn telefoonhoesje met mijn pasjes te hebben verloren. Zijn hulp voelde zo oprecht, dat dat al zorgde voor rust (uiteindelijk bleek het hoesje op de grond in de auto te liggen 😬). Schitterend zwembad met rondom heerlijke diverse zit mogelijkheden. Geen gebruik van gemaakt, maar even gezeten met koffie en het voelde super ontspannend. Hoogzomer moet het heerlijk zijn, met lagere temperaturen door de hoogte waarop het ligt

Als je rust en stilte zoekt is dit dé plek.

De mooiste ligging met een schitterend uitzicht. Wij hadden kamer nummer 2. De gastvrijheid, het zwembad en ontbijt. Het goede eten, de rust en de vriendelijke gastheer met zijn personeel. Het gebied heet cumbres verdes, de groene toppen. Je verblijft bij de Siera Nevada met uitzicht op Granada.

Un hôtel pas comme les autres ! On s'y sent comme chez soi. Un accueil top, un sens du service parfait, un petit déjeuner de très grande qualité.

Locatie, sfeer, rust

Un paradis au calme à 20 minutes de Grenade La chambre, sa vue, sa baignoire, la litterie. Le petit déjeuner et les extérieurs, terrasse et jardin. C'était merveilleux.

The views from the terrace are magnificent and the staff warm and friendly. The owner also gave us good tips for the continuation of our roadtrip.

El trato cercano y la amabilidad de las personas que trabajan allí. Las habitaciones estuvieron muy limpias. La facilidad de poder bajar en cualquier momento al patio donde está la piscina y tomarte un café mirando las montañas no tiene precio En nuestro caso viajábamos en coche y llegamos muy tarde y aún así decidieron esperarnos a que llegáramos con mucha paciencia y amabilidad.

The view from the room was spectacular. The patio where we could eat breakfast or dinner was also lovely and had a magnificent view, but unfortunately weather was not our friend and we were unable to take advantage of the patio. The staff were very welcoming and everything ran very smoothly. The breakfast had a good selection from hot eggs and bacon, to fresh made yogurt and fruit and many things in between. We enjoyed 2 dinners and both were very good as well. The highlight for me were the 2 dogs that were on the premises, what a great welcome!! The area is great for hiking and many hikes right in the local area. We had clouds most of our stays, but on the last day the sky cleared and we were able to see the snow capped mountains of the Sierra Nevadas. Magnificent!!! Parking was easy on the street in front of the hotel.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist in den Bergen und sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war individuell und sehr lecker. Die Gastgeber vor Ort waren sehr freundlich. Rundum war alles BESTENS

Leider hatten wir einen nebligen Tag erwischt und konnten die Gegend nicht so richtig genießen. Gutes Wetter ist dort schon von Nutzen. Aber dafür kann die Unterkunft ja nichts.

Geweldig uitzicht

El desayuno es espectacular, abundante y todo casero. El sitio en el que se ubica el hotel transmite mucha calma, que es lo que buscamos cuando salimos en los días libres. El trato del personal es impecable, los perros Duna y Logan son encantadores. Es la tercera vez que vamos y sin lugar a duda, volveremos.

Labai jauki ir romantiška vieta apsistoti bent 2-3- dienas. Netoli Granados miesto. Skanus pusryčiai, paslaugus personalas. Puiki terasa su baseinu. Visada buvo laisvų vietų automobiliui, nors kartais grįždavome vėlai.

An exceptional stay from start to finish. The views are truly stunning and create a sense of calm the moment you arrive. The food was excellent throughout, with a well-curated menu and consistently high quality at every meal, particularly the breakfast which was both varied and beautifully presented. The rooms were comfortable, well-appointed and maintained to a very high standard. Above all, the staff were outstanding — attentive, professional and genuinely welcoming, which made the experience all the more enjoyable. A place I would gladly return to.

Muy familiar y cálido. El personal excelente..un trato maravilloso.. en especial el chico que estaba en el turno de mañana del dia de hoy (23/03/26).. tuvimos un problema con la moto de mi hijo y nos ayudó muchísimo.. el desayuno estupendo.. todo muy rico.. de diez!!

Modern eingerichtete Zimmer (1) mit herrlichem Balkon. Aussicht aug Granada und die Sierra Nevada grandios. Totale Ruhe außerhalb Granada. In 30 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Parkplatz bei der Alhambra.

Curat, liniste, privelistea asupra Granadei spectaculoasa. Aer curat, totul impecabil, mancare buna si proaspata.
